It's a "lump" of dough with stuff inside it. Delicious and filling, but greasy enough that you'll want to eat it with a fork. Think of it as a high end named brsnd but for Tennessee people. Customer service was great the last few times I have went. The guy who runs said he opened the place in October 2019.
