It was a very hot day here in TN and an açaí bowl sounded really nice. We wanted to try a local smoothie place over a chain and although the prices were high, we thought "let's just try this once." Roasted Coconut Cafe was easy to find and had plenty of parking. You can either enter from Demeter's Common or the side door where there's sand. Roasted Coconut Cafe shares the same building with Demeter's Common which you can read my review there. There's a round table and chairs inside but you can opt to eat outside in the parking lot where there's a table and chairs and some benches. When you need help, just ring the bell. The staff were friendly in discussion and kept to themselves, so do ring that bell for assistance. I personally liked this concept so that the employees can do other things instead of waiting around. My husband and I both ordered the PB&J bowls size medium, his with added coconut and mine with added goji berries. We ordered online and did pickup in store. When I saw that extra toppings were only 25 cents more per topping, I immediately fell in love!! Most smoothie shops charge at least 75 cents if not a dollar per additional topping. Our bowls were DELICIOUS, tasted natural, and weren't overbearingly sweet. This is a real-deal smoothie shop. Now I know why you're paying little extra, the ingredients are premium. Despite what we said about trying it once, we will be coming back. read more

One of my favorite places to eat in Lebanon or even in Nashville I could eat here every day honestly high-quality food and amazing people!

Last time instead of arugula on the farmer's sandwich at the truck at Lester's a teenager put basil instead of Arugula... it wasn't that bad, so I didn't say anything... this time NOTHING green in my sandwich, made by an adult... I asked her "are you out of arugula"? She said " Yeah we've been out of that for a while."... well OKAY, I don't work there, so if you knew that- please MENTION IT, or make a notation to the menu that's sitting outside in my face. VERY ANNOYING! I've never been impressed with anything we've gotten, and I've literally tried this place 5 times. I'm SOOOO beyond annoyed after this. Please get it together. It's not that big of a menu, if you are OUT OF A MAIN INGREDIENT, let the customer know. Unprofessional & disappointing. read more

Really cute spot with options for everyone. Smoothie bowls, salads, rice bowls and sammy's. Everything was super fresh and delish. Service was quick and friendly. When ordering coffee they only have large cups so all lattes are mostly milk. Would've enjoyed my coffee a lot more if it tasted more like the espresso but still yummy! read more

They're always missing something important when I come here. Really want to support a local business but it's hard when it's not being ran properly. Do your inventory more accurately. I also got a very small Alec remark from the owner on my Google review so I will no longer be a customer now. Now I have the employees calling me and harassing me from the store. This review is for the Roasted Coconuts food truck. I was at the Tri -Star Summit Hospital and accidentally found this food truck. I was so excited to hear that everything is gluten free except the croissants. I ordered the PB &J açaí bowl $13.99. The cost was higher than I would expect for a food truck but the portions were large. It was super delicious with all the toppings of Nutella , honey , and granola. I also ordered a chicken salad sandwich for my sister. Cost was $10 which seemed fair. The service was actually quick ! It's a food truck so there was wasn't any ambiance. read more

It's a place me and friends love to go to seeing their service is quite fantastic and the food they bring to us is always fresh and delicious. I would and have recommended this place everyone I know. I visited the Roasted Coconut Food Truck in Lebanon Tn today,for the very first time! The Two Young Lady's that helped me decide were fabulous! I tried the chicken pesto panini sandwich! And a PB&J acai bowell!! I didn't think I would be disappointed or nor did I question my choice, I definitely got my money's worth. It was some of the best food I've ever tasted! Bumped into this cute little coffee truck in Charlie Daniels Park at the Old Friend's Senior Dog Sanctuary fundraiser event. I ordered a cold brew with a splash of coconut which ironically they were out of; I got the hazelnut flavoring instead. Both the coffee and the hazelnut were very good! This is a great healthy food truck option. they offer salads, smoothies, a nice selection of açai bowls, and a soup of the day. Everyone kept telling me about their soups, I literally that's all anyone talked about when the Roasted Coconut was mentioned! Yummy spot just off the DT square - limited parking out front so just walk down from the General Stopped in for lunch on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of options for lunch: bowls, salads and sandwiches. As a gluten free gal, I was thrilled at the amount of options. The PB&J bowl was both refreshing and delicious. My lunch mates each raved about their chicken salad sandwich and chicken enchilada soup. We all left looking forward to coming back again soon. Got there at 7:45 thinking that they opened at 8 AM. But they didn't actually get things set up till 830 and then the options were more smoothies and bolts then coffee. We sat outside so it wasn't much of a problem, but overall not a great place to hang out or have a meeting if all you wanna do is chat and have a good cuppa coffee. read more

Tried this place for the first time this morning and it is SO tasty. Fresh fruit is so hard to find here in TN. The mango base sorbet they use for the bowls is delicious. A few weeks ago, Roasted Coconut requested pictures of military veterans to be placed on their Wall of Honor over Veteran's day. A veteran submitted 3 photographs so his daughters could see it when they went in. That veteran's photo was intentionally left off. I always believe the best in people, and wanted to believe this was not intentional. Word travels fast in a small town when something like this happens. I hope this was an honest mistake, and they make this right so I and the many others I've encouraged to support Roasted Coconut, can continue to support their small business. However, when I reached out, the message was immediately deleted and I was blocked, just for simply stating everyone should be included on such an important day. I think the Wall of Honor is such a classy and respectful thing to do, I just want to see everyone included and am incredibly disappointed with how this was handled. I can't justify supporting any business who doesn't support and include everyone in the military, law enforcement, and first responder community when claiming to do so. read more
