I typically order ahead on the mobile app and my coffee is always prepared quickly and waiting for me when I get there. I just went to this Starbucks and my drink tasted weird and the guy at the window Thomas remade it for me and was absolutely so sweet and it tatsted the best compared to any other frappe I have gotten before. We stood at the counter to order for 3 minutes while the employees literally looked past us. We're never greeted. Waited 10 minutes for our coffee. When I asked how much longer it was going to be one of our coffees had been sitting on the counter and was cold- the name on the coffee was never called. They had not even made the 2nd coffee of our order. When we finally got the remake of the mocha the lid and cup were both dirty. Why would a mocha have green splatter on the lid. This was not a busy time of the day the employees were simply more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Floor needed to be swept, garbage taken our, and what should have been the cream/half n half bar restocked. read more

Ugh, I've had to change my 5 star review from a year ago...Been here many times and it's mostly good. The drinks are made well, which is ultimately what counts the most...I think? The baristas are not rude but also don't pay you much mind after your order is taken at the register. They often will yell hello as you walk in but there is little to no interaction while waiting for or receiving your order at the bar. The store is about as clean as most Starbucks locations. Service can be Very slow when they are busy and this is becoming more of an annoyance in recent months because it's happening more & more often. Sometimes I will get my warmed food and have to wait quite a while longer for the drink, or the other way around. A "sorry for the long wait" can go a long way, but as I mentioned, they rarely speak once you've walked in & placed an order. The biggest reoccurring issue with this Starbucks location is they are often out of stock on drink components. Today they were out of vanilla syrup (scary considering how many drinks it's used for and since it's used to make whipped cream), caramel syrup, caramel sauce, etc. I completely understand occasionally running out of something, but it is now a running joke in our household as to what they will be out of next time. We have been known to skip this location altogether if we can see on the app that they are out of something we want. This has been a normal issue in this store since they opened the doors. Bottom line: there's a lot of room for service improvement, but the products are consistently good. The few times we have brought up an issue with the quality of a beverage, it's been fixed without question as is the Starbucks standard. Absolutely the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. Consistently. You'll be car #3 in the drive thru and spend 20 min waiting for your order. They also 9 times out of 10 get your drink wrong or add portions incorrectly so you end up throwing the drink away. This Starbucks needs a huge operations overhaul. read more

Unsure about this place. Waited at the drive through for a long time..5 minutes or more..called out for assistance...nothing..nothing..nothing.. drove back and forth to trigger their sensor...line forms behind us...still nothing...hello... Decided to drive up to the window...but wait? What? We were ignored while they took the orders from the vehicles behind us. Went inside to order...the barista sounded sweet when she told us that it just happens..even to their regular customers...first excuse was must be a large vehicle..no..next it was the tornado..hmm The coffee was fine...had to wait longer while the drive through orders were made... My issue is that it wasn't enough of an issue for the barista to do something to diffuse the situation...maybe make sure our order didn't need to wait past all the drive through orders... Two stars because I like Starbucks coffee. I'm sure the barista has instructions on how to handle disgruntled patrons...ignore their complaint...smile and take their order...thanks..I can get that without being aggravated. read more

We recently moved to Lebanon and let's just say the timing for this new Starbucks location opening couldn't have been better. I believe it opened just a few days after we made are final move into the area. For the most part, this location is just like the majority of every other Starbucks location you've been to, but since it's new they've really done a great job of making plenty of places for you to sit and pull out your laptop and get some caffeine-fueled productivity going. There's a long bar area along the front window with plenty of seats, a larger table located behind it that will probably seat 8+ people. Both of which you can see in one of the photos I've uploaded. What this picture didn't show was the wall that we were on had 6-7 tables I think that each sat 4 people. Tall-tops with stools. Also, each table had a double outlet on the wall right next to it above the table surface (not below) for easy access. Another nice feature of this location was what appeared to be about a 12' long reclaimed piece of rough cut lumber that was sanded on the top surface and finished. It was between the counter where you order and the wall of tables we were at. Kind of like an extended bar that provided a useful space and a natural queue divider for when the place would be busy with a line of customers. The service we've received here has been great. The baristas are always super friendly and helpful. The location also has a drive-thru for when you're in a hurry and need that quick macchiato fix. Also, plenty of space on the patio outside to sit with a group of friends and enjoy a nice day or evening. read more

This was my first visit to this Starbucks as I was passing through with my wife on a road trip. I've been to Starbucks so many times I couldn't count them up but never had as weird an interaction with the baristas as we did today. In a word, I would call them "disinterested." Definitely not the normal cheerfulness and helpfulness I expect at Starbucks! Here's what happened: There were 6 people working - 2 at the drive thru window, 2 at counter, a man with some gray in his hair at the machines and a young guy helping out - but no one greeted or took our order for several minutes of standing at the counter. There were no people waiting in line and the dining room was mostly empty. When a lady with a long ponytail at the counter finally looked around at the register she said she would be with my wife in a second. When she turned around she just stood there and asked for the order. When she took our order she just blandly and flatly told us the total. She was so disinterested and showed so little enthusiasm that it seemed like she was depressed or something. My wife was so concerned about her attitude that she asked the girl, "are you ok?" (Not rudely and definitely not something we do normally.) The girl said, "Do I not look ok?" My wife said, "No..." and she responded, "that's depressing... have a good rest of your day" (in the same odd flat tone) and turned back away from the counter. Then my wife waited at the end of the counter to pick up the drinks and the older man asked in what we took as slightly annoyed, "can I help you?" My wife said no and backed away. Is it not normal to stand at the pick up area? I think it is. She overheard the guy say to the other guy, "she looked like she had a question." Did he expect a complaint? He overheard the interaction at the register. Who knows? We got our drinks. No banter. No cheerfulness. No interest. Nothing. Just 6 people working behind a counter and seeming to be having a really depressing time. Not rude. Just so weirdly sad. The drinks were fine. But I won't go here again. read more

This is most assuredly the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. I have never received rude service here, however it takes 20 to 30 minutes to get one cup of coffee. Really nice staff, clean facilities and an excellent Flat White. When I get a good one, I usually chat with the barista that made it and inevitably they have a great coffee philosophy. Chris was no disappointment. I've never understood why my Flat Whites vary so much and that's because, as he put it, "they're one of the only 'skilled' drinks on the S menu, everything else anyone can make just by following the recipe." Bad location in one of the most congested areas of this town. Imagine the dregs of Wal-Mart rubbing elbows with the typical Starbucks crowd. The worst of 2 annoying worlds. Toothless patrons in stained sweatpants waiting in line next to laptop toting goofs mixed with soccer moms with a line stretching out the door. Always busy and understaffed and as a result the coffee is never mixed adequately in my limited experiences here. The Starbucks in Gallatin is much more efficient and pleasant. read more

Man this Starbucks has so many problems. It's always a chore to get coffee. You want food? Forget about it. It seems to stem from management or lack there of. They walk around aimlessly with no sense of purpose or urgency. But they always have time for unsolicited conversations about spiced coffees. Always out of bagels. This Starbucks is so slow. It's the only nearby Starbucks on my way to Alabama so I stop at it every once in a while. You can guarantee a 15 minute wait at least, even if there are only three people in front of you. The quality, however, is more or less the same at any other Starbucks. If there was another place to get coffee through a drive through that isn't fast food, you bet your ass I wouldn't be coming to this Starbucks anymore. Went in for two drinks. Waited for 15 min for our drinks. They made one wrong. And apparently that means your order goes to the back of the line for them to remake it. I watched as they made at least 5 drinks ahead of fixing mine. One person fixing drinks for inside customers. Five people working the drive through. There is no reason a stop for coffee should take 25 minutes. read more

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive thru is always fast and the baristas are always nice. They get crazy busy all the time, but they always handle it with grace and urgency. I am always walking away pleased! Even when they run out of something they always offer a backup option so that you can change your order. I was so excited to have a coffee place in Lebanon but this Starbucks repeatedly disappoints. While no one has ever been rude, they are consistently slow as molasses in January. The steamed milk in the lattes will occasionally have a "scorched" flavor to it. They also have an issue with their drive-thru sensor not alerting the employees to drive-thru business. read more

I went to Starbucks today and ordered my usual, I received the first drink and there was a hole in the cup. I asked for a new glass. They poured it into a new glass without a problem. They hand me a new cup and I drive off. When I get out of my car I realize that a third of my cup of coffee is in my cup holder, because of a huge crack in the side of the cup. I am sure this was an accident, but still I paid 4 bucks for a coffee that I lost 33% of in my cup holder. read more
