A long queue at the drive-thru this morning and we parked the Sprinter* to go inside. That ended up being quicker as the car we would have been behind hasn't even placed their order when we departed. Clean and tidy dining room with all tables clear. There are some power outlets about and I believe they have a wifi. If you're looking for cheaper coffee than the green siren people and wanting to sit for a while, this would work. Hot coffee, bagel with egg and cheese, donut. Super easy and handed to me by three different people this morning as everyone has their jobs. Interesting to watch the ballet of running the drivethrough which is visible from the dining room. In the car, we enjoyed the coffee and the donut (Boston Kreme). My egg and cheese was nicely filled but the bagel definitely needed another run through the toaster. *It's 10'0" so it wouldn't have fit through the drive-through anyway. Well Ive been coming here since the doors opened, and it's sad to see the decline. Took 10 minutes to get a coffee the other day and only one other person was in line in front of me. Today I arrive at 2:10pm, and the place is closed with a sign on the door that says "due to staffing shortages, they had to close early". When I asked when my coffee would be ready, the store manager on site told me without hesitation that there is only 4 of them and no one is making drinks right now. This Dunkin has quickly become one of the best in Nash. The new mgmt has turned the whole store around. Store is clean, organized, efficient and has inventory week over week. Employees are smiling and friendly, clearly trained with care and passion. Total 180 from Oct/Nov and definitely a Dunkin others should look to for leadership. read more

We arrived around 9am and everything I ordered, they were out. The doughnut I did get was old and dried up. The tables were DIRTY and several employees were present. Of course, four were sitting at a table laughing and visiting talking about how they were not busy. I have been to this location about 6 times in the last 4 or 5 months. Every single time, I use On-the-Go ordering. When I get to the pick up sign, they never have my coffee ready because they ignore the alert and the receipt that prints for on the go. Employees are extremely rude, with the exception of one or two. They never pay attention to how I ordered my coffee, and its ALWAYS wrong. (Trust me, it's not difficult). I always politely correct them but I get an attitude because they are too incompetent to follow directions. I only go to that DD when I'm the area (out of convenience) but no more. Not much I need to say here you can read the other horrible reviews they are all true! Not much sense in doing on the go when you still have to wait EVERYTIME. and if you want hash browns just know you will have to cook them when you get home. So sad that Dunkin' refuses to get rid of horrible management and dose t seem to care when you complain as you can see by the continued horrible service and constant mismanagement. None of my visits to this location have ever been that pleasant, but they're close to my job and convenient in that way so I kept going back. Well that has come to an end as of today. Today they were out of the bread for the Protein sandwich, which I'm used to them always being out of something, but today they had the Trainer of Operations or somebody working there. So I ordered my usual two shots of decaf espresso over a large cup of ice. This is always at every Dunkin (which I frequent a lot of them) $2.20 - $2.38, give or take a few cents. So I get to the window and the young lady has a cup of ice and my two shots in separate small cups. I was like, no I ordered ice water and two shots of decaf espresso over a large cup of ice. So there's conversation with her and who I come to know as the Trainer of Operations because she announces that to me. So they're discussing my order and meanwhile I'm trying to find out how much they're wanting to charge me. The trainer finally tells me that what I ordered is actually a large Americano and that I should have been charged $3.38 instead of the $2.38, but not to worry because she's going to give it to me for the $2.38 today since I had already paid. I was like no, it's not that much at any of your other locations, but she was like yeah it should be because she's the TRAINER OF OPERATIONS and trains all the stores. So I told her she needs to train all the locations in Lebanon, Murfreesboro and Nashville because they all charge me the same which has always been in the range of $2.20 - $2.38. I then told her to just refund my money because at this point I didn't want her giving me anything and I'm really feeling like not patronizing Dunkin ever again. The cash register person took forever to get people's orders in. So when it was our turn to order. She tock forever about 15 mins to take in our Order. She also had this attitude with everyone there(like it's your choice to work there). After I ordered my food the person making the sandwich clearly didn't know what she was doing when she brought up someone order to pick up she said 2 ham egg and cheese and something else.
