I went to get a sweet treat this morning, most of the time there are donut shops downtown or else where I have not found one in Sonora until I stumbled upon this one! The girl helping was extremely sweet and I loved their cute pink waving kitty in the front! They had quite the variety of donuts for being somewhat of a smaller more quiet little shop. I was impressed when I had my raspberry filled glazed donut. It was extra filling just the right amount of filling and yummy! I wish they had a little more variety of drinks, but other than that it was cute!! Will definitely be returning and getting more! read more

Worth stopping by for if you're in Senora! The ham & cheese croissant is delicious and made fresh, so buttery, flakey, and flavorful. Highly recommend. The maple donut is the perfect amount of sweetness and so soft and well made. The small French vanilla coffee tastes great and is only $1.70 including tax. The service is amazing, they are so friendly. The location itself is very clean, lots of seating, and plenty of parking. Great option to grab breakfast for a hiking trip since they open so early! The selection isn't huge but there's enough to pick from. I got the ham and cheese which was so buttery and flaky, it was perfect. I found the coffee to be a little watery. The workers had bright smiles despite how early it was. read more

This morning I stopped by Donut Factory in Sonora. The lady wasn't the nicest when I was paying because I gave her a $20 bill and she wanted exact change which I didn't have. I had $1 bill or a $20 bill and no coins at that point ‍ Then I get to work and see this...which to me- looks like MOLD. I called to explain that my donut may have mold on the bottom of it and they may want to check the other jelly filled ones. The guy told me to bring it back, so I did. When I got there the lady shook her head in a "yes" motion, went to the back and then came to store front up to the register to give me a refund; when doing so she told me I was wrong and that it wasn't mold..? Regardless, I will not return to this business again due to the poor attitude I received twice this morning & due to what looks like mold on my breakfast. read more

Good donuts, but horrible customer service. We get at least 2 boxes at our work for employees first thing in the morning and the person who went to get them said the man was rude and didn't listen to what kind of donuts we wanted. The only particular one we asked for didn't get put in :( there has been multiple occasions that we go over to get donuts and are made to feel like we inconvenience them.
