We ordered 14" of the pistachio rubato and the soppressata pizza, and they were tasty! The dough had a delightful crunch while the inside was very chewy. The soppressata was salty and spicy and the alfredo sauce paired well in this pizza. I also liked the roasted garlic peppered throughout. The pistachio rubato was interesting. Felt more like a dessert pizza as it was on the sweeter side, however they used a generous amount of pistachio in the pizza. We ate inside the store and they had bottles of garlic and spicy sauce you can add as you wished. Would return to try the other pizza flavours as the chewy, yet crunchy dough is worth coming back for!
