Capers, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts cooked in a lemon butter wine sauce served over spaghetti with 5 strips of chicken. I have a new favorite Italian meal. And I took leftovers home. I had a nice white wine with my meal and then finished with the limoncello mascarpone. Yummy! I will definitely return for more of that Siciliano. It was so-o-o good!

Visiting from out of town, my wife and I took a walk along the canal and none of the restaurants grabbed our attention. We stopped into the Old Spaghetti Factory (Sheridan and Mickey Mantle), which of the looked like it might be closed from the outside. We were glad it was open. We were quickly seated at a comfortable table with large cushioned chairs directly in front of the full size replica cable car that adorns the dining room. We were approached by our server, Jaylese who offered drinks, entree recommendations, and she was an overall pleasure during the meal - she even brought complementary fresh out of the oven bread, and after the meal brought us drinks to-go. I had the grilled shrimp salad which was really delicious - I finished all of it. This restaurant has lunch specials which make the pricing incredibly affordable. This was one of the better lunches that I've had, and certainly quite a value for all that was delivered. While I wasn't hungry enough for a traditional Italian meal, I would certainly revisit this restaurant for lunch or dinner when traveling again through the area.

Be prepared to make reservations for this child friendly restaurant with all the ambience (like street trolley tables) if you have a large party (6 or more) or young children who need to eat early, etc. As older adults, we were able to walk right in and eat at the bar. I sat down and noticed that there was only 2 souls seated in this dimly lit, solidly ill feeling dining area. Mom and me. The only woman hesitantly and insecurely who came to our table was the wait person. That body language should have been taken as a red flag. To my surprise, the menu had way too many options for such a vacant place to eat. As I put down the over exaggerated menu, a hurried and busy COCKROACH was fleeing toward my person. I felt shock. I felt instantaneous self preservation and swiped the area in front of me like a robot with said menu. Bam! All the silverware hit the next isle of old dated red booths. It was so loud because of the enormous vacancy of people to absorb any sound, that it scared me. I couldn't believe that my body shared any space in a restaurant with a bundle of COCKROACHES and pregnant cockroaches which probably were all hatched after we left the restaurant. Never in a million seconds would I make this mistake again. Never would any of you readers will ever patronize this restaurant because you are reading this review. By the way, the cockroach did not die. It just ran underneath those red dated booths next to me. I spent the entire rest of the visit, watching the entire table until we left. It is a crock of bunk that this kind of dirtiness can still exist in a hole in a wall restaurant and call itself a "Dining Pleasure" in Chickasha Oklahoma. But, if the restaurant stays open, then there has to be customers who know not of any Cockroaches that could have breeded and hatched babies on their bread, flour, salt shakers, ice machines, and what else? Oh, they like to leave fecal matter everywhere they walk. So, if you desire "authentic" Italian food, do not pass up the old Napolis restaurant because COCKROACHES make the ingredient list on every one of the menu items. Mmm mmm good !!

When I called to let them know instead of being helpful and rectifying the situation they got hostile and defensive and was very rude. No wonder why this place is empty all the time. People here in Chickasha deserve to eat at a place where the cooking is stellar and the service is great. Unfortunately Napolis has none of these qualities and I will never support this business again. I came in and it took a few minutes before someone cane out of their very closed-off kitchen to receive my order. The gentleman did get my order and ensured himself and me that he heard my order correctly...I appreciated that! I ordered three gyros, one without the sauce and another just meat and bread with the third gyro being a full gyro without any special instructions. I also order the kafta, and I am so glad I did! There were several people that came in after me. They all went to the counter and waited without anyone coming out to take their order. Most left as they were all enclosed behind the wooden room divider. This divider certainly did divide the staff and their customers. One could not see into the kitchen at all nor a staff member to see their customers. It was a very strange set-up. When a customer comes into a restaurant, they usually are able to see someone there, but not here. The divider goes from the floor to the ceiling. It is a shame, truly. The dining room held a few tables and chairs. Everything was very clean. No complaints there. I soon received my food and went home. All the gyro sauces are kept in tiny plastic to-go cups. Most of the tops had popped off, during my ride home, leaving most of the sauce covering the inside of the bag, making quite a mess and leaving us with very little sauce. Unloading the sack, very gingerly due to this sauce, I found our order was complete and perfectly executing per my instructions. That is a great feat in itself! I was so happy that I didn't have to call asking for a forgotten gyro or one that was not made properly. We all sat down to eat our gyros and all were going to sample the kafta. The kafta was so very good. It was still hot and juicy! The spices and the meat just made our mouths so happy. We all loved it! The gyros though, were a sad experience for all of us. The gyro kept was mostly VERY dry with some meat being actually crispy and way too dried out! The gyro bread was very dry as well. None of us were able to finish our gyros. The hungriest of us had three bites out of his. We really tried but the sauce did not even make it right as the sauce failed to cover-up that dryness! The owner is most welcome to say his piece as is evident they excercise their right with most of the reviews that are short of singing their praises. But I think that if these reviews are read by them in a way that they were open to constructive criticism, and used that energy in a positive way to figure out what they need to do to protect the meat and bread from drying out as they do the kafta, both the customers and they would help winners. I want to come back soon and try them again with much hope that they have found a way to keep the meat and bread from drying out. If so, my mouth will sing the staff and gyro their praises! I would then be a very happy and consistent customer of LoQm'e! Blessings to you all.
