This is a new taco spot that recently opened and I'm glad we stopped here! The service and owners are presently working and greeted us and explained what they had. We went on Valentine's Day so they had live music. The tacos were good and full of meat! The drinks were I felt a little expensive though they did contain alcohol but overall a nice chill spot in the heart of bishop arts

The food is good, service is always good. Definitely a good neighborhood spot. The happy hour isn't too impressive and the patio could definitely use some air flow. But overall, worth trying.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch and loved everything we tried! The tacos were all great, and felt they were a good value. The campechano was huge and could've been a meal on its own. In addition, service was very quick and the interior was clean and modern. They also have their own parking lot. I'd definitely come back to try their other items!

The place is small but clean. It's probably seating for less than 40 people. The tacos were delicious, and please don't sleep on that little potato that they give you. I need to figure out how to make those at home. If you go and you like potatoes ask for extras. They also have a salsa bar with like 6-8 salsas.

Love this new taco spot! Easy 5 stars. It's already one of my favorites in DFW. The tacos are amazing and especially the tripitas tacos, they're perfectly crispy and so good. The salsa bar is super well-kept and has great options to mix things up. Chill vibe, fresh space, and tasty food. Definitely coming back soon!

Donde Los Tacos has earned a solid reputation for its authentic Mexican-style tacos with a range of fillings like trompo (marinated pork), pastor, steak, chicken, chorizo, and other option. All tacos are served with a side of their in-house made potatoes. The drink menu is concise but fun, featuring margaritas alongside palomas and micheladas. Patrons mention that the margaritas pair nicely with the tacos and contribute to the relaxed, casual vibe of the place a great complement to the bold taco flavors. Overall, it's a cozy, friendly taqueria with authentic flavors and welcoming service, making it a solid pick for a casual taco night with a margarita in hand.

Tried Donde Los Tacos for the first time and loved it! I got the corn tacos and they were super tasty. The sauce bar is awesome with so many options to try, and it made the tacos even better. Lots of seating, chill vibe, and the food came out really fast. Definitely coming back for more!

Donde Los Tacos is one of the new anticipated taco spots here in oak Cliff/bishop arts area. The chips were very good, meat quality is very good, and love the assortment of salsas they have, as they were all excellent. They also include pineapple with the pastor, which some places do not so that was a nice touch. It's very Mexico City style when it comes to the tacos. We went on $2 taco Tuesday and it's a great deal for some street tacos. Only feedback I would have is to double up on tortillas as a lot of our tacos fell apart because the tortilla under wasn't holding up.

Great service and delicious food. It's a matter of time before this place pops off. The street corn was very creamy and flavorful and the quesabirria tacos were packed with meat and cheese. Very clean and comfortable space.

The inside is cool! The staff are very welcoming. We got tacos de trompo & asada along with gringas de trompo. We also got horchatas. Overall the food was good & I'd recommend if you're around bishop arts.

The location is super cute and always packed. You definitely need a reservation or have to go super early to get a spot. There is valet parking as well as street parking, which can get a bit crowded. I've had a ton of different food items the years, but their fajitas are their signature dish for a reason! It comes out sizzling, fresh, and delicious. Do not pass up on the bone marrow sauce, it transforms the dish to beyond a 10/10! The salsas are always good and then tortilla chips salty and fresh. I start with a skinny margarita w a salt rim, which was good. Our waiter, Abraham, was great! He was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We also order the ceviche to start, which was yummy! The crackers were a bit of an odd pairing for me and I stuck with tortilla chips, but overall delicious!! My friend ordered the steak quesadilla and thought it was tasty too.

I wished it came with more than 3 tortillas or at least 4 since I don't put too much meat in my fajitas. I also tried the hickory grilled ribs. It was kinda salty, but the barbecue sauce was ok. The meat was very tender & falls off the bone. The fries that it comes with were alright. There was a little of wait, but I didn't mind since the food was good. Our food did take a while. Our waitress was very attentive & filled our water. There was seating inside & outside on the patio. I was glad that we were sat outside since it was a beautiful day today. Besides inside was kinda dark. Overall, the food is a little pricey, but totally worth it. A must are their fajitas.

Here in Texas, chips and salsa are such a commonplace experience it's off-putting to pay for them. We ordered the guacamole and the chips and salsa come with it, so that was, I guess, better...but the guacamole was $16, so there's that. The salsa was tasty as was the guacamole, but again, for the portion it's really not worth it. We had the queso flameado, which was yummy and the flour tortillas are good! We split the sirloin and were underwhelmed. For a grilled meats place the steak was very under seasoned and wasn't giving us fresh hot grilled vibes. Meh at best, as were the rice and beans. We ordered elote as a side and it was really the best thing we ate. Service was friendly and efficient! Cocktails average $16ish. Again, for the prices we expected better.

I'll admit I was very skeptical about The Chicharrónes because they're either cooked right or they're not. They got it down here. Everything was cooked exceptionally well and delicious. 10/10 recommend. Food and drinks are great!

Chris our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time walking us through the menu and explaining what made El Carlos Elegante so special. The drinks were perfect. My wife loved her Desert Flor while I thoroughly enjoyed my Modelo Micheleda. Her Surf and Turf one hitter was exceptional. I have to say my Crab Cake was just ok. It tasted a little pasty and very heavy on the bread. The Pulpo was absolutely amazing. Perfect texture and the sauce it was served almost had me licking the plate. The El Machete was incredible from its presentation, to the freshness of the corn tortilla, to the quality of the meat inside. Definitely recommend this. We really liked our Okra + Shishito course, we just wished it had more okra in it. The two things I loved about the Al Pastor was of course the sauce it was served on but the fact that I got to enjoy it like a steak. It was served sliced on a bias like flank steak. Typically Al Pastor is finely chopped and served in tacos and burritos, so this was a different eating experience for me. And of course it was delicious as well. We cannot wait to come back and try more of the menu.

That visit checked every box -- the food, service, ambiance, and overall hospitality were all exceptional. What really stood out to me then was the attention to detail. I had casually mentioned that one of my cocktails wasn't quite my taste, and Harry personally reached out afterward to say they'd gladly adjust it next time. That kind of thoughtful follow-up leaves a lasting impression and is exactly the sort of hospitality that elevates a restaurant experience. Unfortunately, this recent visit felt like a completely different restaurant. We decided to do a combination of à la carte dishes along with the Experience menu after being told this version would feature entirely off-menu items, which genuinely intrigued us since Ihad also done the Experience previously. At the start of dinner, we were asked about allergies and dietary restrictions. I clearly explained that I have a mango allergy and do not eat beef. Our server then asked whether I ate other meats, and I clarified yes -- and even specifically mentioned that if the machete dish was beef, please still include it because my friend could enjoy it and I really wanted her to try it. He confirmed it would be the sirloin version, so we happily agreed not to modify that course. So imagine our surprise when one of the first dishes arrived dressed with a mango vinaigrette. Thankfully, we barely caught him quietly mentioning "mango" as he set it down. We immediately looked at each other thinking, "Didn't we just discuss the allergy?" It was disappointing, but unfortunately also representative of the overall service throughout the evening. Our server seemed disengaged, inattentive, and often not fully listening. Empty glasses sat untouched, opportunities to order additional items were missed, and at one point we were simply handed the check without even being asked if we wanted anything else. We also ordered a bottle of sparkling wine and ended up pouring it ourselves for most of the evening because our glasses were rarely refilled. I completely understand not leaving the bottle tableside if walkway space is limited, but repeatedly needing to get up ourselves to retrieve it felt out of sync with the level of service one expects from a Michelin-recommended restaurant -- especially at this price point. Then came the machete dish. Instead of the sirloin version we specifically discussed, we received the vegetarian potato version. When the server asked how it looked, I politely explained that we were disappointed because he had specifically told us it would be the sirloin preparation. At minimum, I would have expected another protein substitution given the earlier conversation about what I could eat. I'm also still unclear whether the Experience menu was truly "off-menu" as described, since several dishes -- including the halibut -- appeared familiar. Had that been communicated differently, we likely would have skipped the Experience altogether and simply curated our own meal. At the end of the night, spending over $500 while pouring our own wine, nearly being served an allergen we explicitly disclosed, and receiving dishes different from what was promised made for a deeply disappointing experience -- especially after such a phenomenal first visit. It honestly felt sad more than anything because I know how wonderful this restaurant can be. I'm not sure what changed in the last five months, but the difference was significant.
