Pharmacy states they never received it, staff claims they faxed it in. This happens every single time without exception. Every time I have lab work done, I show up for my appointment 2 weeks later to review. Office staff claims the lab never sent them the results , yet, all of the results are posted in EPIC MyChart, the same system that they use in the office. When I challenge the staff on these issues, instead of LISTENING, they become argumentative. There is surface level, basic professionalism, but if there's a problem, professionalism goes right out the window. Save yourself the stress, hassle, and aggravation. Go somewhere else.

The doctor wouldn't take my phone call....insisted on a tele-med appt which lasted 30 second and where is just prescribed something without asking any questions and quite obviously could have been done over the phone instead of a $225 30 second face to face. She takes her time answering all your questions, never rushes you, is understanding and willing to work with parents suggestions. You can tell she truly loves her job in the way she interacts with her little patients. She has a very successful practice yet I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to see her. Getting an appointment is painless and her office staff is professional and excellent with the children. I have had to contact her on several occasions late in the evening for fever and other parental hysteria and she has always been understanding and reassuring, never dismissive.
