I wish I could give negative stars cause I would. I took my son here this morning once again. We…read morehad been there maybe two or three times before that and he was misdiagnosed the times before that and I stupidly brought him back and guess what he was misdiagnosed again. The doctor that checked my son out, said he had scabies. She barely looked at his hand one minute she said that we all need to get treated and then the next minute she was like no you're fine. I was like what the heck how can one minute you say that we need to get treated in the next minute you take it back. I ended up taking him to his regular pediatrician and she acted, looked at him, looked in his mouth and he had hand foot and mouth disease. This is like the third time that they misdiagnosed this and I was supposed to go away tomorrow thank God I went to my regular pediatrician because I could've spread that like wild fire. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE AGAIN! Where do these dr's even get there certification from?! Is that hard to diagnose kids?!

We have visited PM Pediatrics in Livingston multiple times for our children and, until now, have…read moreconsistently found the staff and doctors to be caring, compassionate, and empathetic. Unfortunately, our recent visit with Dr. Fishkind was an awful experience and, without question, the worst interaction I have ever had with a doctor. He was completely dismissive of our concerns and implied that we were overreacting. His behavior toward both my preteen daughter and me was extremely rude and lacking any empathy. Parents do not bring their children to urgent care lightly. We were there because our child was in pain and needed prompt medical attention, yet Dr. Fishkind made us feel as though we were wasting his time. The experience was humiliating and deeply upsetting. After reading other reviews, it is clear there is a consistent pattern of similar behavior from this doctor--dismissiveness and misdiagnosis. It is disappointing and surprising that PM Pediatrics appears to have taken no action to address this issue. PM Pediatrics used to be a reliable and excellent option when our pediatrician was unavailable. After this experience, we will not be returning.

Took, my newborn 1st visit with Dr John K. He came in with an intern…read more Dr John introduced himself and was asking questions. He did not even read the hospital summary or did not know child was in NICU. Whole consultation, was very confusing. It was really hard to follow as Dr jumped from topic to topic. On 9th Jan we went for another appointment. Nobody came for 15mins. A lady came name Lauren. We consulted her asking questions. She asked if we had taken RSV? We both said we are unsure. So, she went outside and checked the record. Upon checking she said baby did not receive RSV. So she gave RSV. After 1hr we got a call from Dr's clinic telling us baby did receive RSV in hospital. It was an error on Dr side. However, she said they confirmed with Dr it should be fine. I looked at her profile she was nurse practioner. Nobody told us that our appointment would be handled by NP (she was a very nice lady). We consulted her assuming she was Dr. 11th Jan I asked for medical record for my child. Moment, I asked for records I received 4 calls from clinic and 1 from DR apologizing. As they knew I would be transferring. Conclusion: Absolutely money-minded with least concern for patients. I do not care what New Jersey law states for NP. We came to consult a qualified Dr not an Nurse Practioner (nothing against Lauren). If we have appt with NP tell us!! Dr did not make phone calls to apologize over double dosage of RSV until he know we would be transferring. Take all the money and do not forget the change too for 2 visits. That will help you build more clinics than you actually have time for. You can always hire more Interns, NP, to fool patients in the name of Dr. But please make sure you do your due diligence as you are dealing with infants do not give double dosage of vaccines.

I will start by saying that Doctor John is a wonderful and caring doctor. However, it is extremely…read moredifficult to schedule an appointment with him so the last time I took my kids I saw Dr. Alexander. She was absolutely horrible. I was one of the first patients in that morning so I'm not sure if I caught her on a bad day but her attitude that day was enough to make me not want to go back. She showed very little interest in my kids and barely talked to them and was rude when I asked her a question pertaining to my son. This practice has gone downhill and and my kids deserve better.
