We have been going there for the last 9 years, and they have always been there for us. During Covid when other pediatricians offices were sending their patients to CVS and urgent care centers, the Ped Center was open, standing out in the cold to see all the children AND their families. They are there whenever I have needed them, and I have been there on almost every holiday. I have never been told no, or there is no time for my child. I was hugged and supported as my son was taken out of the office via ambulance at one of our worst moments. Romelia, the nurse practitioner called to check on me in the following days, which is rare these days. Nurse practitioner Clare McKegney has never judged or laughed at any silly questions I have. Dr Moskowitz spent many visits explaining how best to help my child, helping him to avoid the hospital, and ensuring we are making the best choices for him. I know a lot of the staff by name, and they are always kind and caring. Dr Chin, Dr Visci have always been so helpful and caring. They speak to the child, and not just the parents. My sons love all of the drs!

Alex did all our paperwork to set us up, and she did a great job staying on top of things and calling us when we were approved in the system so we knew we could set up our first appointments. We've been for covid tests, general check ups, and ENT specialty referrals - we can't say enough great things about the staff there. Some things to note now: When you arrive, you need to call them when you're in the lobby of the building- you're not allowed to be in the lobby of their actual doctor office. Covid tests are done in a completely separate area than the Dr. office. Results for those tests are available within about 15 minutes - after a covid test, you have to wait in the lobby until results are provided before you can proceed with the rest of your dr. apt. Overall - very happy for our switch and for the support this office provides!

I called them, they sent a message to confirm the appointment and a phone call. Three opportunities to mention the move. Got to the right office and didn't leave until 1:40. So an hour and a half for a flu shot that took at most 5 minutes. Do you need to space out the appointments? Hire more doctors? Take on less patients? I don't know about other people but after over 2 years with appointments like these I'm ready to start looking for a new office. Adding insult to injury, having waited so long at the doctor's office my guy has missed his nap window. The front desk I barely have to speak to so I can't say much. The MAs I only really had one assist me every time we went and she was super friendly. Now my issue is I called numerous times and asked about my son vaccination record (he was only 2.5 months old) so there was only 3 things on this record. Unfortunately the office is too far for me (40 mins) my son got an ear infection and I had to make an appt close to home. Now after his first appt I was told he needed his immunization records in order to be seen again by the new office near home. When I called florham park to retrieve these I was told "30 days you can pick it up" WHAT?!!!! I wasn't asking for medical records and I was going back and forth numerous times and different days... I gave up, bc as a new mom I'm exhausted and didn't have it in me to argue. ( I also emailed the office as suggested and at this point I wanted all records bc I was done with this facility and lack of common sense) So fast forward to two weeks later, I had to last min get my son in to do a quick covid test ( as I couldn't be seen near home bc I still wasn't able to retrieve his records). Once I got in I made sure to get his immunization rec., and once our appt was done I was told 24 hours for results to be in. I waited over 24 hours and finally called...the lady at the front desk told me their backed up on test.... Which made no sense but okay so she said to call in a day, well I gave them two days now at this point it's 5 days LATER I spoke to someone at 9am and they told me an on call doctor will call with my 2.5 month old sons results ( as covid result aren't important I guess) and guess what?.... NO CALL! So, aggravated as I was I called again and left a voicemail and I'm sure you can guess it again.... NO CALL BACK.... EVER! Now it's a week and a few days later I called, the front desk answered and literally gave me his results... it was THAT SIMPLE. Now I get an email 3 weeks later about medical records saying "it'll be ready in two weeks" well now it's over the legal 30 day period and clearly over the two weeks I was promised. My son is now 4 months what is so hard about printing or sending a few notes on his visits when he hasn't even been here more than 4/5 visits??? All this did was put me back on being able to treat my son as needed medically, very unprofessional as a medical office for children. Not sure what the excuse is holding medical records for longer than necessary I would never make my patients wait the 30 day period. That is totally absurd and so rude! I do work in medical and manage a super busy office so the way this office is handling specific/simple task is mind boggling. I will be calling back and giving a piece of my mind as they totally violated my rights to medical records and as the state of NJ it's a 30 day wait period.. which they're aware, but clearly can't manage that time correctly. This office seems very slow paced every time I've been here so I'm not sure what the issue is with helping patients out with simple things as this.

We decided to switch to FP Pediatrics and we are very happy that we did. No one can replace a man that has been with us for over a decade, but Dr. Ganek is wonderful. She is so kind and caring. She makes my sons feel so comfortable as if they are talking to a friends mom! I absolutely love the way she made us all feel from the moment we met. We were very upset about losing the Dr that we trusted and loved but she made us feel as if we had known her forever. The front staff is fabulous. So nice and helpful. They are so accommodating for sick visits, etc. I highly recommend Advocare Florham Park. You won't be sorry.

My child was seen by their office from birth- 7 months old until we ultimately had to switch. In…read morethe short time we had received multiple conflicting advice from the nurses and doctors, sometimes during the same visit! For example, one visit a Nurse said, great weight gain! At the same visit Doc said weight gain is concerning. One doc said she no flat spot. Other doc said big flat spot and in need of PT and helmet. I even had one doc tell me, "well, the AAP guidelines recommend XXXX, but I don't". I'm a healthcare professional myself and I have a real problem with that. The last straw was we came in for a scheduled flu shot appointment. In advance of our scheduled visit I called the nurses expressing concern about my child's diaper rash. They offered to look at it during the planned flu shot appointment. We arrive, flu shot is given, we ask the nurse to please check the rash (mind you, my child has nothing on but a diaper at this point and the nurses previously offered to do so over the phone). She tells me NO I have to make an appointment. And they are very busy right now but I can wait in the waiting room if someone becomes free. And on the way to the waiting room she says no one is available. Sigh. When I decided to leave the practice, I asked for my child's medical records to be transferred to the new practice. The admin tells me, something to the effect of, "sure, I'll just need 25 dollars and you can come in and pick them up yourself". She says, "the state of NJ allows us to charge up to $1 per page so we do". It took all of my strength to pay them, pick the documents up, and not fight with them. I didn't make a scene because I am grateful my child is healthy and grateful we are out of there before we truly needed their help. Sharing so others can be well informed when making the decision on a pediatric practice. Despite all the wonders I was told I honestly had the worst healthcare experience there.
