I generally just stick to my OB/GYN. I went to Dr. Davis' office for a new patient visit to established care. His office staff was incredibly friendly and they ran very very close to on time (I think he was maybe five or 10 minutes behind) and apologized profusely for being a couple minutes behind. He was kind, thorough, and very reassuring. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I felt he spent an incredibly appropriate amount of time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Another thing that I find unique about Dr. Davis is that he didn't push meds Down my throat right away, most doctors in his position would've opted to put me on medication immediately. Highly recommend Dr. Davis and his practice.

Pharmacy states they never received it, staff claims they faxed it in. This happens every single time without exception. Every time I have lab work done, I show up for my appointment 2 weeks later to review. Office staff claims the lab never sent them the results , yet, all of the results are posted in EPIC MyChart, the same system that they use in the office. This rating is for the office, not the doctor himself…read more Dr. Krupp is a 5-star doctor but his office manager Jackie is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. She was the one awful thing about having to go to this office the entire time I was there. Making appointments were painful. Dr. Krupp has been my doctor for many years. About a year ago he stopped taking my insurance so I had to go to another doctor. He now takes my insurance again and I was so excited to return. But Jackie tells me it is their policy once you leave you can never return. EVER. I did not want to stop seeing Dr. Krupp, but my insurance would not allow it. Had I known their policy I would not have had my records transferred. I should have been informed of this. She will not even let me speak to the doctor. I have referred so many people to this practice, but apparently she is the judge, jury and executioner in this place. I have not been this upset in a while. She took glee in telling me I could not return. Absolutely 100% an awful person.

I've been a patient of his since I was in high school, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he is one of the most exceptional people I've ever met. Finding a doctor you can be completely, 100% open with is rare. Dr. Festa has this incredible ability to be a supportive, caring friend while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I feel comfortable enough to talk to him about absolutely anything, and I know I will be met with zero judgment. He is a safe space, and in the medical world, that is priceless. I trust him with my life. His level of knowledge is astounding. I am constantly amazed at how educated he is. There has never been a single topic, concern, or question I've brought to him that he didn't have extensive, thorough knowledge on. He is meticulous and thorough in everything he does, ensuring no stone is left unturned. But the real reason I am writing this review goes deeper. A little over two years ago, my life was in shambles. I was struggling with a history of substance abuse and felt like I was at rock bottom. I went back to Dr. Festa, and he has been an unwavering pillar in my life ever since. He didn't just treat my physical health; he supported my entire well-being. He has helped guide me to a place I truly never thought I would see. Today, I am happy, I am sober, and I am actively meeting goals that once seemed impossible. On top of the outstanding care, the entire practice is a dream to work with. The office is beautiful and always perfectly clean. The front desk workers are phenomenal--they are always on top of whatever I need, from prescriptions to scheduling. Speaking of which, I have never had an issue getting an appointment; Dr. Festa always has availability. And so never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes max! I've also never had a problem with my insurance, as they take many different providers. I am so profoundly grateful for Dr. Festa. I actually look forward to my monthly appointments. He is the gold standard for what a Primary Care Physician should be. I recommend him and his practice to everyone and anyone in search of a PCP or one of the many other specialties he offers.
