Pharmacy states they never received it, staff claims they faxed it in. This happens every single time without exception. Every time I have lab work done, I show up for my appointment 2 weeks later to review. Office staff claims the lab never sent them the results , yet, all of the results are posted in EPIC MyChart, the same system that they use in the office. When I challenge the staff on these issues, instead of LISTENING, they become argumentative. There is surface level, basic professionalism, but if there's a problem, professionalism goes right out the window. Save yourself the stress, hassle, and aggravation. Go somewhere else.

I am a hard marker, don't want him to get a swelled head and slack off, human nature. He has long been amenable to my self--doctoring, refusal of SOP stuff like symptom suppression, instead working on ways to alleviate the root cause. Now he has NP Dara, his life has more space to calm down... not easy when you run a business as well as do your profession. I also like that whatever ails me i go there first, and to an -oligist only if fully warranted. Most issues he and I can reach a good plan and execute. I recommend using them as you family doctor. Hours not quite TD bank but very good vs. most medicoes.

What was unacceptable was the lack of concern and response she showed in correcting her mistake. After calling the office 8-9 times over the next 1-2 weeks, and hearing from the front desk ditz that "it will be fixed today" each time, I had to escalate, then physically go into the office one morning (taking time away from work) and say "I'm not leaving this office until you fix this". At that point, she was forced to confront the problem. She sheepishly commented on how she "wasn't sure what happened", and wrote out a corrected Rx, which took less than five minutes. She then said "that was easy, why didn't you say something before?" Yikes. I don't believe I'll be entrusting her with the health and welfare of my family any time soon.
