I love that Dr Rubinetti treats a wide variety of care from blood work, physicals, flu shots,diabetes,etc.i called him up gave him my symptoms over the phone he told me he thought i had shingles.He wanted me to come in immediately for test just in case so I could start meds ASAP. I was in his office within 3 hrs and diagnosed with shingles. I started the meds right away. ( extremely painful disease) For as long as I've been going to him he has always caught things early for me which I appreciate. Then upon calling in a new prescription I find out he prescribed the same meds we talked about. When I spoke with him I can tell he is not engaged and he thinking about something else. Very cookie cutter approach to treatment. I understand that cardiology is a pretty cut and dried specialty however he needs to appear more interested.

When I challenge the staff on these issues, instead of LISTENING, they become argumentative. There is surface level, basic professionalism, but if there's a problem, professionalism goes right out the window. Save yourself the stress, hassle, and aggravation. Go somewhere else.
