I called his office on Wednesday to discuss and left a message that though not an emergency, I needed to talk with the Dr. He does not work Wed. On Thursday at noon I called again asking for a call back today. I followed up with an email to his office reiterating all of the above. I wrote that I would make the callback a priority and was available into the evening. No call back! Dr. Kramer prescibed the wrong dosage of my routine medicine. Do not recommend after this serious mistake!

She was always bragging about how efficient Dr Nahas was and how comfortable she always felt when she had to go there. I made an appointment and it turned out that Angela was still the receptionist and I instantly remembered her because my mom always said how kind and compassionate she was- not many receptionist in doctors office are as kind when you called. To me that's very important as the first line of contact. When I arrived today, I called the office from my car and Angela told me to come in. They took my temperature, brought me into a spotless examine room, had me wash my hands and take a seat. Dr Nahas spent a very long time with me taking all of my personal background then she gave me a complete physical, which is something I haven't had in years. When I left, I was so happy that I thought about Dr. Nahas and made the appointment. Now I have a primary care doctor to release me for surgery when it happens. Her office took extreme measures to make sure all COVID rules are in place. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I would recommend her, especially if you're looking for a caring and personable doctor. She takes as long as you need- she's not on the clock of a large group insisting she see 25 patients a day, so it's much different visiting her office. I was so impressed. The parking is very easy and convenient, it's all one level. No stairs at all. In addition, she is less than 100 yards from St Barnabas hospital in Livingson. I'm so glad I called her office.
