She was always bragging about how efficient Dr Nahas was and how comfortable she always felt when she had to go there. I made an appointment and it turned out that Angela was still the receptionist and I instantly remembered her because my mom always said how kind and compassionate she was- not many receptionist in doctors office are as kind when you called. To me that's very important as the first line of contact. When I arrived today, I called the office from my car and Angela told me to come in. They took my temperature, brought me into a spotless examine room, had me wash my hands and take a seat. Dr Nahas spent a very long time with me taking all of my personal background then she gave me a complete physical, which is something I haven't had in years. When I left, I was so happy that I thought about Dr. Nahas and made the appointment. Now I have a primary care doctor to release me for surgery when it happens. Her office took extreme measures to make sure all COVID rules are in place. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I would recommend her, especially if you're looking for a caring and personable doctor. She takes as long as you need- she's not on the clock of a large group insisting she see 25 patients a day, so it's much different visiting her office. I was so impressed. The parking is very easy and convenient, it's all one level. No stairs at all. In addition, she is less than 100 yards from St Barnabas hospital in Livingson. I'm so glad I called her office. In fact, everyone I interacted with that Saturday morning were good - from security at the building entrance to intake inside Imaging. It made a scary situation much less so for me. Prior to this, I'd really only visited this Summit Health for Urgent Care services. This was my first time visiting another office - imaging/labs on the first floor. The office administration was well organized, and the technicians were A+ with their professionalism and patient care. It looks like my rating is higher than most other reviews within the past year. For me, I haven't experienced long wait times. Also, using the portal for scheduling and retrieving my results has been fine. Granted, I haven't needed to call and speak to an office personnel directly yet. Idk, maybe some changes have taken place since these reviews. So based on my experiences so far, I would recommend the Summit Health in Livingston.
