Rude, apathetic, and quite useless are words that come to mind. While I had positive experiences with the doctors, the nurses and front office are why I left their practice. She was the one awful thing about having to go to this office the entire time I was there. Making appointments were painful. Dr. Krupp has been my doctor for many years. About a year ago he stopped taking my insurance so I had to go to another doctor. He now takes my insurance again and I was so excited to return. But Jackie tells me it is their policy once you leave you can never return. EVER. I did not want to stop seeing Dr. Krupp, but my insurance would not allow it. Had I known their policy I would not have had my records transferred. I should have been informed of this. She will not even let me speak to the doctor. I have referred so many people to this practice, but apparently she is the judge, jury and executioner in this place. I have not been this upset in a while. She took glee in telling me I could not return. Absolutely 100% an awful person.

He comes off as a sincere, caring doctor who is there to help you be well. Both near and long term. Con's * I have not been a patient of his longer than I have been.
