I left this practice because I did not feel heard or supported as a new patient. After experiencing significant side effects that were affecting my quality of life, I had to repeatedly advocate for myself and insist that my medication plan be reconsidered. Instead of feeling like we were working together on my care, I felt dismissed and frustrated by the response I received. Communication was also a major concern, as it took multiple calls to get answers. A good patient-provider relationship requires listening, communication, and trust, and unfortunately I did not feel that was present. read more

Scheduling is a nightmare. They never have openings when you're sick. They are not open on the weekends. When you call to schedule an appointment the front desk is rude. I read more

We've been going there for probably 15 years. At one time we'd refer our friends and neighbors. The service has gone from bad to worse over the past few years. If you are lucky they will pick up the phone and only put you on hold for 20 minutes otherwise you'd Be better off calling the cable company. When my son was sick in March 2021 the Front desk(appalling individual) said they weren't seeing sick patients. So after putting up with their rudeness over the last few years and always being forced to do blood work off site we decided to move on. So glad we did we should have done it years ago but because of the convenient location we didn't. Do not waste your time and precious healt. read more

Iv been a patient of Jack's since 93, i just flew back from California to see him, because im getting hip replacement surgery, hes the only doctor I've ever trusted since being out of the Marines in 92.. his practice runs like a finely tuned porsche 911 GT3, NUFF SAID read more

I have alway have been able to speak with a doctor! I'm treated with kind and caring awesome staff!!!!

STAY AWAY. DEALING with the front receptionist and refilling woman in this facility is a NIGHTMARE. Beyond being extremely slow and making mistakes on their prescriptions, they refuse to help you on their mistake! They sent a prescription to a pharmacy that called them and said they are backfilled and can't fill the prescription. Instead of calling to let me know this is the case they just let me find out days later. Instead of helping and calling a different pharmacy they wrote a prescription and told me to go find a place to full fill it and than that they CANT CALL 1 more place. They treat you like you owe them something, when in reality the patients are the ones who keep this place running and put money into their pockets. STAY AWAY if you wish to get anything done properly on in a timely manner. read more

this group started calling me and would not take 'I'm not interested' or 'No'. They just continued to harass me. They created a scenario where their sales reps thought I, or someone I know, wanted a glucose monitor. They could not ascertain who had done, nor would they stop calling. A HORRIBLE goup. read more

Never got better care anywhere, or better results. Dr Kloby fixed my shoulder and my back in one visit each. Literally walked out pain free. Dr.Lustig is my GI doctor and my quality of life improved a lot due to him. Unlike my previous drs he takes the time to listen and after suffering for years I found some relief to my GI issues. The front desk staff has been criticized in other reviews, and while my experiences have been mostly fine, I've gotten attitude a couple of times (hence 4 stars and not 5). I recommend this place confidently. read more

When I called to ask how much the consultation would be since I don't have insurance and need to pay out of pocket, they advised $250-280 if it was paid in full with one payment. Came in for a consultation and was considering the procedure that the doctor suggested. I was concerned with the payment amount for the procedure. The front desk only advised for me to call their financial manager, Michelle, for a payment breakdown and payment plan. I was under the impression that the consultation would be included in the breakdown since they didn't ask me for a payment. I ended up getting an invoice for $320. Michelle, said the front desk was "suppose" to let me know that if the consultation fee was not paid the day of, they would increase the price to $320. Well they didn't. They only said it had to be paid in full all at once, which I was ok with. But she still can't do anything for me. The front desk was NOT friendly from the first time when I first called to make an appointment, to when I came in for the actual appointment. Upon leaving they all look too busy to be bothered. Saying bye without looking up. The second time calling them, the staff was nicer, but still did not leave a good feeling for me to want to come back. Not everyone knows what to do or what to expect when they arrive at a doctors office. A little more direction, information, or help with be very nice. They seem cold and not personal. You could say they are more professional than personal. But I would like to go to a Dr's office who cares. They definitely seem like they could care less. Dr. Kripsak. was nice, but with this staff, I would not come back or recommend this office. read more

I been patient for many year until Rwj took over. It awful . 1. Every time you go in you have to fill out the same form. Plus show id. The woman behind the counter act like hilter sister. Very nasty and rude and unprofessional. Plus talking about me to her co worker. Am done with this group. You have to wait . The staff are miserable since rwj took over. I have decide to go another doctor. I don't recommend this medical group anymore. read more

I've been a patient for over 30 years. The more they've grown, the absolute worse their customer service has become as a result. The answering service is completely rude and not interested in helping patients. They believe their responsibilities can be conducted on a black or white basis, with no decisions falling in between. The receptionists successfully doing what is needed by the patients is hit or miss. Cross your fingers, because who knows if your call will make it through again. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and among the best, which is the only reason I have yet to bail at this point. read more

The worst doctor's experience I have ever had, AVOID. Went in for a routine physical. I asked for an extra blood test to be ran, doctor said no problem, and said he would call with results. Took a week, no call, had to wait for a letter with a summary of results, did not run the test I asked for. I called the office, they said I could come in, they could take more blood, and it would all be no cost to me. I'm not a fan of drawing blood and don't live close by, but ok, I understand mistakes happen so I came in. Again, another doctor promises to call me back with results, I double check, he shakes my hand and tells me he will reach me after I got no call last time. I don't get a call, and the blood tests come back, done by a different lab than I told them my insurance covers. I then get a $400 bill for the blood chemistry, for something the doctor said would cost me nothing. Now I don't have $400 to spare, and wouldn't have done the test if I knew it would cost so much. Now it's been over a month of me calling the office, they keep telling me to call someone else and keep forwarding me to somewhere else. It usually takes about a week for me to hear back from them after calling, and as of yet I am still not able to get either the head nurse or a doctor on the phone, even after my call has been upgraded to "urgent", I am informed that the nurse cannot find any time in the day to actually talk to me. In the meantime, I have received a certified letter telling me that they have dropped me as a patient. What a mature way to deal with a problem. They didn't care in the slightest if I would stay as a patient. They have repeatedly not provided the basic courtesy of a phone call to tell me my results after promising they would, no patient followup, they have no interest in holding on to a patient, and have no interest in resolving a problem for me. Thank god it was nothing serious, I would hate to think these doctors are in charge of my health. read more

This is a good family practice- type medical practice. Most of the work is done by nurses and Physician Assistants. But they are generally organized, and now have all med records digitized. However they can be awfully slow. You can be made to wait, and wait, and wait. If you need to see a real doctor. Not always great bedside manner. read more

The doctors and nurses here are wonderful, especially Dr Kripsack! But PLEASE...get a new front office staff. They are very rude to the patients and not helpful. We overheard one of the front office staff yelling at a patient's husband- and my own experience with them has been very poor. I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for the people at the front desk! read more

AGREE!! Stay away from this family practice. My husband and I have been patients for years. The level of service continues to get worse. The front desk receptionists are rude and requesting refills is a NIGHTMARE!! It's sad that this used to be a good facility with good doctors and staff. read more

Have been going there for 10+ years. Yes sometimes i did have to wait to be seen. but that is rarely the case. Unfortunately, Dr. S. has retired :( I now see Michelle and I couldn't be happier. She explains everything! in language I can understand! read more

I have been dealing strictly with Dr Robert Lustig for many years. He is The Shining Star of this Medical Practice

I did a web search earlier today and the first page showed that the practice had walk in hours from 9 AM to 3 PM .. went there and was told NO walk in hours .. and told the practice has NO website .. I am looking for another primary care practice read more

Rude and unprofessional front desk staff both in person and on the phone. Have been a patient here for years and each year it goes down hill further. It seems they have a new computer system every year and no one ever knows how to use it and they make the patients suffer for it.. Made two different appointment in one week. They called and canceled one because they overbooked, then they made another appointment for me and when I showed up they had no record of it. They refused to accommodate me either and no one was in the waiting room. There is about 10 admin people working in the office and no medical staff. Time to move on from this group. read more

The wait can be long at times as some other reviewers have mentioned, but I find that to be the case at all doctors offices these days. The medical staff themselves are knowledgeable and helpful. read more

Michele Teroni is the PA that I see there and she is unbelievable. She really takes the time to listen to you and the front desk staff is very accommodating. Sometimes it's a little hard to get through on the phone but I can always get an appointment when I need one. read more
