One of the front desk staff just offered objections vs. listening and trying to help solve the problem and enable a discussion with the billing person I needed to speak with. If you're a busy person and don't have time to chase people for basic things, I'd consider not coming here. The doctors and nursing staff are good, but the administrative office is a hot mess...

Dr. Welsh was thorough in his analysis and very informative regarding my options and the epidural procedure I decided to try out. He provided options that I could take before undergoing the epidural procedure which I appreciated. On the day of the minor surgical procedure Dr. Welsh ran me through the steps again, reassuring me how simple and fast the procedure would be. I felt calm and was confident that I'd be in good hands. FYI, the procedure takes place in a surgical center and not these offices. The office is small but comfortable and very clean. They have vast awards showcasing the office walls on their various Doctors which is comforting. I would definitely recommend coming here for your pain management.
