Rude, apathetic, and quite useless are words that come to mind. While I had positive experiences with the doctors, the nurses and front office are why I left their practice. Debra, you didn't even introduce yourself or your title when I was transferred and you essentially let me assume you were a doctor which you are not. Not sure how illegal that is but at the very least shows you're incompetent.

Yes, the doc is approachable, knowledgeable and presents himself well but his listening skills are poor. We had a whole conversation on my sensitivity to a certain type of medication. Then upon calling in a new prescription I find out he prescribed the same meds we talked about. When I spoke with him I can tell he is not engaged and he thinking about something else. Very cookie cutter approach to treatment. I understand that cardiology is a pretty cut and dried specialty however he needs to appear more interested.
