We've seen a few different doctors (sometimes we aren't able to see his PCP) and everyone is very knowledge, cordial and kind. The nurses are all great and attempt to calm my son down who get a a bit nervous as he's only 2.5 (he started seeing his doctor at 18 months when we moved to NYC). At times during afternoon visits when they're busier the wait time can be a little long but that's fine. We are patient and things work out.

Most just don't care and so egotistical they just keep you sitting their office waiting for forever. They also took a very similar approach about medicating me instead of trying to find the root of the issues. Dr. Waldman is just the opposite. Caring, professional and listens to you. He's not trying to push highly addictive drugs on you. After all you are the patient and its your body. After speaking to several other doctors from the top hospitals in the area Waldman has quiet a reputation of being one of the best in the business. He's the one teaching the other doctors how to administer shots when needed. He has several locations which makes it convenient. I trust him 100%. The man has exceeded all expectations. I sent several people to him and they were thankful I did. It's tough to find a good doctor who cares.

Me staying w/him as my doc for 10 years speaks volumes. Dr. Goodman is a kind, calm and very professional physician w/excellent bedside manner & great knowledge. Like an another reviewer said, he's that 'old fashioned' kind of doc that has no 'God complex' that a lot of docs have, and patient care is his #1 concern and he encourages you to ask as many questions as you want & he will happily explain. When I didn't have insurance, he was VERY accommodating with his cash fees. Yes the wait is usually long (about 1 hour), but Dr. Goodman is SO WORTH IT. I can't recommend him enough. : )
