The staff was extremely friendly and caring and able to understand what my needs were. I am new to this practice, and they came highly recommended. I saw Dr. Andrzej Torbus, he is very through, kind, and genuinely interested in what my concerns were. I saw him two tImes, the first was to get familiar with the practice, and get recommendations and referrals to other specialist in my plan. The second visit was for medical clearance, I am having knee surgery. Both times Dr. Torbus walked in happy and smiling, and I never felt rushed. He put me at ease, and answered all of my questions. He was able to recommend routine yearly exams that I needed to have since I was a little behind. This practice is part of Atlantic Health System. Most of my information was already in their system. Dr. Torbus could see some of my previous records and dates. All I had to do was update my insurance information. The process was very easy. I love that they have an online system called "My Chart." You sign in and can access all of your medical records, tests, appointments,that are part of Atlantic Health,and even send an email directly to the doctor and his staff. Any other doctor associated with Atlantic Health System that I've seen will also be in "My Chart." This practice is located alittle down from the center of town in Warren. . There is also free parking in their lot. There are rows and rows of medical buildings up and down Mountain Ave. RT 22 and 78 are both accessible from this office. I definitely recommend this practice.

He said "I can't hear you". She just said, ok fine., she said she thought I would answer for him. How would I know if he's had any of the illnesses or symptoms your asking about. He's 87, just about as sharp as and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. You weren't busy and no one else was in the office. Slow down, take a moment, you work in an office designed to care for people.

The office told me they did, took my insurance information, including my member ID, and said my coverage had been verified. They also instructed me to fast before my appointment and asked me to gather and email medical records and lab work from multiple specialists. After driving an hour to the office, fasting, completing all of the new patient paperwork--including providing sensitive personal information such as my Social Security number--and submitting the requested medical records, I was told they do not accept my insurance after all. This should have been confirmed before I was ever scheduled. I wasted hours of my time, drove an hour each way, and went through the effort of collecting and sending sensitive medical information for an appointment that never should have been scheduled. I would also like to know why my medical records are being retained when I was never actually seen as a patient. The office later acknowledged the mistake and offered me a $200 Amazon gift card for my time and travel. I provided the email address they requested, but despite following up, I never received it.

NEVER met with the doctor only his PA. Told to schedule an appointment. Was never informed what to expect; is there downtime, do I need to wear compression socks afterwards, etc. I'm going to need to do more research to determine whether I feel comfortable having this procedure done and where. Also I want to have confidence in the doctor who is performing the procedure. Unfortunately that was not the case for me.
