I called his office on Wednesday to discuss and left a message that though not an emergency, I needed to talk with the Dr. He does not work Wed. On Thursday at noon I called again asking for a call back today. I followed up with an email to his office reiterating all of the above. I wrote that I would make the callback a priority and was available into the evening. No call back! Dr. Kramer prescibed the wrong dosage of my routine medicine.
