On my first visit here, Dr. Lijo got the dosages wrong on both of my refill prescriptions. As disconcerting as that is, I guess it happens occasionally. What was unacceptable was the lack of concern and response she showed in correcting her mistake. After calling the office 8-9 times over the next 1-2 weeks, and hearing from the front desk ditz that "it will be fixed today" each time, I had to escalate, then physically go into the office one morning (taking time away from work) and say "I'm not leaving this office until you fix this". At that point, she was forced to confront the problem. She sheepishly commented on how she "wasn't sure what happened", and wrote out a corrected Rx, which took less than five minutes. She then said "that was easy, why didn't you say something before?" Yikes. I don't believe I'll be entrusting her with the health and welfare of my family any time soon. read more
