Authentic Mexican food. Food very tasty and clean. Reasonable price. Service very fast and friendly to customers.

Really good burrito. Fantastic service Fernando was really friendly and apologetic about the wait even though I didn't wait long at all. He was really sincere and nice to talk to. I really liked their green sauce. I will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend. read more

Just tried this place for the first time tonight, and I will be back! Food was amazing (green sauce enchiladas and al pastor tacos), the green sauce they put on the enchiladas is a little spicy but SO GOOD. Great service, the workers are very nice and attentive. Casual but cute ambiance. read more

I don't live here and looked here on Yelp for a good breakfast burrito and this may be the best I ever had. I got the crazy burrito.

Our first time here today to celebrate my daughter'sbirthday and they did not disappoint at all! Everything was delicious and fresh...absolutely AMAZING! read more

Best chilaquiles breakfast! It Doesn't get any Mexican than this! Great authentic ingredients.

My husband called in the order while I was driving from Orem. After a quick stop I arrived to pickup our takeout order. It was there ready when I arrived. The young lady asked for my name, validated my order and rang me up. After I paid, I asked for extra hot sauce and she added a few more and said there's more in the bag so you should be all set. My husband swears by the chicken fajitas, they are one of the best. There's an abundance of peppers and onions and a nice balance of chicken. The chicken is thin cut and is cooked with nice spices and tender. I personally love the crazy breakfast burrito and my kids enjoy the street tacos. The new trend is the chorizo and carne asada street tacos. read more

Breakfast burritos always good choice anytime. Love their green sauce make this one of my favorites.

Better order three of the barria tacos or they won't give you any sauce. What's the pint of barria tacos without the sauce??? This was the mall location btw read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I got the Carne Asada tacos and they were great flavor. Service was fast and friendly. I work close by, so this will be a place that I frequent when in the mood for Mexican food. read more

Authentic street tacos. I discovered this restaurant in a small strip mall. I was looking for street tacos and I sure stumbled into a gem. You know it's authentic if they don't have paper menu also they have futbol on all their televisions and the menu had lengua and cabeza. I thought they ran $1.00 taco tuesdays but that wasn't the case, but their prices weren't expensive. When in doubt, I will try every taco they make but chicken, I'm just not a fan of chicken anything. So I pretty much ordered one of each from the entire menu. Boy was that a big treat! All I had to do was visit the salsa bar and add cilantro, onions and salsa. I will definitely return to this taqueria when I come to this area again. If you are looking for authentic street tacos, I think you will enjoy this place. read more

Really good food So good and great service There so nice and have great place to go eat read more

I ordered a breakfast plate with bacon on the side. Which was an extra four dollars but they decided to put it inside the egg for whatever reason ruining the meal. I think the keyword there was on the sign in which means next to, not inside. Completely disappointing considering a simple breakfast cost $20. The Horchata had no flavor whatsoever . I felt like I was drinking water. I noticed they recently expanded into the mall. I think we ought to concentrate on having a good cook at one location so the other one doesn't have to suffer. Just a recommendation. read more

It's not much to look out from the outside, but that hardly matters. It's what's on the inside that counts, and it's delicious Mexican food. It's a disservice to say this is street cart food--they have plates, and seafood, and things not on a cart--but you will probably find most people sticking to the burrito or taco route. That's what I did. I went with four tacos--asada, al pastor, pollo, and cabeza. I get a lot of grief for liking cabeza as much as I do, but I'm sticking with it. It's a favorite, and their version was soft, moist, and perfect. Things are really simple here. You get just enough meat on your corn tortilla to cover them, and that's it. They forgo the cabbage and the like, and let you dress them up with the condiments at the salsa bar. Speaking of salsa bar, that stuff is legit. And also fire. I had the creamy green and the orange, and they were both on the edge of my heat tolerance. Good stuff, but hot. There's more seating than you think inside, but people are in and out really quickly. I sat at a high top on the edges, refilled my water cup from the fountain drink machine several times, and saw a lot of people come and go. Super chill spot, pretty plain and simple, nothing over the top but for sure a great spot for legit Mexican food. read more

The burritos are good. Service was excellent! And there's a lot on the menus to choose from.

So here we are in Orem on a Sunday evening. Many of the restaurants are closed or closing soon. This was one of the few open places with decent Yelp reviews so we gave it a try. We are visiting from an area with all sorts of legit Mexican food to choose from, so I was a bit skeptical. Gotta admit, I was pleasantly surprised to find some decent Mexican food out here! The pozole was plenty flavorful and my wifey's shrimp was tasty. I could have done without the telenovelas playing in the background, especially since we had our kids with us... but finding good food close to our hotel... that's a win. read more

Heard good things about this place. Great tacos! Al pastor is my favorite with the seasoned meat and pineapple. The cilantro and onion, lime, and salsa bar are a must. The rest of their selection is huge, and looks really good. I'm excited to try other items and to splurge on Tuesday taco nights! Also, they have TV's in the restaurant showing the World Cup games now. read more

Hmmmm...great yelp reviews got me over to try this joint and as I enter it is nothing to write home about. Looks pretty average without any great decor or ambiance but hey, I've been to many joints like this that have great food. I decide on the carne asada as I felt like steak and it is a good deal. I pay and head over to the salsa bar. They have several salsas, pickled veggies, onions, cilantro, etc that you can add to your dish. Since I am here for work, I take it back to the hotel. Get back and can't wait to try it. It is a large meal with 3 big thin strips of carne asada, beans, rice, and a salad. I take a bite and it is a bit on the salty side...almost like a soy sauce flavor. Combining the steak, beans, rice , salad on the corn tortillas they provide gives a nice steak taco....but....it isn't near the best I've had. Maybe I should have picked another dish? Maybe will try that next time in town as I like supporting local businesses as opposed to chains... read more

These are the most legit tacos I've had in Utah!! Bf and I go and grab the carne asada tacos (which are only $1 each on Tuesdays!) and top them with cabbage, onion, cilantro, and salsa at their dressing bar. They're not spicy at all, but definitely some of the best tacos I've had! Whenever it starts heating up all I can think about is grabbing some asada tacos and a mandarin Jarritos from Doña Mary. Don't skip it!! EDIT: I recently went back to Doña Mary and got their Tuesday $7 3 tacos/rice and beans/drink combo. Oh my god!! All of it was incredible. I had previously said I didn't like the rice and beans, but they were on their game today! Also added pictures :) If you haven't been, GO. read more

Came here at 9am but after waiting for 20 minutes, store still wasn't open. Left really disappointed and still hungry.

I have seen this place dozens of times since I am a regular at another establishment 2 or 3 doors down but I had never stopped here, but after reading some reviews, I had to try it--plus I was craving Mexican food. Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first. The place itself is a little dilapidated, service is not the friendliest, and the salsa bar was very underwhelming. Prices are very good and food quality is good as well. We ordered the molcahete, torta ahogada, and Arizona burrito. The molcahete had grilled shrimp, steak, chicken, and chorizo. It was good, enough to feed two and we still had leftovers, but I missed the slices of grilled cheese that I am used to. The Arizona burrito was amazing. My daughter would only let me try one bite and it left me wanting more. It was just perfectly seasoned and with a hint of lime that was just divine. The torta ahogada was not of our liking. We knew it was going to be smothered but we did not expect the bread to soak all of the liquid to become a soggy mess, and the oregano on top was too overpowering. Not something we would order again. We do want to come back and try some of their dishes--the Utah burrito is in the list for our next visit. read more

This place is solid, doesn't matter which location you go to. I've been digging the bean and cheese burrito lately and it's massive for only $6. read more

Dona Mary have great cheap delicious Mexican food. Chimichanga is by far m favorite and most of time they give you free drinks.

Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for an order of 10 tacos. First we had pulled up on taco Tuesday with their front window stating 1$ tacos on Tuesday and Wednesday. They said they no longer do that and it cost almost twice As much. When I got home half the chicken tacos were fat and not even meat. This will be the last time I eat here read more

My wife and I stopped by here based on recommendations from a friend. What a great recommendation that was. The food here is great! I ordered the chile relleno plate. Perfectly cooked relleno, delicious beans and rice, and the salsa bar was the finishing touch. My wife ordered a soup which we weren't the biggest fans of, but it was worth the try. The place was clean and the service was great. We will definitely be coming back. And...check out the daily specials. You can't beat the prices. read more

This place is the most authentic Mexican food I've had in the area. We love the street tacos, rolled tacos, soups and the shrimp fajitas here so much! We've come the last 4 days in a row. My husband has always been a bit hesitant with Mexican food, but really enjoys most everything he had tried here. The salsa bar is great and helps customers make totally customized tacos that are delicious and full of meat. They don't skimp on meat here the way many similar places do. While waiting, they'll give you a side of chips that are fresh and you can just go to the salsa bar to fulfill your chip-dipping desires. read more

Listen, if you like good Mexican food that you get in a strip mall in LA or San Diego, you're gonna be like me and LOVE this place. Don't let the location scare you, this place is legit! Why? 1. The menu: full of classics you recognize and authentic ingredients you see on Chef's Table but never get a chance to try. Like tripe, cactus and other mysteries. Well, mi amigo, this is your time to try it. 2. The beans: I always judge Mexican joints by the quality of their beans and the beans here are some of the best I've tasted, north or south of the boarder. 3. Aguas Frescas: that is all 4. When they say "large" drink, they really mean a huge bucket of liquid to refresh your parched throat. 5. Something for everyone. I was with a group comprised of paleo, Mexican, picky, and vegans and we were all happy as a pig in shit by the time we were done. Parking: free and plenty of it. Bathrooms: clean TV: yup! A few. All playing different fútbol games from around the new world. read more

Wow! It doesn't get more authentic than Doña Mary! This is a casual and open space with lots of tables to sit. There is a fully stocked salsa bar with lots of toppings even some other awesome Mexican places don't have. The staff is SUPER friendly and gave great recommendations. We ordered the torta cubana, al pastor taco, super nachos, and tres leches cake. Although the Al Pastor taco was good, it wasn't the best in Utah County. But fear not, they make up for it with the AMAZING torta cubana. This sandwich is loaded with meat and flavor. I never had a good impression of tortas until this one. If you're looking for a fiesta, I've got two words for you: SUPER NACHOS. WOW best nachos I've ever gotten, honestly. It really is super loaded and more chips are coated with toppings than any nachos I've gotten in other places. It is cheesy, guacamole-y :P, meaty, the works...super worth it. I also have to commend their tres leches cake, it is better than those of any other commercial place. However, I still prefer homemade ones. We had a great experience here and left with super full bellies. This is definitely going to become a regular spot for us. read more

I love this place, is real authentic Mexican food! Is hard to find a place that can satisfy my Mexican craving, because I'm Mexican and I can identify when the food is good. don't let the location or the tacky decor scare you away, these are actually some pretty legit street tacos! i've come here a handful of times over the last two months, and have not been disappointed! i came for the first time by myself on a Friday afternoon after i hit the gym, i was starving and street tacos sounded great, this place had some pretty good reviews so i figured i'd give it a try. the place was practically empty so they had my order out promptly, i ordered 3 carne asada tacos, and like most mexican restaurants, the salsa/topping bar was self serve, so i loaded those bad boys up with onions, cilantro, the spicy green sauce and lime, and feasted alone in my car- and it was great! the meat was delicious and the veggies were fresh, best street tacos i had tried in a fat minute. i used to like tacos cdmx in lindon, but they served us some horribly fatty/bad meat too many times in a row, so i was pretty desperate to find a new place and come get my taco fix when i got the craving. i came back with my husband for dinner a couple times and dined in, i switched things up and ordered the al pastor tacos, he tried the fish and chicken tacos, he loved it! i loved the al pastor as well! all the times I've been, the place is usually pretty empty, the staff is just alright, they're a younger crowd & seem to have more fun in the back chatting than anything else, but they do get the food out promptly and that's all that really matters. read more

We landed here in search of tacos after a long day of hiking. We weren't disappointed! The tacos were really great and served plain. It's up to you to use the salsa bar and make them amazing. They also serve a gigantic torta here. My daughter loves tortas and I feel like less and less places are serving them anymore. The one here I feel like could feed two people, but she put it down all on her own, to my shock and surprise. I will say that the salsa bar experience was a little distressing to me. Somehow, a small chunk of some ungodly hot pepper had made its way into the pick de gallo, and I was the lucky recipient. I can handle moderate levels of heat from peppers, but this was on another level. My whole bottom lip swelled up and my mouth was on fire the entire drive back to salt lake. Be a courteous salsa bar user and don't drip your hot salsa into the other salsas! read more

Dona Mary is awesome. The food is so authentic, and the prices are actually better than most mexican fast food spots in the valley, and the quality is far above. I must have driven past this place thousands of times over the years without ever stopping in to eat--that was definitely a mistake. This is a really, really good place to eat. The portions are generous, and the flavors are incredible. You'll see the usual items on the menu board, plus some unique things that were foreign to me since I don't speak the language. But no matter what you order, I'm sure it will be good. The dining room is kinda small, and it features mostly small wooden tables. You step up to the counter and order, then they bring your food out to you when it is ready. There is a table with a nice variety of sauces, and they enhance what is already a good meal. Be sure to check 'em out. read more

service was amazing, employees are really friendly i really enjoyed having the quality service that they gave me!

Pretty solid Mexican food, reminds me of a better version of Rancheritos/Betos. It was clean, service was fast and good, and tasted great for an awesome price. I'll be back to try more of their more "exotic" menu items, as I kept it simple with a carne asada burrito. The free chips were a neat bonus. It's not the best Mexican food I've ever had, but it's very competitive at its price point. read more
