Don Tito's brunch is a pretty cool vibe. I enjoy the vibrant environment they create. It's February and snowing outside, but we managed to sit on the enclosed, heated rooftop. The food was decent. It seems to be a hit or miss. The first time I went to Don Tito, the tacos were really good. This time, it was just OK. My friends had the quesadillas and loved them. That seems to be a menu item that never misses! Service? The young man serving out table was energetic and attentive.

I can describe this place as just your average tacos nothing too special or out the ordinary I ordered the el gringo (the seasoned beef taco) to me it tasted very similar to Taco Bell, i also ordered the shrimp and bacon taco i like the crunch the bacon added to the shrimp and slaw. I also very much enjoyed the tortillas. My pals i was with described their food as "okay" and "it's something to eat." They ordered a quesadilla with steak and chicken and the garlic parm wings. The bar service was your average. There wasn't a long wait, given it was a holiday weekend. The music was decent, and they had the nfl playoff games on, which was a plus.

Ever was my boyfriend and I's server last night. He was so helpful with the menu and friendly. He made me a spicy strawberry margarita that was DELICIOUS!! Birria tacos are my favorite foods and I try them every where I travel, these here are by far the BEST birria tacos I have ever tried. Thank you Ever for the fabulous service and recommendations, my boyfriend enjoyed his surf and turf taco which was recommended to us by him. It was beautiful overlooking the city on the top floor, created a nice vibe. Will be back when I'm in the area.

Surprisingly, this was my first time at Don Tito, but I can assure you it won't be my last. So glad my bestie invited me out for Taco Tuesday. Of course, we had tacos and margaritas, but I wanted to try a couple of other items from the menu, so I went with the Chicken tortilla soup (it was cold out), Mexican street corn and crispy wings. I enjoyed everything but I will say the chicken tortilla soup was probably my least favorite of the night. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back to try some of their other menu items.

Came here for happy hour with friends! The happy hour deals are quite good. The chorizo sliders were decent but definitely get the beef tacos. Margaritas are generally solid too, my favorite being the mango. Service was fast, and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Good place for a causal outing.

This location is an interesting mixture of restaurant/bar and Las Vegas night club. The first floor is a generic bar. On the day I went they were serving tacos outside which honestly were really good for $9 for 2. The second floor was an image of Las Vegas night club with bottle service, strobe lights, and sport game over the projector. The 3rd floor is a rooftop bar. The music was great with a DJ on the second level. Depending on what you're looking for you have a variety of bars i to choose from in one location. I wasn't a huge fan of the bars but the food was good.

Don Tito is one of my preferred taco spots in NoVa, specifically because of their deals. I went out with a group with the intent to indulge in happy hour, to find out that they have ditched their old happy hour situation in lieu of daily deals. Taco Tuesday included $3 street tacos (Chicken, beef, or carnitas), and $7 margaritas. My tacos weren't in the $3, but are my two favorites they offer (Jamaican Jerk Chicken and the Surf & Turf). Don Tito hasn't let me down yet. My only critique is that they should update their website to reflect the new deals.

Ask the Community - Don Tito

How can I make a reservation, do I have to call?

I don't think you can make it online unless you're doing a large party. I just called to see if they were busy before I went

Can we make reservations or can we do walk in?

    Walk-in but call beforehand

    Is hookah available?

    No there is not.

Tomorrow I will be celebrating my birthday, does anyone what time dinner ends? We plan to be there at 8pm.

Not sure when it ends but I've had food as late as 11pm.

Is there bottomless mimosas for brunch on saturdays?

They used to offer it not anymore, but they do offer mimosas at regular cost 👍🏼

Can you smoke on the patio?

Not sure. I would give them a call to make sure.

Me gustaria llevar a mi novia por su cumpleanos, tienen mariachis y puedo pedir canciones para que ellos le canten a mi novia?? y Tambien nosotros no consumimos bebidas alcoholicas, este es un restaurante familiar?

    no tienen mariachis :(

What's the Cinco De Mayo specials looking like? I've never been on a holiday.

Not sure... I'm out in California now

Can you go dancing here? And what kind music is played?

    Nope

Is the rooftop open during the fall?

Yes it is! It has a sliding roof and space heaters too

    Cinco de Mayo moves?

They have some drink and food specials going on. 3 levels with different music including the roof top.

Does this place have Saturday Brunch?

    Yes

This restaurant came up in a search for "Karaoke in Arlington VA". Do they have Karaoke? Specifically on Tuesday night. Coming in to town for work and trying to set up/find a karaoke place near Rosslyn for Tuesday Apr 24th.

No, I run Nova Karaoke group. If you want karaoke, Freddie's Beach bar has it every night or join the group for other places

Do they hv TVs? For games perhaps?

Yes. The 1st floor has a few TVs at the bar and the second floor has TVs wrapping around the bar as well. Good place to watch a game since there is plenty of space to sit and stand for it

What's the age 18 and up or 21 and over?

18 to party 21 to drink on the weekends 21+ after 9 PM

Is this environment kid friendly on a Sunday around brunch time?

I've seen many parties that have brought their child/children even infants. Although in my opinion, I don't think it's as kid friendly because (keep in mind) you will bump into people who are bit of a heavier drinker. My recommendation is to reserve… Read more

Lots of standing room, limited seating, but the patrons are young, beautiful, and mostly college students from nearby schools. Not my crowd, but met one of my friends here after work in Arlington around 6:30 since the weather was perfect yesterday. We decided to go to my favorite restaurant for a more elevated experience and live music. One day, I'll come back to watch people ride the bull downstairs, which I imagine that to be hilarious and entertaining. I went for the first time back in October and I had a good time. The drinks were competitively price for Arlington proportions but the food AND cocktail menu are just painfully limited. If you're ordering just standard bar drinks like a domestic draft beer or a shot of tequila you're fine, but a grilled cheese sandwich on the menu? Seriously? The biggest attraction of this bar is the mechanical bull. But the caveat is that you need to get a ticket to ride it which costs $5. Not terrible pricing but considering PBR at Power Plant Live in Baltimore has a mechanical bull (and more space but will get to that in a bit) it feels like a slap in the face. But again it's $5 and I'm going to presume that money goes towards maintenance of the mechanical bull ride anyway. Also depending on what day and time you go be prepared to be packed like sardines. There's three rooms one of which is a dedicated dance floor. And the room farthest from the entrance, about 85% of the room is taken up by the mechanical bull. The first time I went there was no room in the mechanical bull room because they blocked off 5% of it for some group party reservation. We went up to the rooftop which was a bit more spacious but naturally if it's cold outside or raining you're obviously not going up there. Overall, BOE has potential but a limited food menu, and even more limited cocktail menu, and small indoor space makes this an easy bar to skip when there's a line out the door.

Could not ask for a better parking situation. Ordering was almost seamless. We got there at 1 o'clock, middle of the day on 4/18, plenty of empty tables. We went up to the bartender to take our order, and then gave them our table number and they delivered it. The QR code on the table only shows you the menu. It is not used for ordering, which was odd these days. Chill and super awesome bartender with the mother of all hickeys. Good pours. No Skrewball :-( I had the special, two hot dogs with tater tots. When it said double, I wasn't sure if that meant double the tater tots, but that meant actually two hot dogs. Really good. I also had the other special, the two pancakes. I meant to get the sausage, but they gave me the bacon instead. It was great. Well worth it. I thought that was the better value of the meals. They got a lot of board and card games. Very laid-back atmosphere, 90s and early 2000s pop on the music, comfortable seating, and good food. The prices were reasonable. This is one area that I think we are just going to have to deal with for quite some time. The give-and-take of prices,. Smothered tater tots, pancakes, two hotdogs with some tater tots, and three drinks came out to ~$55. NOT. BAD. Was it worth it? If this had been just a normal restaurant, I would've said no. It would've been more worth it if it had been about $40. But... nobody made us pay to use the board games, or the card games, and we sat there for three hours and had a really good time. So based on that, the fact they provide a venue for playing these games and hanging out for a few hours makes it all worth it. Really strange thing was that there was this balding guy with a beard that randomly showed up as a waiter. We had been dealing with a bartender, so this guy, kind of rude came on to us and we weren't sure what to do with him. He kind of blocked me from paying the bartender. Rude. Not a hangout spot every day, but certainly once a week, maybe once a month or more, definitely a place to meet up if you got a group. I was really surprised by the diversity of the people that were there. A lot of chess players, a whole table of middle-aged women, lots of different people playing games. I would give them five stars, but not quite perfect. The rude guy at the end was so odd. Otherwise, great location, great parking, the food was good, good value, and fun.

At first, you'll see what looks like just a pizza shop -- but if you head in and either use the side door or walk through and climb a set of stairs, you'll find the speakeasy upstairs. Very cool vibe: dark, cozy, and date-night ready. Drinks: 4/5 I ordered their take on an Old Fashioned, and it was definitely the highlight of the night but sweeter than I would have liked. They served it over a stamped solid block of ice (a small detail I ). My friend was abstaining from alcohol that night and asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail. To our surprise, they didn't just hand her a lemonade like most places -- they actually made her a crafted virgin drink, which she loved. Food: 3/5 We ordered fries and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The fries turned out to be waffle fries (not mentioned on the menu) and were overly crispy, so not really our favorite. The pizza was fine -- clearly sourced from the shop downstairs -- but it leaned oily and didn't really wow us. Service: 5/5 Pretty standard -- nothing over the top, but not neglectful either. Drinks came out reasonably fast, food followed, and we were checked on enough without it feeling pushy. Vibes: 4/5 The speakeasy itself is definitely the selling point. Dark, intimate, and stylish -- you feel like you've found a little hidden spot. All in all, the cocktails are the reason to come, especially if you're into whiskey. The food was forgettable, but it's convenient that you can order pizza upstairs. We spent about $30-40 for drinks and snacks, which isn't shocking for Old Town. Would I go back? Maybe if I was already in the area, but for a dedicated whiskey night, I'd probably head somewhere else.
