The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

First they quote him some amount and then when he is there, they changed their pricing, with frustration he went back because thats the closest autoshop to him and doesn't wont to damage it more. So he agree to their new pricing, and they said they going to order it, and today he went in to get it done, after couple hours waiting they said they get a wrong part and need to re-ordered it.
