They clearly explained the work needed..in my case a ck engine light was flashing on my daughters 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and while suspecting the catalytic converter they suggested a tuneup first hoping that would solve the problem w/o having to replace the converter. A week, 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils & $2200 later the ck engine light came back on (something they told me could happen) and I had to have the cat. converter replaced anyway... which I had done @ another shop closer to home that specializes in that type work. No doubt the plugs & coils needed replacing but I just thought $2200 for a tuneup was way too expensive...the garage that ultimately replaced the converter confirmed my thinking telling me I overpaid by about $500 for the tuneup. In summary if you're in a pinch like I was and can't shop around, Two Guys Garage can certainly be trusted to do quality and timely work... just be sure to bring your checkbook cause it's gonna cost ya.

He drove by around 4 saw it was out of the garage and went in to inquire about his car. The kid was rude acted like my father was bothering him and said Go get your ride so you can get your car out of here. I understand sometimes communication isn't great, but the demeanor of this guy was uncalled for. I will never use them again even if I have to travel out of my way. I agreed to pay 2100 for a timing chain repair on my bmw. I knew of the problem ahead of time and…read morethey checked the car prior to repair which was still running at dropoff. They were able to change the timing chain but, the car would not idle properly as if it were not timed. From there they spent several months trying to fix this timing issue. The end result was a 2700 bill a car which had to be towed home, it does not start or run. I purchased them a new DME which they requested, they claimed to do 2 vanos solenoids when only one was done, which I caught on one of several visits. while they adjusted the bill, this is proof of lack of integrity. Likewise, the car was returned with missing screws/bolts etc. While they will say they put in free effort, the car was running 80% after the timing chain and now does not. They will say that I underpaid for this job which was a low bid. However, I am not a mechanic and I did not know that I was accepting an unreasonable bid. I also would not have fixed the car if the bid was higher. However, I would not use this shop if I had the choice again.
