There is an alternative to going to a dealership…read more I was fortunate to have had a friend that referred me to them as I have a Prius and pretty much every other auto repair shop referred me to a dealership as they do not work on hybrids Matt absolutely did everything requested and the quality spoke for itself. The value of the customer service and work done far exceeds their price! which was lower by far than a dealership They have a lifetime customer now!! They went way above and beyond! So grateful to have found them.

Leo & Sons Auto Repair is a family-owned business, which really resonated with me. I've been to several auto repair shops in the past, and I often had to return because parts were missing, issues weren't fully resolved, or something else broke during the repair process. At Leo & Sons, I also got my state inspection done, and the whole process was seamless. They gave me peace of mind from the moment I contacted them. They have a fantastic text message system and an easy-to-use website where you can book appointments. Plus, they send you a digital receipt, so you won't lose it, and it's eco-friendly too. Additional perks: They offer WiFi for guests and have a comfortable waiting area where you can charge your phone or laptop and work remotely if needed, or just check social media or read some of their many funny quotes. Time flew by while I waited. There's also a clean bathroom for clients.

My dad took his car there and asked for them to look at it. Look being the key word here. They started doing work on it and never xalled to say this is what we found what we should do would you like us to start working on it? They told my dad (who dropped it off at 8 am) when he called around noon they were working on it. He asked for them to give him a call when it was done. No communication whatsoever. He drove by around 4 saw it was out of the garage and went in to inquire about his car. The kid was rude acted like my father was bothering him and said Go get your ride so you can get your car out of here. I understand sometimes communication isn't great, but the demeanor of this guy was uncalled for. I will never use them again even if I have to travel out of my way. At the very least the work done on the car is not the issue it runs better now.

I agreed to pay 2100 for a timing chain repair on my bmw. I knew of the problem ahead of time and…read morethey checked the car prior to repair which was still running at dropoff. They were able to change the timing chain but, the car would not idle properly as if it were not timed. From there they spent several months trying to fix this timing issue. The end result was a 2700 bill a car which had to be towed home, it does not start or run. I purchased them a new DME which they requested, they claimed to do 2 vanos solenoids when only one was done, which I caught on one of several visits. while they adjusted the bill, this is proof of lack of integrity. Likewise, the car was returned with missing screws/bolts etc. While they will say they put in free effort, the car was running 80% after the timing chain and now does not. They will say that I underpaid for this job which was a low bid. However, I am not a mechanic and I did not know that I was accepting an unreasonable bid. I also would not have fixed the car if the bid was higher. However, I would not use this shop if I had the choice again.
