the cheesy bread from domino's is my favorite. i always order it with the garlic sauce. it's chewy, flavorful and filled with cheese. take out orders are super convenient. you can order ahead on their app. they have delivery and take out orders too. usually, there's always deals on a few of the items on their menu. service is excellent. the staff are always attentive and very kind. there's convenient parking right outside the restaurant. overall rating: 10/10 read more

Every time I eat here (which is usually only late night when I have consumed some alcohol) I feel immediately greasy and icky. But for fast food food pizza open late at night it is the perfect snack for college students. The cheesy bread and chicken bites are my favorite always. Something about everything seems so artificial but I do really like the veggie thin crust pizzas. The cinnamon bites with the icing is also really yum. read more

Oct2022: 2: I would not recommend this restaurant location nor any of these workers inside. I stopped by this location today as a result of a desire for a good ole pizza. I tried to place an order online for the rewards pizza and found that there were several windows that pop during the final ordering process. The distraction caused me to close the added window with two pizza orders in my cart instead of one. I had to delete the extra one, but did so without checking to verify that it was the one I ordered originally. I arrived at the pizza shop expecting to get a two topping pizza, but received a basic cheese one instead. Upon entry to the store, it was a bunch of young kids goofing off in the front of the restaurant. It seemed this was a hang out location instead of a functional business. I picked up the pizza depart at the location for my vehicle. I checked the pizza when I got to my vehicle and realized that it was just a cheese pizza. I went back into the restaurant and asked what happened to the two toppings that were supposed to be on the pizza. He just said after looking at the computer that's what you ordered. If I did, it was an error. If you want something different, you will have to pay for a separate one. Hmmm, I guess he wanted to show off in front of all his friends in the store. Ok, let's just say i was absolutely revolted when i took a bite of what they call "pizza". I'd rather cram a rusty drain pipe down my throat than to even attempt to consume a slice of that disgusting slop. The only reason why I give this business an extra star (Instead of 1 star) is because I have a young cousin who was allergic to dairy and Domino's was one of the only places that would make a pizza with no cheese for her. But other than that, this business has no redeeming qualities that would make up for their horrible food. read more

For the second time this fall, we have ordered a pizza on the app, seen the notice that the pizza is out of the oven, and then still not received our pizza for nearly 40 min. We live 5 min away. The app, both times, says the pizza has been delivered for 20 min before it arrives. We understand short staffing and would be happy to go pick up, but it would be great if the info could have basic accuracy. read more

We received the wrong order, but didn't realize it until the driver had already left. When I called and explained the situation they immediately said they would make the correct order and deliver it ASAP. While it was a disappointment at first, we eventually enjoyed what we ordered. Fantastic staff !!! Very polite, urbane and eager to please every time. So central from anywhere in Wellesley or Weston. The pizza is excellent and very consistent. Have it any way you want with toppings or thickness choices. The $7.99 large pizza with choice of three toppings is a great size with eight large slices. Want extra tomato sauce, just ask. The hamburg, red pepper, and spinach is superb, I have selected this combo numerous times. Take leftovers in the box and throw it in your frig. Each day the flavor enhances itself. This used to be a reliable Domino's. It no longer is. Pizza routinely is left not picked up to be delivered for an extended period of time after it has been cooked and arrives cold to its destination. Heating it up at home just makes for overcooked pizza. Worst of all, calls to the store Are treated rudely. An offer of another cold pizza free is no solution. Stay away. Forever. Yes. That's right. I gave a Domino's a 5-star rating. Impossible, right? Not so in this case. I don't go there to eat on site, but, rather, am a delivery-only person who lives in Weston, an adjacent town. Having been a weekly patron for about 8 years, here's the sum total: 1. The pizza isn't greasy, as far as these things go, and the crusts and ingredients taste good. 2. They usually get here within 30-40 minutes - and I've been ordering from them for a long time. The one time they were slowed down, they called me to let me know they'd be late and apologized! 3. The delivery people always have been nice. One was a little odd, but still nice. 4. They've never gotten the order wrong. 5. The pizza always is hot when it gets here. I used to live in Sudbury, and I can tell you that the Wellesley people do cartwheels around that Domino's. It's not perfect, but for a delivery option, it's great. They're consistent, conscientious, and the pizza is good. read more

This is where I go when I'm craving just your average pizza. I love their thin crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage. It's what I get everytime. Delivery times vary, sometimes within 30-45minutes, sometimes an hour after ordering. For the most part the taste is alright. Nothing too special but it's the only pizza company I know of around that makes such a crunchy thin crust which is why I put up with all the inadequacies. I always feel like the ingredients they use in the pizza are not the freshest/ natural. Dominos in general just tastes like fast food pizza, but at a price of $5.99 for a medium pizza you can't exactly expect much more. I hate how pizza is always warm/coldish by the time it gets to me though. Never hot :( read more

According to the order tracker, our pizza order was fulfilled prior to trying to pick it up. We were denied entry and when asked about the closing hours, the employee changes the subject. Let my daughter in college order pizza and had it sent to her dorm. She never received the pizza and they charged my card and i wasn't too happy. It took three days to reach a manger, but when I did, Emma was so apologetic and nice, she had someone bring us another pizza to our hotel which is near by ( came to visit for the wkend) and had the delivery guy bring me my $$$ for the original order as well as the original order! You get your average standardized-quality Dominos pizza. Nothing spectacular since everything is the exact same no matter which restaurant you order from. The counter help here always seem either distracted or disinterested in being there. The delivery drivers though are always polite. Then again they are the ones who work for tips. read more

My order was never delivered. When I called the store the next day, I spoke with someone who said they would call me back later. The never really did, so I called the store back. Turns out there was a miscommunication between the people closing and the staff that was in the next day, because they couldn't even find my order and yet still charged me for the cost of my food. I never seen a more unprofessional Domino's Pizza in my life. As a college student I have ordered from this Domino's a few times in a fit of desperation and hunger when everything else was closed for the night, because let's face it- Domino's does not have the best tasting pizza. However, their poor customer service has been apparent throughout the years I have eaten from this specific location. I ordered a pizza from them about 50 minutes ago, and I waited for the delivery guy. When he called, I got down stairs and waited for him. I started to call him when he did not show up and left a message. After the message I called him back to ask where he was, and he turned his phone off so it went straight to voice message. So unprofessional. Since Domino's is now closed I can't even get back to them. My anger is why I even joined yelp today! This incident hasn't been the first issue I have had with them. A year ago I ordered Domino's with my friend, and the delivery guy during that order got our order wrong completely. When we called Domino's, I told them what he did and asked for a new order. However, the delivery guy lied and told them he had gotten everything right! After debating with them for 10 minutes they wouldn't refund my order nor replace it. I made sure I didn't scream at them and kept it very professional. I called back after they hung up on me and they wouldn't answer my call. Ordered online specifically to use a coupon ($5.99 for two 2-topping medium pizzas). When I checked out, it stated that the coupon was applied, but the pizzas were charged at regular price. I was in a hurry so placed the order, figuring I could sort it out later. Emailed customer service immediately, and the response from Hank, a Domino's Franchisee, was that because I selected the marinara sauce instead of the regular pizza sauce, the coupon didn't apply. When I pointed out that it wasn't stated anywhere, he shot back that there is a disclaimer on every coupon which states "charges may vary." I understand that the costs of various sauces are different, etc, but to advertise a specific deal and then not uphold it due to disclaimers that aren't even specified anywhere (AND when the checkout screen says COUPON APPLIED) is just abhorrent. It's just another chain that could care less about customer service. Happy to go elsewhere and support a restaurant that treats customers with respect. read more
