I ordered a pizza, but the delivery drivers couldn't find my apartment and left it in the lobby. However, the pizza wasn't actually in the lobby and they should have left it right at my door anyway. Very poor service from the delivery staff. read more

I had a very disturbing experience with the delivery driver from this Domino's location on Monday night. While handing me and my friend our food, he asked if we wanted to add a tip. I told him I already had tipped, and he immediately responded by saying my tip was basically nothing and that it should usually be 15-20%. For pizza delivery, that felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. When I told him I did not have cash, he started pressuring us by saying he could take PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. At that point, my friend and I felt very uncomfortable. We are college students on a spring break trip and on a budget, and we told him we were not able to give anything more. We even offered to add something through the Domino's app, but he claimed that would not work. What made this even more ridiculous is that I have tipped DoorDash drivers the same amount I already added when I placed the order, and they have treated me far nicer and with much more professionalism than this driver did. There was absolutely no reason for him to act the way he did. He then kept pushing, saying "everyone" has those payment methods, and when we made it clear it was not going to happen, he cussed at us and stormed off. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, confrontational, and borderline hostile. This was completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be pressured or intimidated into giving a larger tip. Management seriously needs to address this driver's behavior immediately. read more

Pretty tasty, hot, fresh and easy the wallet. It's located in the City Market shopping area: 324 US Highway 6 Dillon, CO 80435 United States It's the only place open when we arrive at 10:30pm. I can count on Domino's for some fresh pies. The people working here are very friendly & responsive. I picked up because we are starving. I will definitely order from here again. read more

Had tremendous difficulty ordering from our vacation spot. App wouldn't work, and the website wouldn't work either. Using Ubereats or Instacart was the only way to place a delivery, but then our account info was inaccessible, let alone the normal deals. It ended up costing as much as REAL pizza so we ordered from a local place instead. read more

This is not the Domino's I remember. They messed up our order because they burned the pizza and still gave it to us. Then they put way too much garlic sauce and when we ordered mushrooms, we got charged for it but we didn't get any. I won't get any anymore. read more

Typical Domino's pizza quality here. It's what you expect. Not the greatest, but can't argue with their $7.99 1-topping large pizza carryout deal. Most affordable pizza option in Summit County. read more

I ordered Dominos for an employee lunch. I ordered it well in advance of the luncheon, the delivery was scheduled for 11:30. By noon not only had I been hung up on locally twice with no information as to where my pizza was, I had 30 hungry folks wondering where lunch was. I drove to the store in heavy traffic to learn that my delivery had just left the store. The delivery showed up 50 minutes late. I could live with an accident and delays but no communication, to sit on hold for 20 minutes and be hung up on multiple times is not okay. My team really likes dominos unfortunately this will be the last time I use them for an event. read more

Delivery driver is out with 6 orders. Been more than a half hour since it said it left the store and still nothing. Extremely disappointing.

Total shot show. Service is shit they are rude and a lot of people don't speak English. The only positive of this store is that it was fast.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I work at a dominos in Denver and I am baffled how this dominos runs. This whole experience ruined my vacation. First when I picked up the order the guys at the counter was rude. Then I get home with my pizza so excited to eat and my food is wrong. I ordered a half pep half sausage pizza and got a half sausage half jalapeño pizza. I try to call the store the first time I call I am stuck on a 20 min hold are you kidding. So I decide to just call back again, the phone got passed around to three different people before someone answered the to help me. Now I'm sitting here eating cold pizza that the wrong order. read more

Believe the reviews. Don't waste your time & money. 6:20pm - Order one pizza & one side for delivery, app states 46-71 minutes to arrival 7:22pm - Tracker says driver left 7:58pm - Call to cancel and ask for refund at. They say it should be there in the next 20 minutes. I start say no thanks, that's 2 hours for one pizza that may have been driving around for an hour by the time it arrives but before I finish they hang up on me (I was firm but calm.) 8:26pm - While out driving to get food, an out of state number calls but I don't answer because I'm driving and I rarely answer unknown out of area numbers. 8:27pm - A voicemail notification from Domino's driver So didn't get a pizza but did pay a bit over $20 for the lesson that you should check the reviews and heed them. Also that some establishments aren't prepared for seem like a predictable tourist rush. The End. read more

Not a good place to order for delivery. I called 3 times after my order was placed and they couldn't even pull up order by phone number. 2nd time i called i was told order was out for delivery, 3rd time i called they said their average time was an hour and that's fine but when i received my order it was cold and i got 4 garlic sauces instead of ranch. I should have just went to Wendy's or kfc quick drive through, and paid $12 bucks instead of $46 for some cold wings and pizza.. sorry i don't usually give reviews but this one needed one.. read more

Hey all, it's my birthday! So I figured I'd make it easy and order a pizza from Dominos. I placed it at 7:39pm using the online ordering system. Watched the tracker state that my order was already in quality check by 7:51. Great, fast ... By 8:30, it hadn't moved to delivery. So I called the store and got a lecture about how the tracker isn't accurate and that it was very busy. Okay, I understand that (kinda) on a Monday night. The team member told me that my order was about to head out of the store. Great! By 9:10, nothing. It doesn't take more than 15 minutes to get to my house. So I called again and was told my order had been cancelled. CANCELLED! After verifying that my card wasn't going to be charged, I hung up and immediately wrote to the corporate office. I will never order from this store again. read more

My fiancé and I are passing through Colorado and stayed at a hotel near by. To add to a stressful day, I received TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DOMINOS TONIGHT. This was my first time ever receiving bad customer service. My home state is TX & they give GREAT customer service. Other states that I've stopped in I've received good customer service. I placed an order online at 9:50 p.m tonight. It showed that it was going through quality check at 10p.m. I continuously checked the website for updates. I've never encounter a problem like this before with dominos. Time proceeds to pass by. It's now 11p.m(a hour later) and I decide to call. The man that answered the phone asked how could he help me. I told him that I placed an order for delivery at 9:50p.m and it was showing quality check at 10p.m. He proceeded to tell me that the delivery driver was about to walk out the door. I specifically asked him "IS MY FOOD GOING TO BE COLD"? He stated "NO ". My phone conversation lasted two minutes. The drive from the hotel should take no more than 6 to 7 minutes tops, and that's just being courteous. It took my delivery driver 10 minutes for him to get to me. Twice the given drive time on the map. I applaud the delivery driver and really appreciate him for at least apologizing about the wait. Kudos for that. I get my food and check it with my fiancé. Our food definitely isn't fresh!!!! On top of this situation I'm pregnant and take food quality more serious at this time. My pizza was COLD!!! My fiancé sandwich WAS COLD/ROOM TEMPERATURE AND DRIED OUT. His pasta was warm enough to eat. EVERYTHING ELSE WENT IN THE TRASH!!! I made sure to take pictures for proof, when I post about this horrible experience everywhere possible on social media tomorrow. To make matters worse I proceeded to call the store after being upset about being lied to and unsatisfied. The LADY who answered the phone was RUDE AND REFUSED to give me her name. I had to call the store twice, because this individual wanted to give poor customer service and decided to hang up in my face after I asked to speak with a manager. She specially told me "THERE IS NO MANAGER RIGHT NOW" . Ummmm how don't you have a manager on duty. When I asked for her name she refused and decided to hang up in my face. I quickly called back in shock & tried to hold my composure. She refused to give me her name and the manager name. She had the nerve to tell me I could call back in a hour and a half. That would be pointless because the store would be closed. She proceeded to ask me with an attitude on how she could help me, so at the point I just told her I was unsatisfied with my food and it was cold & I wanted to know what could be done about it. She then told me she didn't know and she would have to wait on her manager. I told explained to her that I'm not from this town and I'm just passing through. I'll be gone tomorrow, before the store is open. I asked for her name again and she stated that she couldn't disclose that information until after she speaks with her manager, which is insane. If that's the case, why isn't that a policy and what's the purpose of name tags. My whole reason for wanting to speak with a manager was to get a resolution. I'm disappointed in how Domino's allows their employees to act. Especially, when there's no supervision around. It speaks a lot about management. I told her that it was fine that she didn't want to give me her name. I'll be contacting corporate tomorrow and posting reviews. The best part about it, ITS A RECORDED CALL. I've been in the food industry for a few years and even management, that is not the proper way to handle an unsatisfied customer. Especially by hanging up in someone's face when there wasn't any derogatory language or disrespect. The worse part about it, is that the reviews are horrible for this location at 324 US-6 #20, Dillon, CO 80435. And clearly it's acceptable by Domino's with the way they treat their customers.!!! UNACCEPTABLE. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Ordered two pizzas and garlic knots for pickup. Did it through their website as that is what was pushed. Would have much rather ordered from one of our regular pizza places but they were closed due to shoulder season so we chose Domino's. Huge huge huge mistake. I completed the order online and received a notification from my CC that the charge wen through. Gave a call to see when we could pick up and was told I had made no order. Verified their store number with my CC charge and it was correct. Sent them a screenshot of my CC charge and then they accused my of trying to commit fraud on them. I'm sorry but that is exactly what they were doing. I had proof I had paid and the manager kept telling me I was being fraudulent. I finally just had my CC company cancel the charge and everything was fixed thanks to US Bank. I sent them again a picture of the charge and the credit that my CC company gave back to give them one last chance to make amends. No response. In my mind they are criminal at best and if I could give them no stars I would. All for 2 pizzas and garlic knots. WOW. As if I would ever try to defraud any business for $51.99. But I guess they would to a customer. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!! read more

Dude really how is this place in business? Richard O is probably the worst manager I have ever spoke too. When you tell the person taking orders you want four 5.99 deals and then they charge you 17 bucks for their "specialty" Hawaiian pizza, usually a Hawaiian pizza is pineapple and Canadian pizza not here it's a nasty mixture with peppers and sausage, when we called to tell them we were dissatisfied the manager, Richard O simply said there is nothing he could do and hung up! DO NOT SHOP HERE! The absolute worst experience ever. We ordered pizza for 7 people at roughly 6:15pm. We watched online as the pizza was being made and went through quality check and then what we thought was out for delivery. Called an hour later, they said pizza was out for delivery. Called another hour later and was told the same thing and was hung up on after losing my temper. They refunded what we spent and we all ended up having leftovers and cereal at 9pm. To add to things, they apologized and said we would still receive the pizza. We never did. read more

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Poor service, moronic employees, sub par food. A couple months ago I ordered a pick up, when I went in, the cook/cashier rudely suggested I leave a tip for him for cooking the pizza. When I declined, he took my $20 bill, and told me to have a nice day, not giving me my $0.17 change. I could care less about seventeen cents, but it's the principle that counts. He was basically ticked off that I didn't tip him for cooking a pizza. He felt that he was somehow entitled to some of my money for cooking a pizza. I'll never go there again. read more

I would not advise ordering a pizza for delivery from this location. I placed a phone order at 10pm and was told that it would take 1.5 hours to be delivered. I was fine with this as there are not many other options in the area at this time of night. By the time I got off the phone with the team member they stated it would be longer and they would get to me when they could as they just got two more orders. When I hadn't received my order at 12:30 I called back, several times, with no answer. My pizza was never delivered. The charge on my card was reversed but that didn't solve my problem of never receiving the pizza I ordered. read more

Terrible customer service. Seriously one of the worst times I've ever had at a restraunt or fast food. Walked in and they didn't have my name or number. Didn't ask for my name over the phone, even though they have caller I.D. Never had an issue calling at other Dominos. Took 5 minutes to get the order finalized and ready to pay. Wouldn't break $100. Wouldn't break $50. They didn't have a card reader at either register and had to enter it manually. The older woman who entered the first card did it incorrectly and said it was invalid. Had to get another card. Took even longer. She was rude at the register and the manager/supervisor was no help. The supervisor was openly discussing her relationship for the whole lobby to hear as well. My brother had to leave because he was so frustrated. They should be fired and replaced with competent employees. Oh, and the pizza was sub-par. I always order the same pizza from dominos and this one was underdone and didn't have the garlic/butter crust that Dominos prides itself in. To Corporate: You see the reviews on Google and Yelp. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. read more

Called in 45 minutes before posted closing time and I was told that delivery was no longer available. If you are going to stop delivery an hour before you close shouldn't you advertise that time as your closing time. I'm still kind of shocked over my experience with Domino's last night, but here goes. I went online to order two pizzas, nothing fancy. Order placed by 4:45p, website said that it would take between 48-78 minutes. I was fine with that. Their computer system does a good job of keeping track of how much workload they've got, and has been accurate in the past when I've ordered from them. I watched the progress bar on the website go by, which is nice. Website told me when the pizza was being prepared, then cooked, then quality checked, and then after 35 minutes, the website said it was out for delivery! Cool. At 50 minutes, it then said, "Your pizza has been delivered! MMMMM... Enjoy your delicious pizza!" Um, what? It had NOT been delivered. I called about 5 minutes later (5:20ish) and asked what happened. The guy was in a hurry, and without asking about my order at all, said, "The website is wrong, you gotta wait longer." I told him that I was just worried, since it said that it had already been delivered. Again, he said, "The website is wrong." No other explanation than that. I said, OK, thanks, and then hung up. 40 more minutes went by (90 total), and I'd had enough. No explanation, and website still saying my pizza got delivered to someone. So I called back in and told dude to cancel the order. He asked for my name, and I told him, and he said, "Sorry." And that was that. Frustrating, but maybe they were having a bad night. So wife and I put on some better clothes and drove into Silverthorne for dinner at another place. I had just got my mug of beer to my lips when someone from Indiana called me. Twice. I ignore calls from people I don't know. Then someone from Silverthorne, which turned out to be the same Domino's guy I had talked to. He said, "Our driver is outside your door, ready with your pizza." This was about 30 minutes since I had cancelled the order! With this same guy! I mean, not only was Domino's jerking ME around, they're jerking around their poor drivers. No way was I gonna drive back home to get cold pizzas that I ordered 2 hours ago and had never even been offered an explanation. I feel bad for the employees that have to work there. What seems like bad employees is usually just bad management. Anyway that's my experience with this place. Just way over the line. I'll never order from them again. ------ EDIT, 5/20/2106, the story continues So I was contacted by Domino's damage control unit to take down my review. They also were able to manipulate Google's Review system, and to get this same review I left at Google removed. They are shady. Luckily it's a lot harder to game Yelp's system than Google. You see how they do business. You've been warned. read more
