I also ordered a single pancake on the side was a nice addition and i was completely full for the rest of the day. I can't wait to return to Butterhorn in the ski season next year.

If the menu is wrong, correct it. When you know something is incorrect and not doing anything, then it is intentional and very likely in violation of CO's Deceptive Pricing Practices Law. Was going from 5 star to 1 and risking legal penalty worth squeezing an extra $1 from me? Solutions: 1) Make little stickers with the correct price and add them to menu. 2) scratch out that menu item that is incorrectly priced 3) instruct servers to inform customers of the menu error when ordering 4) correct the pricing in the system. This prob takes 2 min. You did none of these things and when the error was politely brought to your attention, your manager refused to correct the check. This refusal is the problem. 5 Cluckin' Stars - Poultry Nirvana Achieved If I could give this place 6 stars and a standing ovation from a choir of angels wearing BBQ sauce-stained robes, I would. This chicken isn't just food--it's a spiritual experience. I walked in hungry and skeptical, and left questioning every life choice that didn't involve eating here sooner. Let's talk about the bird: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicier than a daytime soap opera on the inside. I took one bite and immediately started texting my ex like, "You need to taste this to understand how good life can be without you." The wings? Sauced up like they're going to a hot date. The tenders? So tender they probably write poetry and cry at Pixar movies. And don't even get me started on the sides--mac and cheese creamier than a Barry White love song, and cornbread that gave me a full-on carb-induced emotional breakthrough. I met Gigi's brother at the Canyon City White water rafting festival. He told me his sister had a food truck there and that I needed to try it. I later walked over to order a chicken sandwhich. Not only were the portions huge, the sandwich was awesome. I had the griilled onions, grilled green peppers, pepper jack cheese and mayo fried chicken. The sandwich was tender and juicy with an amazing flavor. The sandwich was so big I some for supper and breakfast the next day. The price of the sandwich was also resonable. I'm typically pretty easy going -- I understand mistakes are made sometimes. That is easily redeemable if the service is good; but the service was not. Our server made it seem like we were an inconvenience. 1026 - we got the text our table was ready. We requested a booth (and mentioned we would wait longer got a booth) but got a table. Okay fine, it happens 1038 - we finally had a server ask if we want something to drink. We ordered drinks and it was at least 10 more minutes before they came to take our order. Our order was submitted and it was nearly 45 minutes for the (cold) food to come out. During the wait we were not checked on at all. No one asked us if we were good or needed anything-- or let us know the food was delayed. When the food finally came (again, cold) it was dropped at the table and it was another 15 mins before our server even acknowledged us again. The lady who helped him drop the food was nicer than he was, and asked if we needed anything else; while he couldn't be bothered. We are walking out now at 1140. Our server checked on us a total of 3 times and got rude when his tip was reduced for that. Important to note -- the table behind us had walked in as our food was being served and they got their entire order (6 people) before we left. Different server, so it may not be the entire place, however your servers are a reflection of your company. Unacceptable and we will not be back

We entered through the patio entrance, found a table right away, and our server quickly brought us water. She also pointed out that water bowls and fresh water were available for our pup, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered one of the house specialties, the Chilled Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl ($24), and I'm so glad I did. Every bite was fresh and delicious. It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the Summit Mushroom Burger($20), and after stealing a few bites, I can confirm it was excellent as well. The fries were exactly how I like them: crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside. Great food, attentive service, and a dog-friendly patio made this a wonderful lunch stop.

However, the pork and the barbecue sauce (we chose the standard) didn't have much flavor. It was OK but unremarkable. For sides we chose coleslaw, beans, and fries. The beans and fries were OK. The coleslaw was tasteless. I would summarize our experience as very average barbecue based on their pulled pork, sides, and sauce.
