Part of making a yeast bread is letting the dough rise rise and letting the flavor develop. They don't do that. Previous direct feedback was met with pushback, so I'll give it here instead. This was our last time to visit Blue Moon. We'll go get a proper cinnamon roll at Butterhorn or Enza's. I'm so sorry to give this feedback again, but they just don't care. We try to support small businesses here as we live here full time, but they've lost our business for good. The fruit was surprisingly good, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar. A side of fruit can be pretty hit or miss when you substitute it at brunch, so I was pleasantly surprised. The eggs were cooked right, and the toast was fine. I opted for turkey bacon, though, and I'd recommend skipping it. It was pretty crispy and lacked much flavor. The standout was the cinnamon roll French toast. We ordered it to share with the table, and I highly recommend doing the same. It comes with two large cinnamon rolls that are soaked in egg batter and grilled French-toast style. It was top tier. I noticed several tables around us sharing the regular cinnamon roll as well, and those looked fantastic too. They also have a bakery counter inside with plenty of grab-and-go options.
