The type of pizza you get has more to do with where you are geographically than anything else…read more Minnesota has its own variety of pizza which is dismissed or ignored within the gastronomic circles. The Pizza Factory stands at the pinnacle of the Minnesota variety of pizza. The crust is there for structural support which is desperately needed to prop up the sweet & spicy sauce that is then covered with cheese, toppings, and then cheese again. Compared to an NY style pizza there is 2.5-3.0 times the amount of cheese on this pizza. The cheese is the "writer, director & actor" with everything else a bit part. The weight of the cheese is so much that it gives way to the need to cut the pizza in a grid of 3x3 inch squares instead of the standard 8 triangles because it weighs so much relatively speaking. This is Minnesota style pizza at its best. If you like it you will love it.

Really disappointed! I've been ordering from this pizza place for years and have always enjoyed…read moretheir pizza, so I'm really disappointed to have to leave this review. I ordered my usual pizza..half pepperoni and half green olive...and unfortunately, this is what I received. The amount of green olives on the pizza was absolutely excessive. It wasn't just "extra olives"; the entire half was completely covered in them to the point that you could barely see the pizza underneath. The amount made that portion of the pizza essentially inedible. My family and I ended up having to pick off all of the excess olives just to be able to eat a couple of pieces. I completely understand that toppings can vary in quantity, but this was far beyond what would reasonably be considered a normal amount of olives. I've been a loyal customer for years, which is why I'm especially disappointed. I really hope this was just an isolated mistake, because I've generally had good experiences here in the past. I just wanted to share the feedback because this pizza was unfortunately not what I expected at all.

They just opened this weekend and seem to be a well oiled machine already. We ordered online and the food was ready before the estimated pick up time. The team friendly and prompt! Burrata Pesto Salad: the ingredients are top tier, the burrata is made fresh, and the flavor pairing is out of this world. South Philly: a classic Philly cheesesteak! We opted to add their BBQ Aioli for a smoky flare. The cheesesteaks are massive and the salad is both substantial and rich. We split both and were very full. Be sure to go past the pick up counter to try some of their special sauces. Our favorite is the BBQ Aioli and there are plenty of options to choose from. Pro Tip: sign up for their rewards program to get a discount for your birthday. You can use it in store and for online orders.

Unfortunately, I've tried repeatedly to get in touch with a manager at the Papa Murphy's in Buffalo with no success. I placed and order online Saturday afternoon. I love Papa Murphy's pizza and was excited about having pizza night with my grandkids and the adults. I ordered 3 Mini Murphs for my grandkids to put together, because they eat their food much better when they get to make it themselves. I also ordered 3 large pizzas for the adults and some chocolate chip cookies. When everyone arrived, we got the grandkids all set up to make their pizzas. I handed out the boxes. Only one box had the sauce and cheese. The other 2 had dough only. Luckily, I had some pizza sauce and a little cheese so we were able to make do. Then when I pulled the Hawaiian pizza out of the oven, it didn't look right and I realized it was missing the cheese. I called Papa Murphy's Sunday. There was no manager and was told there would be one at the store in the morning. I called Monday morning and got a staff member who said there wasn't a manager available but took the message and promised to have a manager call me. No phone call. I called again this morning (Wednesday). No manager and it sounded like the same staff member that answered the phone so didn't feel it would make any sense to leave another message. I give up. Like I said in the beginning, I love Papa Murphy's pizza but this service is totally unacceptable.
