This has to be the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. As a longtime lunched at JJ, I have found one I won't go back to. Lots of employees, 15 minutes for a sandwich and it's WRONG! The worst part is I gave the staff a tip, never again! read more

On 10/15/21 I was in the drive-thru with 2 cars ahead of me who had ordered and nobody behind me and I pulled up and they told me they were closing the drive-thru and to come inside. I explained that I was disabled and going inside wasn't a good option for me. I chose to go there because they have a drive thru. They said I'd have to go inside so I had to back out of the drive thru lane to leave. I'll never go there again and will be sure to let others know how Jimmy John's employees treat disabled people. read more

Super slow app order. About 7 employees most of them standing around doing nothin. One was vaping, one taking photos flicking his phone off. Playing on their phones with their gloves on. No food safety being practiced especially during the Covid pandemic. Clearly need an ADULT shift manager. A few were actually working. Decent sandwiches, beloved pickles, but hella slow. With no one ahead of us, our order for two sandwiches took over ten minutes & they still forgot the pickle so I had to remind them of this. They have a drive thru, which is convenient for my laziness, but the service definitely needs to be stepped up. read more

Freaky fast my ass. I've been a Jimmy Johns customer for years, but this location needs help. Every time I've placed an order here, something has been wrong. Either it's been no napkins when they've been requested, the sandwich hasn't been cut in half, or the order is completely wrong. I've made mobile orders in advance for pick up in the drive thru (Covid), arrived at the designated time, and still had to wait 15+ minutes for my order. One time, I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and the kid working was clearly stoned out of his mind. He hadn't even seen the order come through and I again had to sit and wait for an order I'd made 20+ minutes prior. Most recently I picked up in store, both sandwiches appeared to be there, drink included, the receipt had my correct order listed, everything seemed to be in order. Until I arrived home and opened up the sandwiches. One was almost correct, just not cut in half, but the other was completely wrong. It was supposed to be the Vito, but when I opened it, this is what was in it: two slices of turkey, one slice of tomato, a sprinkle of lettuce, and a shit ton of onions. Why. I'll enjoy my Jimmy Johns from the Elk River location from now on. At least those guys know what they're doing. read more

Tried to call in a Delivery from, there rules are under 2.5 miles or 5 minutes to ensure they have a "fast delivery" I live 1.57 miles from them and I am 8 minutes, so they won't deliver to me. I work in Little Canada and I have had to wait 20+ minutes for a delivery but oh no 3 minutes that's impossible! read more

You know when you order a BLT you are going to shred the roof of your mouth on the toast. Generally, for the bacon, it's worth it. The music was WAY too loud, the guy taking my order had to ask me "what?" at least 3 times. When ordering I was told that my Vito sandwich was not a sandwich I could put hot peppers on, when I know I can, and when we got our 5 sandwiches home only 1 out of the 5 had the correct fixings on it. My job has been a frequent customer of this store for years. Ordered yesterday no problem, today we are too far for them to deliver. The nature of our job limits our abilty for a lunch/dinner break. We can not leave to get food. So we depend on delivery. This was a hard change for our employees. Pizza is now our only option until the gas station goes up across the street. read more
