I love Chipotle food more so the Carnitas. Used to use the app to order only once did I have a bad experience at tis location but was solved pretty fast (was given wrong food upon pick up) I havent eaten here in a few months now, only because of the prices a Carnitas Burrito with Guac now cost $18.00 it sadly pretty expensive I cant blame them as they pay staff well and cost of foods however I can get a meal for a few days for the same price so its a personal decision not to eat here. read more

Sunday, 13th aprox noon: food prep area filthy: worker wiping counter down with dirty rag: floors filthy: eating stations filthy! Black crew on phones and dragging their sorry backside around like they been on a twelve hour shift! Never going back and pay $17 for a bowl of diarrhea. read more

Prep station is disgusting and they drug my tortilla through all the slop. My daughter is gluten free and we gave this store 3 chances but everytime I politely asked them to change out gloves they get obviously irritated with me. This store has lost the business of my entire family. Fire them all and restart. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Rogers, Minnesota

This store is absolutely terrible. Every time we try to come here, there is something else that's wrong. One time it's cash only. Another time they are only accepting online orders. This time there are no chips, or guac! How can there not be any chips other than pure laziness? That makes no sense. With no way to contact the restaurant ahead of time to see what that day's issue is, it's always a crap shoot for what you're gonna get. Not to mention, the quality usually ends up being not the best as well. *edit: They are also out of ice... read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - A paper sign on the door saying no chips and guac... - Mexican Near Me - Rogers, Minnesota

worst chipotle experience ever if I could have negative starts I would. I wached a worker put her stomach on anothers burrito and didn't care. The workers are complaining the whole time and swearing with kids around and ordering and this place was a mess. read more

i ordered online for pickup and got my stuff at the store and went home to take a shower after a long week of work. I get out of the shower and I see this sad looking bowl in my bag and I was immediately thrown aback it was half the size and weight of what i normally get. i then went back to the chipotle to talk to the manager and during that conversation he commented "You didnt order that much food anyways but we can remake it" after that comment another costumer saw the bowl on the table and said "wow, that is a sad bowl!" after that the manager had the same employee who i found out has been messing up at least 4 orders within 45 minutes but that's besides the point. after getting the remade bowl that young man put another costumers bowl in the bag with my bowl and handed it to me. I handed it back to him and made him aware that it wasn't my bowl and I did not know whose bowl it was. anyways i have never seen this before and have never seen a more dirty chipotle before, there wasn't one clean table and there where at least 8 employees and it was 4:15 no where near rush time. this is sad you are a manager/owner of a chipotle in rogers get your stuff together there is no way you will be able to work in a high stress environment in fact i dont think anyone in that chipotle could work at a maple grove chipotle let alone a minneapolis one. sad very sad! Edit: and all i get in response is a link to a website from an automated response bot thanks chipotle great customer service read more

My experience was not great from this chipotle my chips were stale, they messed up my order, they had no lids, and the floor was extremely dirty. read more

The food is overall good but when I do online order (which 99% of the time) they almost always get something wrong whether it be forgetting something or plain giving me someone else's order and I don't know until I'm all the way home. read more

BEST CHIPOTLE EVER!! Everything was delicious and the staff is great! This is definitely the best one in the area!

I was very displeased when I went to pick up my order from chipotle today. I grabbed my bag from the front register and I look at my two burritos for my family and see that they're the size of a softball. Not only that but my sisters bowl that she had gotten had the wrong protein in it. Safe to say I do not plan to return back to this chipotle any time soon. I would recommend driving further to a different location for a much better service. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Terribly wrapped burritos - Mexican Near Me - Rogers, Minnesota

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Apparently they don't learn how to wrap a burrito and to make it even better, they love to give you stale chips so that there's no crunch and very chewy. I paid for a whole bag of chips, and received so little I could see the bottom of the bag. Workers also laugh at you while ordering. read more

every single time i have visited this location they have messed up my order. i sent my dad a text of what i wanted and he showed the worker the exact text message - "burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, tomatoes, corn, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream". they gave me a big burrito, i waited an hour for my food and they still messed it up. but the food was alright i just had to go back and pay for a second once since they messed my order up both times i went. read more

Closed early, acted like they didn't see me standing outside. Came before "10 pm closing time"

Apparently chipotle no longer gives out water cups. They also recently stopped offering brewed ice tea or even bottled iced tea. So you either have to pay for pop to get water, or buy a sugary crap drink. read more

If you enjoy waiting atlest 35+ minutes just to get some food. This is the place for you! Tons of workers but somehow I stood in line for at least 35 minutes. It was dinner time and they had hardly food ready to be served. The line was out of the door and there was not a single ounce of let's get food out in any of these workers bodies. This place should be an embarrassment to the brand of chipotle. This place looks like the local farm animals escaped and rolled around plus a tornado came through here. I bet that someone will comment on this review and say sorry for the bad experience. I don't want that. Fix your restaurant then we'll talk. read more

Eric the short Hispanic POS was rude. My husband and I got there, no one else was in line and he ignored us and did the online orders. The line got longer with more people to the door and he still ignored everyone, even when his coworker Veronica told him. He just shrugged. What a POS. read more

Terrible. Filthy, water all over the floor, no lemonade, moron employees. Food was also cold. Shut this place down.

I'm not a huge fan of hair in my food. So imagine my dismay when taking a bite of my burrito I discovered a short and curly in my burrito. In other words not a hair from someone's head. I nearly puked and haven't been able to eat at Chipotle since. Just the thought of the experience makes me gag. read more

Overall Chipotle has really taken a post COVID hit they seem to be slammed all the time, not a lot of in and out traffic just customer standing around waiting on food. And the lobby has become to dirty to want to eat there. But this location in Elk River has taken it to a new level. The guy in front of me left his food and walked out. I ordered a salad, they put about 6 pieces of chicken and said I'd have to pay extra for more cheese or sour cream? The tin was't even half full at least the dirty Coon Rapids and Blain l read more

Waited in a long line and started to lose my appetite as I watched the kitchen in action. Finally got to the front of the line to place my order and they were out of veggies (at 4 o'clock in the afternoon). This place does not seem well run. Avoid! read more

Dirty and chaos is how I would describe this location. I walk in the food on the tables and floor to have my ordered started by an employee and seconds after my daughter starts her order, the kid just walked away. It took several minutes for them to fill his position, as they were doing a different task. I will never come here again and hope to steer people away if they want to dine in. read more

Should have read the reviews instead of waiting in line 20 minutes. Should have left when I saw every other customer in front of me express they had a horrible customer service experience. Ended up leaving without food since they were going to charge me double for one meal. Same order I always get, and no one has ever charged me double. read more

Extremely disappointed in their service. Plan to pick up your order an hour after the pick up time. Most staff is not as efficient or as fast as they can be. Their customer service is awful. The Maple Grove location is a million times better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. read more

Gross. Crunchy rice, undercooked meat. Always super busy. Wonder how many people they've injured with their food. Manager could care less.

I'm going to start by saying I am not one to normally complain, however today I am very disappointed. Went to pick up my online order due to being their only option, grabbed my bag and immediately could tell it was light. When I showed them the size of the burrito the woman said that's how it's made. I love chipotle but I don't know if I'll be back at this location. read more

It's one of the better Chipotle's. The only down fall is the older gentleman that serves the rice and meat. He's a total jackass. Acts as it the rice and meat are coming from his pocket..what the heck dude.. get a job where you don't have to deal with people. read more

Super unprofessional employees, its like a high school in the back. To busy talking to each other to worry about taking care of customers. Food is very good portions and everything are better here then some other chipotle's in the area. But, that customer service is PATHETIC they need a adult. No telling who the manager even was. Also prioritizing multiple online orders while you have customers in front of you just isnt a good look, especially when they DONT EVEN give you a " we will be with you in a moment". read more

This is the worst chipotle location in the state of Minnesota! If you see the old guy working do not order a burrito cuz he can't roll them, just get a bowl. He has a horrible attitude and needs to be fired, you can tell the other employees hate him! Multiple times I got my food and the rice wasn't cooked all the way, it was hard and crunchy! FEELING NEGLECTED & DISAPPOINTED I ordered online for a 60th birthday party for 25 people 3 weeks prior to the date of Sept 4th and my charge card was promptly charged the $285 (surprising). The day before, Sept 3rd, my Chipotle app said I didn't have any pending orders, so I called to confirm with the manager at the Rogers store, "Kristin" I believe. She found the order and we confirmed that they would have it ready to take to my car at 3:45 on Sept 4th as the party started at 4 pm. She promised it would be ready. When I arrived to pick up, they had not yet started my order. The manager, Justin, observed the ruckus and confusion of his staff, but he did not get up from his interview with a potential staff member taking place in the seating area. No one was sure how to handle the situation and kind of walked around in circles without addressing me. I asked to speak to the manager. He did not come. I then asked for a time estimate on when it WOULD be ready and was told 4:00 pm. I went back out to the car with the birthday girl and we waited. At 4pm, the order was not ready. I asked them to come out to the car and get me when it was ready. At 4:20pm I came back into the store where 3 staff members were trying to count and load the boxes for our order. Again, Justin was sitting at the table next to this in the seating area still ignoring me and still sitting with the same interview candidate 45 minutes later. Two young men took my order to the car at 4:25 and I asked that the manager give me a call and make this right with a certificate for the birthday girl who was now 30 minutes late to her own party with guests waiting on us to arrive with food and open her home. 3 days later, and have not received a call from the manager. Sad. We love Chipotle, but this one does not want your business. read more

This location really has a problem. I previously placed an online order and it was fulfilled 30+ min later even after telling them that "I'm here" multiple times. We came again today and they were out of everything Rice, steak, chicken, beans, napkins, toilet paper and hand towels in the bathroom. The food was old, and one of the employees proceeded to put the old, cold rice in our bowls and like a tiny bit of it (I'm talking 1/4 of the usually portion). We had to ask twice to get more rice. The meats were also old and steak was black and portioned 1/2 the usual size. As you would already expect the tables and floor was also a mess, keep in mind that the place was r busy at all. After looking at all the other reviews I'm not sure why there hasn't been a change in this place? read more

I had asked very nicely if they offered any rice without cilantro but if they didn't, it's ok... I am appreciative of the guy who took my order for making it happen but the looks from the others that I got after that, and the way they were huffing at me made me so uncomfortable that I will never go back. :( read more

I love chipotle, but this location is absolutely trash. I would say 60% of the time their rice is under cooked. Don't even think about ordering through an app, I don't know how the workers do it, but they always managed to mess up the order or take an extra 30 minutes to make it. If you live in the Saint Michael Albertville region, I would highly recommend just taking the extra eight minutes to drive to Elk River. read more

Chipotle has been going downhill for a while now. Especially this location, I can't even get a full scoop of chicken without them asking if I want to pay for double. I would like a decent amount of chicken for a $10 burrito. Prices going up and portions going down. Funny. read more
