This store is absolutely terrible. Every time we try to come here, there is something else that's wrong. One time it's cash only. Another time they are only accepting online orders. This time there are no chips, or guac! How can there not be any chips other than pure laziness? That makes no sense. I was very displeased when I went to pick up my order from chipotle today. I grabbed my bag from the front register and I look at my two burritos for my family and see that they're the size of a softball. Not only that but my sisters bowl that she had gotten had the wrong protein in it. Safe to say I do not plan to return back to this chipotle any time soon. i ordered online for pickup and got my stuff at the store and went home to take a shower after a long week of work. I get out of the shower and I see this sad looking bowl in my bag and I was immediately thrown aback it was half the size and weight of what i normally get. i then went back to the chipotle to talk to the manager and during that conversation he commented "You didnt order that much food anyways but we can remake it" after that comment another costumer saw the bowl on the table and said "wow, that is a sad bowl!" after that the manager had the same employee who i found out has been messing up at least 4 orders within 45 minutes but that's besides the point. after getting the remade bowl that young man put another costumers bowl in the bag with my bowl and handed it to me. I handed it back to him and made him aware that it wasn't my bowl and I did not know whose bowl it was. anyways i have never seen this before and have never seen a more dirty chipotle before, there wasn't one clean table and there where at least 8 employees and it was 4:15 no where near rush time. this is sad you are a manager/owner of a chipotle in rogers get your stuff together there is no way you will be able to work in a high stress environment in fact i dont think anyone in that chipotle could work at a maple grove chipotle let alone a minneapolis one. sad very sad! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Apparently they don't learn how to wrap a burrito and to make it even better, they love to give you stale chips so that there's no crunch and very chewy. I paid for a whole bag of chips, and received so little I could see the bottom of the bag. Workers also laugh at you while ordering. read more

every single time i have visited this location they have messed up my order. i sent my dad a text of what i wanted and he showed the worker the exact text message - "burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, tomatoes, corn, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream". they gave me a big burrito, i waited an hour for my food and they still messed it up. but the food was alright i just had to go back and pay for a second once since they messed my order up both times i went. read more

I love Chipotle food more so the Carnitas. Used to use the app to order only once did I have a bad experience at tis location but was solved pretty fast (was given wrong food upon pick up) I havent eaten here in a few months now, only because of the prices a Carnitas Burrito with Guac now cost $18.00 it sadly pretty expensive I cant blame them as they pay staff well and cost of foods however I can get a meal for a few days for the same price so its a personal decision not to eat here. read more

It was dinner time and they had hardly food ready to be served. The line was out of the door and there was not a single ounce of let's get food out in any of these workers bodies. Dirty and chaos is how I would describe this location. I walk in the food on the tables and floor to have my ordered started by an employee and seconds after my daughter starts her order, the kid just walked away. FEELING NEGLECTED & DISAPPOINTED I ordered online for a 60th birthday party for 25 people 3 weeks prior to the date of Sept 4th and my charge card was promptly charged the $285 (surprising). The day before, Sept 3rd, my Chipotle app said I didn't have any pending orders, so I called to confirm with the manager at the Rogers store, "Kristin" I believe. She found the order and we confirmed that they would have it ready to take to my car at 3:45 on Sept 4th as the party started at 4 pm. She promised it would be ready. When I arrived to pick up, they had not yet started my order. The manager, Justin, observed the ruckus and confusion of his staff, but he did not get up from his interview with a potential staff member taking place in the seating area. No one was sure how to handle the situation and kind of walked around in circles without addressing me. I asked to speak to the manager. He did not come. I then asked for a time estimate on when it WOULD be ready and was told 4:00 pm. I went back out to the car with the birthday girl and we waited. At 4pm, the order was not ready. I asked them to come out to the car and get me when it was ready. At 4:20pm I came back into the store where 3 staff members were trying to count and load the boxes for our order. Again, Justin was sitting at the table next to this in the seating area still ignoring me and still sitting with the same interview candidate 45 minutes later. Two young men took my order to the car at 4:25 and I asked that the manager give me a call and make this right with a certificate for the birthday girl who was now 30 minutes late to her own party with guests waiting on us to arrive with food and open her home. 3 days later, and have not received a call from the manager. This location really has a problem. I previously placed an online order and it was fulfilled 30+ min later even after telling them that "I'm here" multiple times. We came again today and they were out of everything Rice, steak, chicken, beans, napkins, toilet paper and hand towels in the bathroom. The food was old, and one of the employees proceeded to put the old, cold rice in our bowls and like a tiny bit of it (I'm talking 1/4 of the usually portion). We had to ask twice to get more rice. The meats were also old and steak was black and portioned 1/2 the usual size. As you would already expect the tables and floor was also a mess, keep in mind that the place was r busy at all. We ordered online which was smooth but when we went inside our order was not ready at the correct time and only one person was making the food while the rest of the people were in the back. We had gotten our food and when we got back home we realized our rice in our bowls were mushy and overcooked, we got very oily and stale chips, and then the queso tasted like it was also old. Management needs to work on employee efficiency. There was a line to the door and only one employee working on the line. Said employee was also fulfilling online orders. It would be beneficial to have 1 employee assigned to online orders and another to in store customers. It would also be worthwhile to train employees on portion sizes. I had an entire ladle of sour cream dumped onto my bowl. My food was swimming in it. I genuinely thought to ask her to start a new order because she put SO much on.
