Horrible customer service. Sent out the completely wrong order. And no, you can't blame DoorDash. They bring the food to the address on the sealed bag. Manager, Justin, was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Told us to "try our luck" at another location. Food consistently is horrible. I ordered a vegetarian cauliflower bowl. I asked for more fajitas vegetables, they said they had no more available or coming, and asked for more everything else. It didn't even come to the top of the cardboard bottom. The guy behind me got the exact same ingredients, plus chicken and they brought more fajita vegetables for him and had so much in his bowl, the aluminum lid had to pushed down to close the container. I was also was charged for guacamole, which it part of the vegetarian, and was charged for caso that I didn't or receive. read more

I try my best not to be "that" person because no one likes them but seriously they need new management or something! every time i've ordered online i've ended up waiting 30mins-1hr past the time it says the food will be ready, rare occasions longer then that. Then when i stand in the line they are out of something that will take 15-30 min to make again when the store isn't even busy at all. i've worked fast food before they don't prep for anything. also the lady working wanted to keep my bowl aside while i wait 15-30 min for more avocado so they are willing to serve cold gross food. maybe i'm just hangry but it's every time i go to this location. props to all the other locations cus i never have issues there read more

Problems with the store... not doordash. I got the completely wrong order in my bag which clearly had a "S Bowl" (Steak Bowl) label on it. But when I looked inside I got a chicken bowl with a name that doesn't match the one on the receipt on the outside of the bag.. Did you even look before putting it into the bag? I mean seriously it's not that difficult to see the difference between two names. Online ordering on the app is always a struggle as well because it normally takes 30 min to an HOUR to receive your food after they allegedly tell you "it's ready". read more

Every single time. Every single time I order, there is a mistake made by this store. I've never known a store to be this consistently bad at preparing food. There is no consistency period. Either my chips and guacamole are missing. Or just the guac. Or my steak bowl with rice, fajita and cheese is missing one ingredient or another. Or I'll order "extra" of something on my bowl and it is barely there. I've contacted their customer service multiple times to complain. You'll order for pickup and it takes over 45 minutes from the time the app tells you it will be ready, to actually receive your food IN STORE. This last time I ordered a bowl with chips and guac delivered. It gets to me and there's no guac. I drive back to the store because this has now been several bad orders in a row and the manager tells me that they ran out of guac. So if I hadn't gone back there would have been no refund or notice of any kind. This store is CONSISTENTLY horrible. And some of their staff leave something to be desired as well. There's only ever been one or two employees that I actually enjoyed having contact with. My recommendation is go just a few miles further down County 81 to the maple grove store. Just picked up some dinner here with my best buddy, and I went first, with my friend ordering next to me. My bowl was skimped to the point where my bowl contents barely met the rim. I look over and see my friends bowl filled to the point where the lid is bulging. She had a different person making her bowl. We ordered from the Chipotle catering app for our family Christmas celebration that occurred 12/27/2021. We NEVER received the food and yet were CHARGED the full amount plus delivery fees. As you will read below we have spent hours on getting this resolved! -We received 2 confirmation emails confirming the order on the prior 2 days of the delivery. - We Communicated with 2 door dash drivers that tried to pick up our order- only to find it was cancelled. -Talked to 2 Chipotle Roger, MN store managers who said they had received an cancellation email from corporate and that they could not fulfill our order for the 27th - for 10 people, even if we offered to picked the order up. - We communicated with corporate via phone & email several times on the 27th & 28th and STILL we were charged! - We called corporate again on 12/31 and it appears they will be starting the resolution process over with a new reference #. - Chipotle catering had been recommended to us by 2 different people, but at this point Chipotle would have to come through with a refund and a generous incentive for us to try their services again!! read more

The food tastes good, but not as good as all the other Chipotles I've been to. HOWEVER, this particular location is unacceptable. I live in Rogers, rather forcing me to use this location whenever I want Chipotle. I have gone to this location nearly 10 times since they opened. I would have hoped, that by now, they would have changed for the better, but they have not. Every single time I have ordered a Fajita burrito or bowl, they are out of Fajita. Every, single, time.... It is as if the food preparers prepare a single onion and a single pepper for the lunch rush. Also, the Barbaccoa is runny, borderline mushy, quite often. Not sure how they accomplish this. Compared to other Chipotles, if you are the 10th person in line, you will get up to ordering in 5 minutes, then be checking out in under a minute. At the Rogers location, it takes around 1-2 minutes PER CUSTOMER to make it through the make-line. On our last visit, my wife and I were 15 people back. It took us nearly 20 minutes to make it up to the super slow employee, who would tell me they were out of Fajita mix. Though I have never worked at a Chipotle, I guarantee you that with zero training, I could be twice as efficient as any employee on their make-line. All of you reading this, do this location a favor and go to Chipotle's website and complain about this location. Hopefully they will force some urgency into the employees when they work. read more

This location charges a lot!!! More than I've paid at any other Chipotle. I got a steak bowl and bowl of just rice as a side. This is my order I always get so it's always $9.01 with tax at my usual location in Maple Grove and that's what I expected. Instead she said $13 and some change! $4 for a side of rice?!?! I can buy my own box for that! They aren't nice either - "well that's 3 sides of rice" and they get all snotty with me! :o NEVER GO THERE! I rarely leave reviews anywhere and we frequent this location on a weekly basis. We hoped it would get better as covid came to an end but it has only gotten worse. They are consistently out of ingredients, you rarely get what you asked fir when online ordering. The lines are always g because the employees cannot keep up. I ordered through door dash and my door dasher person was fast! But when my food arrived it was cold and the portion size was a fourth of what It is normally. This was a huge disappointment, as I got this for my kids to share for tacos as I am laid up but there wasn't even enough for them to all eat it. I will not be returning to this location.... They advertised free delivery with the pandemic going on. Bummer you have to spend $10 or more then bummer again Rogers doesn't deliver! We ordered a burrito with Guacamole and a bowl with guacamole and chips and guacamole. We are told the ran out of guacamole as well as bowls. I ordered online before coming to this chipotle. My order was set for 8:30 to pick up when I order this it was around 8. They had plenty of time to make my order, then I arrived at the store around 8:35, order still not ready. I asked the worker and she said she would get to it. 5-7 minutes passed and she came up and asked if the order was for Janet, I said no. I am definitely a regular to this location as I work and live close by. I have heard from multiple people that the quality was bad when they first opened two years ago but I have found that this is not the case anymore. I love this location! So, they gave me 2 buy one get one cards for my next visit. Also, I did an online order, brought it home, and 2 out of the 3 meals were completely WRONG. Oh boy. Being from the area, I have tried this Chipotle several times, not anymore though! This may be the worst Chipotle in America! The line is always long, and moves slowly. The employees do not appear to do anything to make it move faster. The dining area is always dirty, with food particles on the tables and floor. The area around the soda machine is always dirty, and there is never any forks stocked. The dining room has been so dirty, I am thinking there is no way they can keep the kitchen clean. I also have had to wait for chicken to made on several occasions, and they are also out of at least one main ingredient (Lettuce, guacamole, cheese) every time I have been in. The managers are all young, and just do not seem to care. read more
