I've never written a review before, but this experience was so upsetting I felt I had to speak up. On May 16, 2025, at the McDonald's located at 21300 Rogers Dr, Rogers, MN 55374, I encountered a manager--approximately 5'5" to 5'7", with burgundy hair--who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked if I could have two extra sweet and sour sauces and even offered to pay for them. She responded abruptly, saying there was already sauce in the bag. When I explained I just wanted extra, she tossed the sauces into the bag with an attitude and walked away without another word. I did nothing to provoke this behavior, and the aggression felt completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but feel that her actions may have been racially motivated, as I am Black and was treated with clear hostility over a simple, polite request. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected over something so small. I hope management takes this seriously. it was completely unacceptable coming from someone in a management role. read more

I mobile ordered a large fry (only a dollar in the app) and a large Diet Coke for inside pickup. I walked in and my order was ready within a couple minutes. The fries were hot and fresh. The Diet Coke was amazing. Overall, this McDonald's is very clean and has a massive play area with a bunch of tables. There is also plenty of seating in the restaurant area. Two minor negatives...They were only taking order via self serve kiosk with the main counter being closed. Also, soft serve ice cream wasn't available. read more

Don't close the play place to conduct employee orientation! I used to tolerate their mediocre food and the worst fountain drink machine in the state but today they decided to close the only reason we come to this location for employee orientation. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere read more

Slow slow slow. Waiting and waiting on a curbside pickup which is supposed to be fast. Called employee who claims they are backed up and had an accident. Yet took a while after that. Not a great experience! read more

My husband and I stopped at this location for a quick dinner. We were immediately a little off put by the work environment but still decided to give it a try. We ordered and received our food, got back in the car, and I started to sneak a few bites of my McFlurry. I look down at the ice cream and saw a bug. Need low expectations to go here. I go thru the drive-thru lane. Ticket times are consistently 8-10 minutes or longer. After that the food is hit or miss - cold, incorrect or both. I'll probably keep going to get my breakfast muffin, but only when I have a LOT of time to spare read more

Food came out fast, and fresh but I don't understand why they gave me two sodas that were not completely filled up and my three drinks that came with the meals were all different sizes. They also gave me only 2 fries when I ordered 3 meals. Also ordered an apple pie that they did not include. Will not be going to this location again. No wonder it is only 1.5 stars. read more

They wont allow truck drivers to walk up and order food. They own semi and trailers. Ridiculous. Definitely dont reccomend this place. We never went here and never will. I walk up to order using the self service station. I hear employees arguing and swearing behind me. I get my order and have a hard time finding a clean table. My fries are lukewarm at best. My burger a mess. Ketchup smeared on side , pickle falling out of it. As I type this employee's still arguing. read more

If you forgot to pick a lunch for work might as well just go somewhere else. The line is longer than my break for work. Haven't moved a inch in the line for 10 minutes. Customer service is TRASH! I walked in and made eye contact to speak and they walk away in the middle of a conversation. They will take your money then proceed to say their out of that item. Very rude staff. Asked me "are you ordering anything else or can I go back to what I was doing". No staff was wearing uniforms either. Absolutely awful experience nearly every time! Most recently, I went through the drive-through and sure enough they asked me to park in one of their "waiting" spots. I sat there for TWENTY minutes until someone brought me out the WRONG order. I told him it was wrong, and he came back out 5 minutes later. The food was a disaster -- french fries everywhere, chicken nugget boxes barely closed, and the fries were COLD and HARD. There was no way I was waiting anymore, as I was trying to get food home to my kids who were being watched by someone else. This was the 2nd bad McDonald's experience in a row (the other was at Elk River location), and the only good that comes out of it is it's one less fast food place I'll crave/visit. Since when did "fast" food become the same pace as a sit-down restaurant, and did it become so hard to follow a list of menu options to fulfill an order? read more

Their drive-thru has always been a headache. I ordered mighty-wings at drive-thru and found missing pieces when I got home. I ordered sweet chilli wraps and they gave me ranch wraps. I ordered 'happy together' combo (small fries + cheeseburger) at $2.50 but the lady charged me more than that and told me she did not know anything about the promotion - did not even bother to ask. All happened at drive-thru! I have to pull over to check my bag now after each drive thru. Dining-in was fine, no issue at all. read more

If this is the McDonalds in Rogers Minn, I highly don't recommend it at all, if they have more then one customer at the counter they cannot get orders, right have a difficult time understanding, and the bathrooms are not clean at all, you will wait for ever for service ,plus after they remodeled I believe they got worse, and they removed there Redbox. Even though the service was bad, I would go there and eat and get a movie, that helped a little, but now it's not worth it at all, I stopped going there all together, if I hear they get there Redbox back I may try again and give them another chance read more

Place is a joke. I gave two stars and that just being generous. Last time I went there i orders a number 1 like I normally do. Mind you I go thru drive thru most of the time. Anyways I got my meal thru drive thru window and didn't think of checking it before I left since I never had a issue. I got all the way home and found out they gave me two double cheeseburgers and fries... one that's not a Big Mac two the fries were not in their own small pouch they literally were all over in side the take out bag floating around. But being as generous as I am decided to just eat the cheeseburgers and and fries... well fries were ice cold (ugh who like ice cold fries? Not me) so opened once of the double cheeseburgers and there was a long black hair sticking out of burger (ick). So sadly I wrapped the urges back up (didn't take one bite out of it) drove back to the same McDonald's the same day within a hr of purchase to return it and get what I actually wanted (number 1/ Big Mac meal). Got inside and showed them the meal I got explained I didn't realize it was wrong meal till got home and explained how I found it with fries all over the bag and showed them the hair, but they wouldn't refund me or give me my meal due to they said that what I brought back was a day old even tho I had a receipt and everything. But the manager told me I was scamming them from a older meal with a receipt I found. And that there was no way his employees would give me a bag like that and no one would have let a hair get in the food, mind you I am a red head and almost everyone here had black hair. Well I will never go back to this McDonald's ever. They gave me day old food with a hair in it and not even what I ordered. And tried to make me look like a bad girl trying to rip them off. Oh and from now on I will never pay with cash at any fast food place due to if I pay with a card I can prove I bought it vs having some idiot tell me other wise. The manager here was not helpful in any way either.... for being the person who delivers their groceries you would think they take better care of us. The people at this McDonalds are usually really quick at getting the orders done I've never had slow service here. The food price is reasonable- I still think their fries are better tasting than Burger King. It's an older location but they are nice and friendly most of the time. read more

Standard fast food fare, which some people can take for granted easily nowadays. And chances are if you like McDonald's, you'll like this one, it's the same burgers as the other locations. However, each burger I have received from this particular McDonald's has been near-perfect. Soft golden bun, symmetrical patties/cheese, and the right amount of condiments. Wait-time wasn't that long either. Impressive, especially during lunch rush. But, why should you need to read a review for a McDonald's? It's McDonald's. I went and checked. It's definitely a McDonald's. If you like McDonald's, well... it's a McDonald's. And if you don't like McDonald's... it's a McDonald's. If you're hungry for McDonald's burgers, this will certainly fulfill your need. read more

Damn near impossible to access from the freeway despite being ten feet from the shoulder. I went to the drive thru, ordered a quarter pounder meal and got everything except the quarter pounder. By the time I noticed, I was already back on the interstate, and it would have been an oppressive waste of my time to renavigate through the labyrinth of frontage roads to go back and argue even with Ron McDonald himself. One of the few play place McDonald's in the area, the play area always feels a ittle less than clean, outdated, and the climate control is always on the extreme end of the spectrum. There is always some service issue at the counter as well. I mean, it's a McDonald's, and you get what you pay for, but have had much better golden arches experiences in my travels. read more

Drove by at 7am this morning still not open even though there hours are 5am. Two employees in the store everyone else never showed up for work. Guess that says something about the management. STORE SUCKS and the wait times are ridiculous. Better off to steer clear from this McDonald's. read more
