this is my usual go to starbucks and their customers service and drinks are alright, not any different or better than other starbucks but recently they have been getting the customizations on my drink wrong. the first 1-2 times i didn't mind that much because sometimes people get things wrong and its whatever but today when i went in i asked for a mango strawberry lemonade with LIGHT ice and no caffeine. when i got the drink i noticed there was a good amount of ice so i check the writing on the cup, tell my why it said heavy ice and the standard caffeine amount. i didn't end up drinking it because caffeine too late in the day makes it hard for me to sleep. i was really disappointed read more

Recently started using this Starbucks rather than the one I usually use. I really like this location, especially with the new renovations! It's beautiful, clean, and spacious (even though it is a small store). The baristas are kind and don't mind adding extras to my drink. There are two restrooms in the back and they're clean and well kept. My favorite thing to order is the line refresher with light ice and strawberries! read more

These baristas are rotating a lot, but their training is 100! They all know how to make the perfect drink and are all very friendly. The drive thru is ALWAYS fast no matter how many cars are ahead of you, and the drink is always perfect. The store is very neat and comfy and fully stocked with snacks. You can work and sip for hours and feel comfy. The baristas have an open mind when making drinks and have fresh ideas for delicious drinks. Now, I'm definitely not a frapp drinker, I stick to my basic drinks. But when I want to branch out they know what to do! Overall this location is bomb. They care and make fire drinks. This is my regular Starbucks location. The Baristas know be my name and always greet me with a smile and have my regular order ready. The staff are always friendly, helpful and cheerful. The coffee is world class... as is the service! The location is a busy one, especially now that Chipotle's is open next door. When I go inside to get my order, I have to admit that I sometimes "go rogue" and park my vehicle in one of the two parking spots designated as a "Burrito Loading Zone". I will have to add that as a tip since those designations are meaningless anyway. The interior of this Starbucks is small and cozy and includes a fireplace, two separate entrances and two unisex bathrooms. When going thru the drive-thru, there are sometimes issues that are beyond the control of the staff. The repair shop next door can get a bit loud, and sometimes the microphone/speaker set up is overwhelmed with all of the ambient noise. I will be back tomorrow for my Venti Americano. The staff at this specific location struggle at times to be nice to customers....I normally wouldn't write a review for chain coffee :). But I have seen this indifference a couple of times now and it isn't characteristic of Starbucks. This is MN people I may not be from here but at least fake it like all the others ! read more

The gutted interior of the former Dunn Bros is hardly an improvement. Filled with pixelated cherries on walls, unnecessary shelves for unrelated products, hard tile surfaces to ricochet every noise, and an uncanny ability to attract bible study groups to make everyone uncomfortable. It's sad, yes, but this review of woe is not over. Unbeknownst to me, they are switching over to the new and fancifully overpriced Teavana tea making my order of Earl Grey unfulfillable. Having to settle for a substandard tea, finding a seat was kind of easy. I'd hate to be here if it were packed as there isn't enough seating for a high school football team. read more

Large pixelated fruit art on the walls. Lots of outlets, yay! Saw a bible study group and two girls doing homework. Coffee was good, they ran out of Earl Grey for Ben. Patio seating is probably a good escape from the pixels during the summer. read more

Service here is always excellent. Fast and efficient via their drive thru. Always friendly. Try the "Pink Drink," specialty not lists on the menu. The protein pack is great for a quick, but satisfying lunch or snack. read more

When I got my large pumpkin spice latte, 1/4 of the cup was whip cream!!!!! By the time the whip cream dissolved, it was a medium drink! I got jipped! read more

They have good service inside here I like the bread and muffins. Sometimes they have cookies too those are good as well. The drinks are usually done well I've never had a wrong drink order here. The prices are something I can't actually afford in my budget but it's an okay treat once a month or so. read more

I usually stop here once a week and get great service, but my fairly simple order (two of same drink) gets messed up on a consistent basis. One time I got grande when I ordered venti, one time no sugar free vanilla syrup in my vanilla latte, and today I got one sugar free vanilla latte, not iced and only one. Luckily Amy politely and cheerfully made my order when I let her know it was a mistake. I have figured out the common denominator of my messed up orders and it is a specific barista who's name rhymes with "Lawson." "Lawson" either doesn't listen, is too busy fooling around when he should be working, or just doesn't care. So if you get this barista be extra careful and make sure you get what you ordered. read more

Not impressed. Going to a local Target Starbucks is better than this store. I have been through the Rogers Starbucks multiple times in the past two months. Thought I'd give them another try when in the past I haven't had stellar experiences. Same thing just new day. Always out of multiple food items and drink choices are out or incorrect. This is why I started going back to Caribou. Better service and my drink is always hot there. When I ask Starbucks to make by mocha hot it still comes out warm. I hate that. Yuck. When I order a hot drink I want it hot. They do not offer free drink coupons or some compensation to me when they are out of food or your drink isn't correct. If I go into a place that serves food and I order and item they are out of I expect that establishment to go above and beyond to compensate for falling short to the customer. Rather this location just expects you to accept their error and fake apology because they didn't order enough food for their business which they explain away on why they don't have something. I don't care to hear excuses. I hate excuses. Compensate me for your mistakes Starbucks Rogers. It's no loss to do that. When you tell me you don't have something to eat that I want or my drink is not made how I asked, do something for me. You don't know how my morning has been up until the moment I come to your store. Maybe coming to your store after my busy morning is finally my time to do something for me. Think of how disappointed you would be this was you. Your customers shouldn't be turned away disappointed with a superficial apology when you really don't care. I have spent so much money with you through the years, thousands. I will take my business elsewhere and let others in the community know my experiences and refer them away from your store. Bad store management. read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks location! Whenever I want wonderful, fast service, I come here. It's cozy enough to sit for hours (which I have been known to do), the wifi is incredibly fast compared to other free wifi spots in the cities, and the coffee always comes out perfect.
