I politely asked if I could have two extra sweet and sour sauces and even offered to pay for them. She responded abruptly, saying there was already sauce in the bag. When I explained I just wanted extra, she tossed the sauces into the bag with an attitude and walked away without another word. I did nothing to provoke this behavior, and the aggression felt completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but feel that her actions may have been racially motivated, as I am Black and was treated with clear hostility over a simple, polite request. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected over something so small. I hope management takes this seriously. it was completely unacceptable coming from someone in a management role.
