The workers here are always kind, they always ask how I'm doing and will always make very pleasant small talk with me, which I love.

What makes this even more disappointing is that many of the candidates applying at this location are high school students and young people who are just beginning to enter the workforce. They deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, not have their time disregarded. If this is how candidates are treated, I can only imagine how employees are treated. Unfortunately, this is not a location I would visit, because this type of behavior should not be encouraged.

When I explained I just wanted extra, she tossed the sauces into the bag with an attitude and walked away without another word. I did nothing to provoke this behavior, and the aggression felt completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but feel that her actions may have been racially motivated, as I am Black and was treated with clear hostility over a simple, polite request. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected over something so small. I hope management takes this seriously. it was completely unacceptable coming from someone in a management role.
