Instead, she reschedules the interview and then cancels it just fifteen minutes before the appointment. What makes this even more disappointing is that many of the candidates applying at this location are high school students and young people who are just beginning to enter the workforce. They deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, not have their time disregarded. If this is how candidates are treated, I can only imagine how employees are treated. Unfortunately, this is not a location I would visit, because this type of behavior should not be encouraged.

Now, I'm definitely not a frapp drinker, I stick to my basic drinks. But when I want to branch out they know what to do! Overall this location is bomb. They care and make fire drinks. Thank you!

She didn't wanna start drama and complain, so she took her order and left. I politely asked if I could have two extra sweet and sour sauces and even offered to pay for them. She responded abruptly, saying there was already sauce in the bag. When I explained I just wanted extra, she tossed the sauces into the bag with an attitude and walked away without another word. I did nothing to provoke this behavior, and the aggression felt completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but feel that her actions may have been racially motivated, as I am Black and was treated with clear hostility over a simple, polite request. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected over something so small. I hope management takes this seriously. it was completely unacceptable coming from someone in a management role.
