The drive thru is ALWAYS fast no matter how many cars are ahead of you, and the drink is always perfect. The store is very neat and comfy and fully stocked with snacks. You can work and sip for hours and feel comfy. The baristas have an open mind when making drinks and have fresh ideas for delicious drinks. Now, I'm definitely not a frapp drinker, I stick to my basic drinks. But when I want to branch out they know what to do! Overall this location is bomb. They care and make fire drinks. Thank you!

I politely asked if I could have two extra sweet and sour sauces and even offered to pay for them. She responded abruptly, saying there was already sauce in the bag. When I explained I just wanted extra, she tossed the sauces into the bag with an attitude and walked away without another word. I did nothing to provoke this behavior, and the aggression felt completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I couldn't help but feel that her actions may have been racially motivated, as I am Black and was treated with clear hostility over a simple, polite request. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected over something so small. I hope management takes this seriously. it was completely unacceptable coming from someone in a management role.
