The restaurant is a renovated post office building and has a lot of ambiance. The servers were friendly and food came out quickly. Great service, great dinner. We headed downstairs to the speakeasy for a drink after dinner and it was a fun vibe. Neither of us were drinking (dry January) and I was disappointed to see they had no mocktail offerings! The waitress said they could try to make us something without the alcohol, but my drink was nasty. It's 2026, time to add mocktails to your menu!!!!

You enter through a red door and buzz for the "postmaster". Once you give the password, you enter another room and it's like you've stepped into the 1920's era - so cool. The servers were so attentive, fun and dressed in '20's attire. The cocktails were delightful and the appetizers flavorful and tasty! There was live entertainment that night and it was a performance by Gary LaRue. He was spectacular! Such a great entertainer and wonderful singer! We met the co-owner and she was great! I can't say enough about this place! We loved it and will definitely be back!

Our second attempt we went on a Saturday right when they opened. We were greeted at the door and were told we can pick where we want to sit. It was decorated really cute for the theme everywhere, they had couches, more regular dining tables, barrel tables and bar seating. We opted for a barrel table. The menu for food and drinks were all changed to be named after SB related references which was really fun. We ordered a few drinks, mocktails and food. The food is more so bar food, bites. We ordered pickle roll up's, chicken lettuce wraps, onion rings and they were all very basic and imo not worth it for the prices. I'd prefer to eat some where before and then come here for drinks. The drinks were decent. A lot of them had bitters, which I'm not a fan of at all but I know it's very common at cocktail bars. I did find a few without and went with those. One was called campfire song song. It was like a s'mores espresso martini which I loved. Our waitress was really nice, attentive and in tune with the theme. I loved her enthusiasm. Overall it was really cute and I can tell beyond the theme it's a cute place to grab drinks with friends. I'd for sure come back for other themes or just to just out the normal vibe.

We loved the sophisticated vibe and the food and drinks were great Fast forward to today- we walk in to a Sponegbob SquarePants themed bar where there were cheap foil decorations hanging everywhere and the menu items were all named in a SpongeBob theme to the point where you had to read through all the ingredients of every given drink just to figure out what it might be. the food was awful- deep fried and flash frozen. it's still called Pour but somehow they think that haviing theme months is somehow going to drum up sales. It just turns you off. We've always enjoyed the wine bars and were fans of this spinoff until now. Probably won't return.

If I get a chance, its fun to go try some of the older variants and vintages of Darkness to see how they old up. It helps as well that Short or Tall does flights! I enjoyed five different pours of Darkness: Gimme S'More Darkness (2021): An Imperial Stout, Darkness, aged on Vanilla and Cinnamon aged in Bourbon Barrels reminiscent of a liquid s'more. Darkness (2016): An Imperial Stout aged for nearly ten years. A little thin bodied, which occurs over time, and a ton of sherry notes. Darkness (2025) Barrel-Aged: An Imperial Stout aged in Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrels and Creative Oak French Oak. The OG version of this year's BA Darkness. Chocolate Limoncello Darkness (2024): An Imperial Stout with Cacao and Lemon Puree hitting French Oak for a while as well. This is a weird one for sure. Vietnamese Coffee Darkness (2020): An Imperial Stout, Darkness, infused with Organic Robusta and Arabica Coffees from UP Coffee Roasters (local to MN), Vanilla Beans, and Coconut. It was aged in Rum Barrels. This one is an absolute delight and my first time trying it! My favorite of the flight. _____
