Too many missing items from my orders. Not just one or two or three but more in the last 6 months. Not good when you are stopping there to feed a child before an event with very limited time. This time missing fry's on a kids meal. What is every kid's favorite part. No time to go back and pick another fry. One chance to get it right and constantly disappoint. Last time the owner was so generous he sent me a coupon for free cheese curds that we never used. Not about the money Culver's corporate and owners it about getting it right. Have better quality control during peak times. Lastly empower your leaders to make a decision. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. read more

You come to Culver's for the temptation of eating their custard but end up really enjoying their cheese curds and burgers. My family and I chowed done on some chicken sandwiches and a burger with a side of cheese curds. Nothing was disappointing, everything hit a high note in quality and taste. There was an awkward moment of switching cashiers but besides that the order was taken correctly and delivered in a timely manner. The dining area had plenty of seating and was clean. Location right off the interstate was good. Yes it's a chain but to of my lists when available. We stopped for a late lunch. The staff was very attentive. All wearing masks. They were quick to say hello and help us order. Our good came out fast and fresh. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and chocolate shake. Hubby got the pretzel bun burger. I got to try a bite and there was all kinds of flavor going on in there. His came with cheese curds. Everything tasted really good and that's why this one chain we keep coming back to. read more

I see they have only 3 stars and not surprised. Should be pretty easy for a good fast food joint to have a better score that this. Here's 2 possible reasons: bad speaker system at the drive-thru, I spoke loudly and clearly three times and they still could not understand me. #2: it's been awhile but I ordered the smaller turtle sundae and received major sticker shock $6.02 for the smaller sundae!!! Not worth it and definitely will not be ever getting another one unless the prices come back in line. bye bye desert. I can get a whole carton of PREMIUM REAL ice cream for that. read more

Placed a web order in which I also paid online when going to the restaurant to pick up the order I called multiple times in which I was disconnected numerous times and then placed on hold for a. Of time overall it took over half an hour to get my food that was placed 45 minutes prior. Got home today cold food. Onion rings work extra well done and no taste or flavor was also missing the drink to my kids meal. I called the store and an employee by the name of lydian spoke to me when I explained the situation to her I'd asked if I would be able to drive back to the store to get a fresh non burnt order of onion rings for two of the meals right away she told me that my food was already made fresh it was probably going to be the same basically would be no point to come back for another remake. The cutting me off while talking and dismissing everything I was saying.. Not to mention I had already paid for the entire meal which I did not receive..yet was unable to come back to have it fixed.. Outrageous!!! I was done with the rudeness and asked for someone above to talk to in which she did give me a number.. Being in the restaurant business my self... Went through drive thru, ordered 2 piece cod dinner. Got home and found pot roast instead. Called and they made the cod. Drove back, the manager handed me the bag and said cod dinner with mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. Got home and no Cole slaw. Called again and the only response I got was sorry. FYI I have eaten at 4 - 5 Culvers mostly in Wisconsin. This place was busy an early afternoon in June when I was there. But I have been in busier Culvers and they handle it OK. The service was a bit slow. I estimate that over 1/2 the empty tables & boothes were not clean. The onion rings that I had were luke warm. read more

Today I decided to venture out and a find a good place to eat. I stumbled upon Culver's while doing a google search of food nearby. I reviewed the online menu option prior to visiting this location. The spicy chicken sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup looked appealing to me. As I arrived ready to place my order I was surprised how empty the parking lot was. A young lady greeted me with a hello and was ready to take my order. She did a good job and was friendly. When I was placing my order I found out from the drive through clerk that broccoli soup was not available which was not mentioned online or anywhere posted so I decided to go with chili instead. The wait time was kind of ridiculous considering it's fast food and the slogan is we make it fresh. That food was not hot off the grill. Someone is picking they're nose in the kitchen. Went thru drive thru with my dog in the passenger seat Jayden Olmsted took my order and when I drove up to pay he asked if I wanted a pup cup for him. It was so sweet Gizmo is 17 years old but when I gave him the pup cup he wagged his tail and acted like a puppy! I was so glad I ventured out during this stay at home order it made my day to go out and Jayden was so cheerful and you could tell he likes his job. I was in here once and some guy yelled "hire more staff" on his was out because he was dissatisfied, I thought he was rude. The food here is amazingly good as far as the burgers and chicken, the fries are just okay though. The concrete mixer drinks are like Dairy Queen blizzards those are good too. Service is a little slow but you can tell it's made fresh to order so that's always nice. I was not impressed.... The ice cream tasted as if they used ingredients that were not to standard. We eat ice cream at the Culvers in Stoughton WI all the time and the difference in ice cream was quite noticeable. Also, the portion given was small for $2+ for an ice-cream. I usually love Culver's. We drove specially to this one for the flavor of the day, Turtle. Since we live on the west coast it is a big treat to go to Culver's. Every time we have had the flavor of the day the special components have been mixed in. Not so at this place. Just call it a sundae then. The custard was also grainy. Not that smooth texture we love. Culvers has to be the best fast food hamburger joint around. They make your burger after you order it, so you know it hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. the burgers tend to be a little greasy but I love that in a burger and am pretty sure it's what makes them so damn tasty. I hear pretty much everything at Culvers is great but I just can't bring myself to order anything except burgers, because they're that good. This location is always very clean and the service is friendly. Just a note: they aren't as fast as a normal fast food place because your food is actually cooked after you order it, but it is well worth the extra few minutes! read more

I love this place! And I'm not a fan of fast food. In fact, Culvers is about the only burger joint I frequent. The food is real (imagine that!)--Wisconsin cheese and Minnesota beef. Culver's advertised a free meal for nurses on the first day of nurses week. My husband and I go in for lunch and they tell me it's "only in Wisconsin". Guess the nurses in WI are the only ones that matter to Culver's. You will never receive business from this nurse, or any of my nurse friends again, Culver's. Big miss on your part. I ordered a chocolate and butterfinger concrete mixer. They made it then let it sit in the mixing machine for 6+ min. Then when I asked for it, it was melted and had almost no butterfinger. After I ate a few bites and realized this, I returned and asked for more butterfinger. They then proceeded to put my EATEN OUT OF ICECREAM **BACK** IN THE MIXER. Let's talk about the Rogers Culver's. Best place in town for a juicy, 100% real beef butterburger. The nice young gal who took my order, named Autumn or something, is a real sweetie. She was friendly as heck and definitely deserves a raise! She knows what she's doing too. The other employees there are splendid as well. Worst Culvers as of date in my experience. When my family and I entered, we weren't greeted. We were given weird looks as if they've never seen people like us before. We weren't ask what we wanted to order. I had to approach them first. Employees were just wasting time playing around. Food was good and fresh though.
