Placed a delivery order for 2 pizzas at 12:30am after Zach Top concert at the Wharf - didn't even think they would pick it up. We all agreed it was some of the best Domino's we've ever had. read more

Last day in Orange Beach. Dominos was our favorite go to pizza spot. Wasn't over priced fried food that all tasted the same. It hit the spot and we have cold pizza for breakfast tomorrow. read more

They can not keep up with the orders they have. The pizza is good and employees try but the demand is too much. I had to cancel my order.

I went with my boyfriend this past week bc we were on a trip and didn't know where to eat so we stopped there went in and ordered we got one drink and one medium pizza half and half the girl at the register said it be 17.50 I took out my card and paid then me and my bf went to sit and wait we're sitting there for probably 5 or more minutes someone comes in for a pickup order I wasn't really paying attention because well I didn't care lol but maybe 2 minutes after they left a different lady standing next to the girl who rang me up said I still had a dollar left on my order to pay mind you I've already checked my account and the 17 went through so either my order was never $17 or they lied and got an extra dollar out of me and it didn't help that they never gave me a receipt till after they got an extra dollar that's never happened to me anywhere so just beware I'm also never returning because once me and my bf got back to the hotel the pizza was pretty much only one topping and it wasn't half and half it was more 75%-25% also the pizza wasn't cut like at all and it just wasn't enjoyable we had about two slices each before we moved on. read more

Not the best Dominos but it was good and hot and ready on time. Garlic Parmesan bites were good. I ordered online with coupon.

I picked up two pizzas using the carryout service. I had prepaid before I got there. They still handed me a receipt to sign with a tip section. I actually tipped them two dollars figuring it being a to go order that would be fine as I was walking out I could hear 3 employees running their mouth Talking crap about the two dollar tip. I should've left their sorry butt nothing they don't deserve nothing they get paid by the hour. This was not a delivery. They are not waiters or waitresses just trash that works at Domino's. read more

Would leave a 0 star if possible. I've ordered from dozens of different dominos across the country, and this is by far the worst. I order my pizzas online for delivery. It says someone is making the pizza on the tracker and then firing up the grill. 50 minutes goes by, doesn't budge. I then call and they said, "Oh yeah, we ran out of pepperoni". But they couldn't call me to tell me that. He said he would give me a $15 credit to go towards my next order. The VERY NEXT DAY, same dominos, I decide to take advantage of the $15 credit and order pizza since we didn't get it the previous day. I try to order on the app, and guess what. No $15 credit. So I'm calling to order my food and get my credit and have been on hold for an HOUR AND 17 MINUTES. At this point, only staying on hold so I can tell you how pathetic your business is. Hope every one of you stub your toes! read more

Food was excellent and delivered super fast. Got what we paid for and will order again

Ordered 14 pizzas with a very short notice and they did a great job! They were done on time and were all correct. Thanks so much!

I didn't get a picture because we ate it so fast. The pizzas were amazing. The marinara dip with Parmesan garlic knots were fantastic. The stuffed cheese sticks were stuffed full of cheese. The only negative was how small the bone in wings were. The flavor was fine but they were extremely small. read more

our pick up order was ready exactly when told, pizza was hot. We ordered the pepperoni Brooklyn style, meat lover and the cheesy bread. They were all out of cesars salads but the workers were working their tails off! read more

This location is horrible, my company uses them quite frequently and lately they don't stand up to standards. They are 4 miles from my work and i ordered a deluxe pizza and the tracker said they left the store at 8:00pm and i didn't receive it until 8:45 AND when i opened the pizza it was a pizza with no sauce and only mushrooms!! You can't even call the store without being on hold and I've been waiting 24 mins so far to speak to someone! Not happy at all. read more

We decided to try domino's for a late night easy dinner after a long day at the beach, and we're glad we did! It was one of the best experiences at domino's we've had. Food was super fast, priced the same as it is in KY, and very good quality. After reading mostly negative reviews- we weren't expecting that. Kudos to dominoes for listening to feedback and fixing the problems for your customers! read more

Ordered pizza and sandwiches for carry out. With COVID-19 upon us we do still do take out from time to time to support businesses. I don't know if expectations are to high, but I expected better hygiene practices than what we witnessed. Not one single pizza maker, order taker, box maker had on gloves. Some did have on masks, just no gloves. We saw a guy roll out dough, pat it and top it with no gloves or mask. And they were all having a good conversation while working... worst sanitary efforts I have seen since COVID 19 started. read more

Domino's Gulf Shores is absolutely the worst place ever. This is the fourth time they have either gotten my order wrong or have completely left something of the order and had to prep afterward we pointed it out with a 40 min wait to get the left of item. Every time we use the app so there is no excuse to make four mistakes on four different orders. I will say that Rafael was very professional and refunded the order but this does not remedy what is clearly a problem at this location. read more

We were really hungry after a late arrival to our condo. They had the pizza to us in no time and it was perfect to order!

Worst experience ever ordering pizza for delivery... Ordered online and waited 45 min until the online tracker said the pizza had already been delivered. Tried to call into the store multiple times and they never picked up. Pizza was never delivered and ended up ordering from a Chinese place (China Dragon) near by which was excellent and delivered in a timely fashion. read more

Have used them for years. Ordered a large one topping pizza and went to pick it up and they wanted 17.99 for a 7.99 which is what they advertise. Would not change it. Not sure if I want to go back..... bad business read more

We waited two hours for our pizza and Benjamin was in the neighborhood for 45 minutes. When calling they would not answer at all. Could not get money back when we spent 45 dollars. Awful experience read more

I have not eaten a Domino's Pizza in probably 20 years. But we arrived at our favorite condo in Orange beach and I did not feel like cooking or driving to pick anything up ..so...I recalled a friend once mentioned the website and app for Domino's Pizza. Off I went in search of an editable pizza and prayed that the cardboard taste of the past was indeed the past. It was!! I was surprised how easy the online ordering was and that I could get a thin and crispy crust! Specialized the meats and veggies, click-click- paid online and also added special directions to the delivery driver! It was a light and crispy pizza that tasted fresh and was delivered in about 25 minutes. Also note that they send you an email and you can click a link to track where the pizza is- I could see that it was put into the oven at 7:35 pm. Too cool ! I will be trying our home town location and see if I can get my husband to try it- he still has the cardboard taste in his mouth from years ago! read more

Best experience that I have had from a pizza place in a long time. The staff were helpful and my pizza was delivered hot and fresh to my door. read more

Domino's Pizza - Awesome - Pizza Near Me - Orange Beach, Alabama

Love this Dominos. Never had a problem, all employees have always been pleasant and polite. I have to wonder if the people giving bad reviews are just rude entitled jerks. I'm a local. All the others are from out of town. Some tourists can be very rude. I love my local Dominos. Thanks guys. I appreciate you. read more

The pizza was done in the amount of time that they said, but there seems to be hardly any sauce if any on the pizza. And there is usually garlic on the crust and there is not any in this one. It also seems a lot thinner than usual. Just seems very rushed read more

*WARNING* Go anywhere but here! First we order and wait for 45 minutes for delivery and we give up and call to check to see if they got lost or what was going on. They then tell us they have no record of our order, so we order again. 45 minutes later we finally get our pizzas and bread sticks. Bread sticks that came with no sauce, pizza that looked like it had exploded and was left with no cheese on it. We were starved so we try to eat these pizzas we paid $60 for and then I find a hair as long as my arm in it. Take my advice and just don't order from them! read more

When they deliver they need 10.00 after you pay over the phone . Then you order hot wings and they send something that looks like a kid try to cook it. Not just that ask for breadsticks and you get some you have to cut into layers yourself. Never again will I order from them. read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered online, 41-51 minute wait for delivery. That is fine. Friday night at the beach. 2 hours later food arrives. Never answered their phone when I tried to call, no explanation as to why the wait. Just give me an accurate delivery time and I then I have the option to wait or not. Piss poor! read more

Fast, hot, tasty pizza for a good price. When you don't feel like cooking or leaving the condo, this place works.

Recommended by hotel staff to order pizza. Called numerous times over an hour before official closing time. Don't state you are open then not answer the phone nor take orders online. If you have a surge in business during the summer months, anticipate it, and get the appropriate customer support. False marketing from a sub par pizza business. read more

Good pizza some days, Crappy runny I don't know what this is but its not what I ordered the next.

Ordered and they brought it. They left out what I asked for and when i called up ask them about it they said well it'll be 25 minutes before they get back. So I said well please bring me a new order if wings since these will be cold. He got ugly saying the sauces are not refrigerated. I told him not the sauces the chicken will he cold and he got ugly. I will never order from this business again. I've had Salmonella a month ago and I don't plan on Having it again. read more

Honestly I gave it 3 because I got my wings free. But let me start from the beginning. I got a notification saying the purchase got approved for the food. So I assumed it went through online. When I got there he asked for card or cash in the most rude way and I was confused and I told him it went through on my card and he just got worse. He ripped the pizza off of the counter and said "I listen to the register". Which I understand but I didn't give him any attitude what so ever so I don't understand why it was given to me. It was a confusing situation so I called my bank to make sure I wasn't about to double purchase this food. I was wrong. It said it was approved but never pending. Weird huh? When I came back in the man was just an asshole. It's ridiculous. I'm a paying customer if you aren't happy quit. Just got engaged. Me and the fiancé wanted wings and pizza because we already used our dress clothes. Honestly didn't ruin my night but I got the wings for free so it's the only reason why I gave it 3 stars. To the man who was in such a bad mood and was a douche to me. I hope you enjoy the $1.38 tip read more

I love the pizza but what makes this store great is the amazing customer service that they give! Hands down the best. Nathan is a great delivery guy. I get pizza from here once a week and they are always so nice over the phone and I sometimes just go into the store to get it myself because the atmosphere is great and the staff is even better. I highly recommend this location over any of the dominos in the surrounding areas! read more
