Lowkenuinely the worst dominos in Norman. Ordered a hand tossed extra sauce. Pizza wasn't cut and it wasn't cooked fully so it came out like a soft thin crust. According to app it was prepared by someone named Lindsey. If she is making your pizza you are screwed. Just go to the one on Alameda it's great. Fabulous pizza and people! I was nearby, dropped in and ordered. I'm so glad I did! I had the opportunity to visit with the personable and experienced pizzaiolo and staff. They truly care about their customers and pizzas. I saw it first-hand. Watching the veteran pizzaiolo hand roll the dough was a form of art. He reminded me of a New York or Chicago expert. This doesn't have a chain pizza joint feel. It's a true neighborhood iconic Norman destination that's locally owned. I was very surprised. Wow....I'll start by saying I always think it's strange when people leave reviews on chains like this. I now understand why. I'm going to not do too much complaining here....Just going to show the photo for proof of the inedible mess they just gave me. Let's just leave it at; If you're going to charge 13 dollars for a SMALL pizza then you better make sure it's at least EDIBLE. This was the buffalo pizza added jalapeño and Pineapple...which I know is questionable to some people and might anger some... but it doesn't mean you should mess my pizza up... Good pizza that was delivered, but serious problems getting it ordered over the phone. The woman who picked up the phone was clipped and short with me, and didn't repeat what I was ordering, or that I wanted "light sause" on it. I had to call back to ask if she marked it as being delivered, and what the cost was that I had given her my credit card info for. Snippy, unhelpful employee. I love that Dominoes has gluten-free pizza crust. I really do. But tonight they totally failed. I placed an order online and checked their "pizza tracker" thing periodically while waiting. And then the tracker said that the pizza had been delivered when clearly there was no pizza in my house. So we called the store and were told that Oops, they were out of GF pizza crust. They tried to call me (my phone was plugged in on the other side of the house) and then apparently proceeded to tease me with the pizza tracker. NOT COOL. read more

Worst service ever! I was a few minutes early. No biggie. I waited. The monitor on the wall said my order was done so I went back to the counter. The delivery guy who said it'd be a minute or two grabbed some pizzas and left. Another employee who ignored me at the counter got his order and walked it past me to his gf who was hanging out. The manager who made my sandwich set it on the rack when she finished then went in the back of the store only to come back out with a clip board and ignored me. Wtf? I went into dominos today to pick up a pizza and a side of garlic bread for a carry out order and all I had in my wallet was a $100 bill and when I went to pay for my food they said they couldn't except it, so I had to drive up the road to a nearby Braums ice cream and buy a ice cream just to break the $100 (at least they except $100) and I need to mention that I live 10 min away so that just takes more time out of the day just to run around to break the $100. When I come back in to get my food there are at least 7 people in there not saying a word to me and they clearly knew I was in there. I never got a Hi welcome to dominos! or anything like that. I stood there for at least 5 min and I was FIRST in line and I should mention there was a guy in front of me on the phone, and when he got off the phone he didn't say a word to me and walked away, I had to have a cook come up to me so I could pay for it, and she didn't even wash her hands.
