I'll start off by saying that I walked in happy as could be. I was welcomed by two employees, and they both provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, the experience quickly changed after another employee came out from the back. He was taller with curly hair, and from the moment he came out, I kept getting stared at, which already made me uncomfortable. I was standing near the counter because I had been told my pizza was already in the oven and would only be a few more minutes since my other pizza was already done and waiting for pickup. While waiting, I noticed the same employee repeatedly looking over at me while also being on his phone. Normally, I wouldn't care if employees checked their phones here and there, but what concerned me was that nobody appeared to be wearing gloves. I then watched him go from touching his phone directly to handling a pizza. To make matters worse, he swiped his finger against his nose and still did not wash his hands before continuing to touch food. That was honestly disgusting to witness, especially in a food environment. A few more minutes passed, and then I overheard him quietly say, "she's just standing there." Normally, I wouldn't let a comment like that bother me, but considering I had already been waiting close to 30 minutes after being told my pizza was almost done, it felt rude and unnecessary. The restaurant was not busy enough for a regular pepperoni pizza to take that long, especially when the order had already been placed well before pickup. I hate complaining because the pizza itself smelled amazing, but when pizzas cost almost $13 these days, I expect basic food safety and professionalism. If gloves aren't being used, employees should at least wash their hands after touching their phones or their face before handling food. Unfortunately, instead of feeling excited to eat my pizza, I left wondering if I was taking home "potty hands" pizza. Definitely not a pleasant experience. read more

I know Domino's always gets a bad rap, but my daughter and I went and watched a volleyball game and it ran late so we got hungry. We popped into this Domino's and I asked the guy for the best deal and he said two medium for the price of one. That way I got my type and my daughter got hers. Took about 15 minutes because it was a Friday night the pizza fairly good. The store was clean and staff friendly read more

Training of management and staff. Jake does not know how to help customers out and he is the manager. They delivered one pizza to my house when it needed to be two. I called and they didn't pick up and showed up an hour later to deliver the other and it was cold. By the next day Jake took my call you can tell he does not know how to de escalate and would rather hang up on the customer because other customers are in the lobby. I will be contacting corporate because honestly you couldn't processed the refund and just followed up with your team. read more

The service was very fast helpful store was pretty clean amazing staff and was exactly on time. Didn't have to really wait. Thank you guys I chose to try the Habanero chicken sandwich some of the ingredients, chicken, habaneros, pineapple cheese and really tasty bread. Might be a few other things in there not too sure. Definitely worth a try was sweet and hot. It's delicious. Also really love the chocolate lava cakes. I like them when they're little in the colder side, but they're good. read more

This Dominos has done pretty well by me. They made errors only twice so far and I place orders with them quite often. I usually order 3 or more pizzas at a time as well as other items. Once they made my all meat extra cheese pizza with extra cheese but forgot the meat. I called them and they said they would put me in for a free pizza. I didn't collect on it but it was there if I asked. The other time was in my favor, they accidentally gave me my order and a pizza from another order. Knowing that once that pizza left the store they aren't allowed to take it back I just kept it. Other than that they have been rock solid except for when a rookie slices the pizzas and they end up tearing chunks off the slice next to it. When you consider all factors along with the always available coupons. They're hard to beat... I make sure I tip them every time and I almost always pick up the order. read more

I ordered pizza from Domino's in Forest Grove on November 7th 2025. They kept delaying my delivery time, so after 2 hours of waiting I called them and canceled my order. Then in about 30 minutes a delivery guy showed up with my pizza. I told him that I canceled my order and didn't take the pizza. I expected them to refund me and called them a few times but still no refund a week later. The manager said it's my bank's problem not theirs. So, don't order from Domino's in Forest Grove unless you're ready to wait for your order for hours and pay for pizza you didn't eat. Thumbs down for Domino's from now on. :( read more

I ordered a pizza asked for extra sauce and for it to be well done and also tipped 20%. The pizza finally comes and it has no sauce at all on it, I called them back and the first thing the employee said was accusing me of trying to get it for free and that there's nothing he can do. Better off going anywhere else lmao read more

I order 3-4 times/week because I have an autistic child with food aversion, and at this point Domino's is one of the 2 foods he will eat. I ordered pizza and plain wings Monday night. (Labor Day). When my husband brought the order home the wings were wrong. I tried to call so they could start cooking the right ones before I made a trip back. They answered the phone "Domino's,hold please". Immediately put me on hold before I could say anything. I held 9 minutes and nobody ever came back to the phone. I hung up and called back. Same answer, immediately on hold with no opportunity to say anything. I held 6 minutes and then decided to continue to hold while I drove there. By the time I got there I had been holding for a total of 20 minutes with nobody ever coming back to the phone. When I expressed my frustration with the hold situation the response was "it's labor Day, we're busy". There was 1 customer in the lobby. The answer to that was "well we have online orders. I realize that, because I too placed my order online. As I do 4 times a week. I understand it was an honest mistake mixing up my chicken order. What I don't understand is the terrible customer service, the lack of any value I might have as a repeat customer. The counter person was rude, unapologetic, and gave me an "I don't give a F attitude ". I'm a paying customer and your mistake inconvenienced me already by having to drive back to your store, but now I have to stand around and wait for you to remake my food because you can't stop for 20 seconds to check back on the phone call you answered. I am waiting for you to fix your mistake while you give me attitude and blame the holiday for your crappy service. Well .....the fact that you aren't staffed properly for a Holiday weekend isn't my problem. I still expect to get the food that I ordered, and good customer service. Apparently the manager Jace VanDyke doesn't care enough to return my call, which explains why David (the employee) made it clear they don't need my business. Guess What Domino's.....you are not the only pizza place in Forest Grove. I would rather pay a few more dollars and go someplace my business is valued. read more

Was okay pizza. I felt some toppings were not fresh. But good thing is that it's available late night too.

After waiting over one hour for delivery nobody answered there phone went to store to pick up our order. Lousy service won't order from domino's. So sad that companies can't hire help to run there business. read more

I called in for a pizza to be delivered, they told me it would be here in 50 minutes, at 6:20 it's 7:40 I called them back to find out where our pizza was and they said it would be another 25 minutes maybe 30 minutes...I asked to speak to a manager and he had no answers and did nothing to rectify the situation. In a nutshell Don't order a pizza from this Domino's horrible customer service! read more

My wife went to this place to pickup her order The stupid girl at the counter ignored her and helped 2 different people that came in after her. Then someone sticks out his head to ask her her name. DRIVERS DONT CHECK DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. This has happened for the last few orders of mine, this last time I had people sleeping in the house and asked to call and to NOT knock, I even called the restaurant minutes after placing my order to give them the correct number to call, and and my driver showed up in my driveway, lights facing the window with hazards on and knocked on my door 3 times? I've asked lots of drivers to to go to my side door often as well and they always go to the front. The instructions are not a suggestion. I ordered two pastas and they were very different from each other. One was dry with barely any sauce or pasta and the other was loaded and super saucy, which never happens usually they're dry! Would be nice if the food was a little more consistent. read more

According to the internet, Michael made our order :) it was promptly ready for pick up about 15 minutes after ordering. Nommy nommy! Consistent product. Nothing too fancy, but the $9, 3 topping large mid-week special definitely made up for it ;) I don't know what your preferences are... but the chicken, bacon, and mushroom pizza we ordered was absolutely satisfying. We paid a bit extra for the premium toppings, but it was totally worth it! read more

We always order online from here, I must say it's really convenient. Our order always arrives very quickly (half hour ish). Sometimes we use the "later" delivery option at check out and even then our food arrives before the time we choose (e.g. 2 hours later) ... so that's really cool. Great customer service and food every time. read more

We received an incorrect pizza, okay no problem. Call and they are willing to make us a new pizza. What I am concerned about it that while they must contactless delivery they asked to have us return the incorrect pizza. WAIT....WHAT?!?!? I have never had that happen, just make a new pizza and say here you go. But to ask that during a pandemic to return the pizza, in a time where you can't even grab the pizza box from their hands is unbelievable to me. I will never order again from this location. The request really made me uneasy. read more

Horrible experience!! We ordered online and got our items but we were missing our sauce so we ran off to chase the delivery person down but when she saw us she drove off faster. We called the store to get them to deliver our sauce and they said they would. 30 minutes later we call and ask how long they would be (by this time the pizza was already cold) they said they don't feel comfortable delivering to us because someone chased after there car but also had said they didn't see us come up to the car... what?? So basically the manager lied, also wouldn't let us have what we ordered and payed for, our pizza ended up cold and we had to deal with the rudest people. This is probably the worst consumer service I've had. Especially from a manager. read more

My hubby and I ordered a large pepperoni, mushroom, and pineapple with extra pepperoni and pineapple.plus we ordered the penne pasta with marinara sauce and hamburger.we didn't get the extra toppings and the pasta they put sausage in it.called and talked to jace who didn't seem care nor did he care to do anything about it.he told me I should have called last night but I couldn't sue to family emergency.four months prior they messed up our order and it was jace I dealt with whom accused us of trying to get food for free.they didn't deliver my park bites but gave us cinnamon bread.I ended up having to call the owner which I will do again.so as a result me and my family will never order from dominos ever again.the one in forest grove used to be good but in the last year has gone downhill bad.rude, mean, nasty, hateful customer service.so I suggest if you want good food dont order from dominos in forest grove!jace should be fired! read more

Ordered 4 pizzas last night was told it would be $91 when I questioned why so much there was silence and I was disconnected. I called back to ask what each pizza cost he told me that there were no coupons...my friends in the background said never I d we can order elsewhere the person said "oh I got it down to $44" hmmm so if I didn't question I would be paying $91??? So we appreciate the adjusted price. However at 9:15pm when we showed up to pick the 4 pizzas up we walked to the front door it was locked, the employees saw us and continued to work...we walked to another unlocked door as soon as I went to open the door a female employee ran to the door and said the lobby was closed in a rude condescending way...we told her we called in pizzas how do we get them ?? She said "well call again" rudely!!! I said no my name is ##### and I'm here to pick them up....she seemed put out! As I left I could tell they were all talking rudely about us!!! First off when when I was on the phone and told them I was picking up they should've explained that the lobby was closed and what I needed to do when I got there instead of assuming we would know what to do!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS DOMINOES AGAIN! They delivered our 2 pizzas and 2 chicken dishes. The delivery guy was very polite but did not leave us our 2 dipping sauces for the chicken dishes. I immediately called the restaurant, and they said they would deliver the sauces in 30 minutes. I asked if they were delivering hot chicken again in 30 minutes to replace the cold chicken that it is for. They said, "No." STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOMINOES. THEY HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I usually like Domino's because they deliver to my house and they have a lot of stuff besides pizza on the menu. They also have the worst online ordering system but at least I don't have to talk to people on the phone, but I usually do because you can't tell it that you only want jalapeños on half your pizza so you have to call and tell them that after you have placed your order. Otherwise it's great. Usually they have pretty great employees too, except tonight. Tonight I just wanted some pizza with this promotion I got in a text message from Domino's via Quikly. Of course said promotion wasn't working online so I had to call and talk to the lovely lady who answered the phone who also happened to be the manager. After explaining myself to her she quizzed me about the promotion (20% my order), where I got it, how I got it, how many orders I had placed in the last year, what other phone numbers I had ever had all with varying degrees of doubt in her voice. I guess if you don't order pizza from them every other week you aren't allowed to use certain promotions because she then proceeded to tell me that they didn't accept that one at that particular store. This was of course after I told her that I had already used the exact same type of promotion at that store before and even had to look up the date in my text messages, at her request. It's been quite a while since I've been accused of lying over something so ridiculous and then laughed at. I guess the $4 off my $20 order was a pretty big deal. read more

Domino's. They make the best pizza at a reasonable price. They are located around the corner so they show up almost the same time I place the order. The drivers are the best. Always smiling, always thanking me for my tip. They are very pleasant. And I never hear them screech their tires when they pull out. The pizza is the best. Everything tastes wonderful.
