I preordered for pickup and there was an issue with the first pizza so it took 50 minutes, it was an uncontrollable issue on their part. You can order by the slice or whole pizza. A small variety of beers and large variety of soft drinks available. A great place for families. We've had great pizzas in the most past but tonight....it was terrible. Greazza Schmizza holy moly is this not the greasiest pizza I've ever come across. Last time I was in there eating I had to rush to the bathroom with an emergency stomach ache. It's funny when I was a kid was some of the best pizza around. Sad to see it slip so far down, I cannot recommend this over Dominoes. Not too mention it's probably gotten pricey as well. I always love Schmizza and it's always consistent no matter what location. I haven't been to this one in over ten years. Location and staff were great. There is really only one good pizza in forest grove, this is it. This is where the empire started. Just a block from pacific university, this quirky gem has some of the very best pizza anywhere. Same ingredients as most pizza chains, not sprinkled in gold and the stingy older lady can't give a small side of alfredo. What a joke! And your the owner or his wife...... Do you appreciate that customers choose your overpriced pizza? No one likes stingy food places when they like certain things along w their meal, especially when I'm well over paying for the food to begin with. I mean that for me is the difference in a tip. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The owner (sydnie) was taking our phone order and when I said I would like it delivered, she rudely replies, "You told me you wanted it to be pick up, now I need to change everything." Also, after telling me it would be a 40 min wait, the person delivering was there in 10 min. I've found this location to be inconsistent. The first time was ok, the next two times great and most recently horrible. The last time was so bad, that my wife and I complained the entire time and left half the pizza uneaten. I just can't understand how the quality was so bad compared to our previous experiences. Took my stamp card for a free pizza, clams they don't normally do this but will honor it...however still did not give me my free pizza. I end up caught it before leave the store, they told me to pay for the missing slide they owned me... okay.... never give me my reciepts for the both transactions. Don't feel like to waste my time to argue for one slide of pizza. Don't understand when store is staffed for a slow night can still mess up my orders and have us waited for a long time. Fond memories of this place after a long lecture on geometric optics and the finer points of ocular anatomy.... I'll never forget having a hot slice of the Shmeatza (2 types of sausage, salami, pepperoni and canadian bacon!) great stuff along with a Fat Tire ale and some breadsticks.....yummy. The pizza is good but the delivery is frustrating. I specifically ask for no contact delivery and tip the driver typically 20% for delivery. For some reason they insist upon knocking on the door repetitively until I answer instead of just leaving it after they knock once. Why offer contact free delivery if it's never contact free? Are the drivers trying to solicit additional tips that way? I thought 20% of the purchase price of the pizza as a tip to drive it to me would be sufficient. Great pizza, awful delivery. read more
