Great customer service. The website had issues with an on-line order but on a busy Super Bowl weekend the phone order was perfect. Always check for coupons or sales. I wish I could select no, or negative stars!!! ive been going here every week since i moved here two years ago and never had a problem until I got pizza Monday night. I called yesterday around 9am to let them know my husband, myself, and 3 young kids were all sick from the pizza (all 5 of us had the signs of food poising) and the pizza was made wrong and a bubble took up a whole quarter of the pizza. (least of my worries but did find it weird because we've never had problems like this) the nice young man I spoke to 3/19 at 9am was very nice and apologetic and took down my info stating the general manager would be there in an hour and call me back about this. I never got a call.... I called again this morning 3/20 to the manager giving me attitude about how they take all the proper precautions and he doesn't believe my family got sick from them. I told him how my husband and I have worked in food and my husband is certified in food safety and we know how it can just take one time not washing your hands or not changing your gloves enough. He still didn't want to help in any way so I told him I'm never getting papa Murphy's again and leaving a bad review solely because of how he dealt with it. I'm a nice person and usually don't do these kinds of things but they blew me off a day and then gave me attitude saying they didn't even do anything wrong and can't help in any way?! Extremely rude manager tonight. I paid online and apparently mis-entered my card number.....I wanted proof that my card hadn't been charged and was treated very rudely as if I were putting her off. How dare I not want my card charged twice (after I had online confirmation). She kept speaking loudly and saying my card was declined......I won't be back to this location. Ordered two pizzas this evening, and my order was incorrect. My husband did not notice when picking up because the typing were correct, but in a thin crusty instead of the standard crust for what we ordered. When I called to let management know about the error, they were only willing to replace the pizza if i drove back to them immediately. My husband was already in the shower from going out to get food. This meant I would have had to drive back there, pick up the food, come home and take my own shower beckett I could cook... only thing they were willing to offer, in times like these after acknowledging their new staff and wrote, was $3 off, which is their standard coupon you can get from numerous places. This the best pizza place for sure if you don't mind cooking the pizza. A good side to that is that you can bake it however long you want. For example we like our pizza a little crispier. You can also move all the pepperoni's over to one side BEFORE it is cooked on for 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni or whatever combination you want. Or you can just call in and ask BUT the good side is extra pepperoni's. The service is really fast and definitely the best place for pizza. read more

I have been going here for years and now I have decided I will not do business with them anymore. My reason being is that my family and I can no longer eat cheese, so we order our pizza with out cheese, no big deal, right? Last time I went I asked for extra mushrooms. When I picked up my pizza, it did not seem to have extra mushrooms, if fact the ones it did have were most likely way past their date. On top of this we ended up paying extra for the mushrooms, even though we had no cheese. Papa murphys is always fresh and delicious . My last visit wasn't good though. They forgot to add bacon. Which was a big deal because I paid for it and that's what I ordered. We had already cooked it so we ate it. I called the next day to let him know, I was told to bring the pizza back in next time and they'll remake it. So I have to wrap the already cooked pizza hop back into the car drive all the way there, wait return home and cook another pizza???? Saturday night sounded like a great night for pizza. Looked online and found you have online ordering. Great! Or so I thought..., I got to the store went to the sign that said pickup online order here. I was told they could help me at order counter. I told them I placed an order online and pointed to the sign I was standing under. They exclaimed we have an online order, who was suppose to check it? After waiting the 20 minutes the onilne order email confirmation told me, i waited an additional 20 minutes at the store for my actual order - great system you have, NOT! I did however get a brief apology and off I went with my order. Got home and one of our pizzas we requested no sauce on top had sauce on it and our regular pizza had no sauce at all. So not only does the online order system not work, they can't get the order right once I walked into the store and told them to get my order started. Overall FAIL!! read more

I can't speak to the online ordering, and seriously who cares....it takes like 2min on the phone to place an order for a pizza and I can ask questions....why I'd complicate it with trying to add the internet into that I don't know. Regardless, I've ordered many pizzas from this Papa Murphy's (Via phone in) and never had a problem, they ask me when I need it ready by and are really friendly when taking my order to make sure I get everything I want. When I've arrived to pick my pizza up (about 11 times now) it's always ready, I pay, and I'm out in 2min. I've never had a mistake nor had any issues with this establishments food quality. Worst experience ever!!! Asked for extra sauce and onions...had virtually no sauce and absolutely no onions. I called to complain and was told if I brought it back they would remake it. I called in order for hubby to pick up on his way from banks to Hillsboror. Would take 20 minutes each way to do this. Horrible management and customer service!!!! They should not even get one star. Got a cowboy from them. Got home and baked it. Ate 75% of it before we saw the mold on the bottom of crust. Call to let them know and the manager said dough is no older then two days old. Brought what was left of the pizza in to the store. They said nothing can be done till they get a hold of the owner. They said owner will call me tomorrow . I got home and then the owner called me . Lets just say I don't understand how this guy has stay in business as long as he has. Very rude . Placed an order over the phone at the Forest Grove location. Spoke to a guy named Josh. My husband picked up the pizza and came home with a pizza and a SALAD . I told my husband I didn't order a slad. He put the pizza in the oven and when It was done he pulled it out and asked me if I ordered a thin crust- which I DID NOT! I called the store and spoke to Josh again and he told me if I brought the pizza back, he would give me MY pizza. I told him it was already cooked and they were just going to throw it away. He told me it was company policy and I had to do it if I wanted the correct pizza. I then walked in the store with a perfectly good baked thin crust pizza that went promptly into the trash. I think this is such a waste of resources! Not only did I waste time and gas to go back to the store, they wasted perfectly good food. Not a big fan of Papa Murphys! OH...
