Cashiers are always very helpful and caring. Helping me figure out how to order personal pan pizza Supreme is always my favorite and the right size for me. If I could give a zero star I would. We ordered 2 medium pizzas at 7pm on a monday night for delivery. 9 o'clock rolls around and we are starting to wonder where the pizza is. We called and they told us that because we said "street" instead of "drive" that they couldnt find our house. (we checked this and no matter what you put in, it takes you to our place) We asked for a refund since we were just over it at this point, we were told no. they dont do refunds. The teen on the phone was very rude when we asked to speak to a manager, yelling "fine! you wanna talk to my manager ill go get her!" After speaking to the manager she also told us we couldnt get a refund and they already delivered it! To whom?! So first they tell us they couldnt find our house so they didnt deliver it, but then all of a sudden it was already delivered? Weird. Definitely not ordering from here again. I've never had such horrible customer service in my life. I've worked in food a long time, and you get what you put out there. If youre rude to your customers, they'll be rude back. I don't know if the employees don't quite know how to work the computer system or if Pizza Hut's app itself is the problem, but tonight was a shit show. I placed my order, arrived 30 minutes later with the app indicating my pizza was done only to find a very busy group of workers that didn't have any clue where my order was and apparently didn't have the time to make another one. Instead I waited another fifteen minutes until I left in frustration. I order from here for work almost every week for my office. At least I used to. My family & I had pizza hut three times in the past 8 months and this is my overall review. Each time we ordered a medium specialty pizza & 8 boneless honey BBQ wings. First time was really good, on time, food hot and was well cooked/prepared. Second time, same scenario & thought, they're good! Third time (and last), was about 20 minutes late and food was not cooked thoroughly and the sauce was about none existent in the pizza. The driver did not apologize for being an hour and twenty minutes late, he was careless. Based on the majority of reviews here, please just listen to the first few reviews and skip this place! Just ordered pizza from this location. The driver explained which receipt to give him after paying and somehow I still managed to hand him the wrong one. He had to drive back to our house to get the right receipt. I apologized for being so distracted and felt terrible. During my apology, he turned his back on me and stormed off. One star because of how easy it was to order online. Zero stars for quality. The sauce was not evenly spread on either of the two mediums we ordered. You would get one or two bites per piece with sauce. The toppings were practically non existent, there were four tough slices of red onion and five slices of pepperoni (on a medium pizza!). Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. One pizza should have had extra mushrooms. There were hardly any. Other pizza should have had extra bacon. Again, there was hardly any. Cheesy bread had cinnamon on it. Clearly they didn't clean the pan after making cinnamon sticks. In a time of covid, I expect things to be clean. There is no excuse for cooking someone's food in a pan that obviously hasn't been washed. As for the quality of the food, it was the worst I've ever had from a Pizza Hut. I ordered online, when the pizza was delivered, one was missing. The driver said to call the store. So I call the store and guy on phone said "yeah we know". So why not call the driver or call me to tell me that one pizza will be there later? He came across as very uncaring about customer service and was more annoyed I called rather than they screwed up. Their profession is customer service so you would think they might actually try. Chicken I ordered was dry and ov with little sauce and the pizza looked like a a blind individual with Parkinson's spread the toppings. Overall I am disgusted with every aspect of their service. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was helped (I ordered carry out). Their progress screen said my order was ready as did the online app. I finally got helped and part of my order wasn't there. The employee didn't even say anything to be, he just put my other part back in the warmer and went back to the kitchen. It was easy to figure out what was going on, but it would have been considerate to at least have some sort of acknowledgement or apology of some sort. I had already paid and left a tip (I work in service so I tend to always tip), but I'm wishing I could take it back. I ended up waiting in their lobby for 15 minutes before they came out with the rest of it and even then the employee said absolutely nothing. Absolute garbage pizza. Tasted like cardboard. One was completely overcooked. The other was just slightly overcooked. Flavorless except for the crust. Sparse toppings. Decided to try the chocolate brownie desert for the first time. Took a bite and it tasted very weird. Like chemicals or plastic. How can anything chocolate taste bad? My daughter placed an order to pickup. Several items were missing so she called. The young man was rude and after several minutes of explaining she was told to come back and pick up the missed items. My husband and I went to pick it up and when we arrived the young man in the store was rude and basically accused us of lying. I will never do business here again. I just got the 10$ any pizza any toppings deal. Even at 10$ it's not worth it. The Lg pizza was relatively small and the toppings were very skimpy and unevenly distributed and worst of all the crust was sooo greasy. I am all about giving the benefit of the doubt, but last night, I ordered pizza and cinnamon rolls. By the time they got to me, two hours later (even though it's six blocks away), the pizza was so overdone that I could not tell that the difference between the olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, and cheese because everything was the same color the crust...the entire pizza was the same color brown. It was basically inedible and the little Cinnabon rolls were the way they were under cooked. I tried to call the store, but there was no answer. I called today and asked to speak to a manager, and the gentleman that I spoke to acted like I was bothering him, and when I asked for my money back he said that I could only do a product exchange. So even though it was all inedible and my $20 was wasted along with two hours of waiting, the only way I could get a resolution was to bring in the products to the store for an exchange. I had thrown them out last night, and even if I was to dig them out of the trash, because I had thrown them away, I could not get a product exchange because I threw them away. Wtf! Horrible customer service, horrible product, and what a disappointment all around! I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in Forest Grove again. :( read more

I like the taste of their pizza and the $10 deal is hard to beat. That said... the first time I ordered from the Forest Grove Pizza Hut I was taken aback by the fact that you can't actually call this location; their orders are handled by a call center located in some mysterious location that is not in Oregon. I ordered anyway. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza. When I looked at the pizza when I got home I noticed that there wasn't much sauce on the pizza, even though I had asked for EXTRA sauce. I ordered a second time. The same thing happened. I'm not being picky. I've asked for extra sauce from other Pizza Huts and they have all fulfilled my request. I ordered a third time: they didn't add extra sauce and they put an extra topping on my pizza that I didn't ask for. I ordered a fourth time: the operator I spoke to in... I don't know where they are located in the country, maybe it's even India... promised me that I would receive extra sauce. I did! The receipt I received with my ordered showed 'extra sauce' listed five times as a topping. Unfortunately, my pizza was 10 minutes late, and it was on a Sunday night, which shouldn't have been too busy. I ordered a fifth time: when I called the number for this Pizza Hut the operator I spoke with told me that the regular call center was too busy to take my call, so I was speaking with the overflow call center. They didn't have my phone number or past pizza orders in their computers. I told her what I wanted. When I arrived to pick up my pizza the operator who took my order told the Forest Grove Pizza Hut that I wanted an extra crispy pizza. I NEVER requested this and actually prefer a softer crust. I showed up just as they were sending my pizza through the oven a second time to make it extra crispy. When they proudly showed me the extra crispy pizza I told them the anonymous operator in the call center made a mistake. So, I waited around for them to cook me a new pizza, which took 15 minutes. I wasn't offered any condolences for their mistake because, of course, they didn't make a mistake; the mistake was committed by a person working for the overflow call center who was helping out for their regular call center. BTW, while I was waiting for my replacement pizza to cook, another customer complained about the amount she was billed, which was even obviously wrong to the Pizza Hut employee collecting her payment. Welcome to the new America based on a Wal-Mart business model: you might not get what you want the first time, the service might be terrible (or non-existent), but you'll get what you pay for; expect nothing more. I'll continue to order from here as well, but my expectations are very low. read more

So, by the time it was all delivered most of our dinner was cold and we had one hot pizza. She was nice and pleasant enough, but checking on my order, I was put on hold for another five minutes. She gave me a discount code for $5 off my order for the lateness. But -$5, to me, wasn't enough! A half hour later, the guy shows up, tries to blame it on so many orders, etc. When I tell him that's a bullshit excuse, he starts getting smart with me and asks me if they should have put MY order over ones called in earlier? WTF? I'd just like my order ON TIME and not 45 minutes late! NO restaurant should be able to get away with that! And he wonders why he got NO tip and I had an issue? UNREAL!!!! Horrible service! My husband had ordered a pizza online and when they had it delivered, they didn't put the right toppings. So he called and spoke to a manager, he basically was arguing how it was correct and totally was not listening to what my husband had to say. After explicitly explaining what he had ordered online (ingredient by ingredient) they finally got someone to deliver the second time. When he checked his order, it was till missing ingredients. It's like the manager completely ignored the conversation and didn't follow what he had put in on the website. It was unbelievable! We never had such poor service with any pizza company and pizza hut has made that record. Lesson learned and never again will order from this company! read more
