One of the better Domino's locations that I've visited. I ordered online and paid for the food when I arrived. The workers were super helpful and kind while I was there. When I got home, the pizza was really tasty. Definitely going again. read more

Domino's Pizza - Medium Pan Cheese Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Florence, Kentucky

This was our first time ever ordering from this Domino's, and the first time ordering Domino's in about 8 years! The order was delivered hot, and very promptly by Jared, and our pizza and cinnamon twists were made correctly by Josie, and very good. Pizza was a pan, and the dough was very crispy and delicious with the beef and ham toppings. I notice the bad reviews on here, but that was not our experience at all. We will definitely order from this location again for delivery. Keep up the good work. read more

Domino's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Florence, Kentucky

I had to leave 1 star to leave a review. I paid $33 for 2 pizzas. Both had rotten meat. The one was double bacon. The bacon was spoiled BAD. The other pizza was pepperoni. The pepperoni was spoiled BAD! How can a smoked, cured meat be so rotten? Three of us all tasted 2 pieces from each pizza. IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! Every single piece had spoiled meat. Not mixed in with fresh. ALL WAS SPOILED BAD!!!! I emailed thru website that I ordered thru several times before I was given a case # & given an email to send my complaint to. I did that several time and receive no response. How a restaurant can serve rotten food and totally disregard the customer is mind boggling to me how this place is not out of business. NO REPLY MEANS NO CONCERNS ABOUT SERVING SPOILED FOOD. This kind of service is unacceptable & if not should be illegal. They don't deserve to be in business read more

We order from this location on an extremely regular basis and are never disappointed!! I work 3rd shift so sometimes I'm ordering at 10am for my "dinner" or sometimes 1am for my "breakfast" and it's always very quick and delicious this location is the best hands down!! The entire staff is amazing!! Keep up the good work read more

I ordered two pizzas for a sleepover with my granddaughters. The delivery took an unusually long time and I was sent an email offering a free medium two topping pizza the next week. I got an email every day reminding me to use it. It had to be ordered online for delivery. The delivery minimum was $20! More than the price of the pizza! What a special deal! No more Dominos for me! read more

Pizza is OK at best but do not get their hoagies! We tried the Philly steak and no exaggeration there was not enough steak to even cover the bread. The skimpiest sandwich I have ever been served. read more

This PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any place! Placed an order on line. Watched the tracker and it said my order was out for delivery...WRONG--- 25 MINUTES later...no food. Even though they sent me a text that they wanted to know how my delivery went!?! WTF. there was no delivery. Worst yet...i called the store, the jacka** that answered gave me some lame ass excuse about the delivery driver not realizing there was another delivery. They werent EVEN GOING TO CALL ME!!! Then when i questioned him he slammed the phone in my ear. I called back and got the manager, who proceeded to be the biggest dumbass on the face of the earth. THEIR MISTAKE. BUT I STILL HAD TO PAY - no offer to "FIX THEIR MISTAKE FOR FREE" Im so over this place. I'll never order from Dominos again. Piss poor management. Piss poor customer service. read more

Honestly I just want to say josie is awesome never met her but she takes care of us. We order alot of food because we work second shift roommates work third. So our options are limited. So thank you Josie. read more

I really do enjoy Dominos thin crust pizza when I'm able to get it. This location refused to give me a delivery order 8 min away from the store....it was 1 AM and they were the only restaurant open for delivery as I was on the graveyard shift. That punk on the phone told me they won't deliver because that's not their area....so I guess dominos only delivers in a 2.6 mile or under radius. The service at this one sucks. I wish Larosa's was open late night. read more

I work in a kitchen for a local business with 2100 employees I ordered pizza for a conference and it was delayed by 45 mins as a result I phoned Dominos asking where the pizza was and was told it was on route, I told the General manager ( female) we will never order from there again her response was "o well" brilliant - looks as if Dominos doesn't want business from 2100 people again does it! Jetts was very supportive in getting us our pizza! read more

I have spent well over a thousand dollars in the past couple months on thier app and online website, which they can recognize over the phone when you give them your address. Still every single time I call in an order, I speak to a night manager by the name of Jamie who is completely disrespectful, rude, quick to hang up on the customer, cant complete an order of someone asking for details, and overall seems like she hates her job. The down right disrespect from this individual on a reoccurring period is why I will be contacting corporate supervisors. I never leave reviews and wouldn't do so if this was not completely uncalled for behavior of a manager... read more

Domino's Pizza - a pepperoni pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Florence, Kentucky

Started going back to dominos regularly last 6 months, 1 mile from my house, 1 every 2 weeks or better. I have been able to pay cash at store. Even when my order was sent for delivery and I had to wait for the driver to bring it back to the store I have been patient and tipped every time I have come in for pick up. 2 years ago I had trouble paying with a 50, since I have been able to pay with cash for several meals using 20s and 50s. Today I was told they did not have change for a 50 for my order. My order, small this time was only about 20. I had to go get a credit card from my passenger. The only person this hurt is the ones working in your location I have tipped in cash every time, but was unable to do so today since I had to use someone else's credit card. Please advise if this is how you are going to do business so I can decide if I will be back. I have had several great family meals from you restaurant, im just confused Don you take cash, able to make change, 50 - 20 = 30 or not. I would like to continue our relationship with your location, but. I am confused about how we can do business. Please advise hownthis works. Thanks Mariah read more

This store is especially accommodating. The gluten free crust is the best gluten free crust I've had for any pizza. Granted it's relatively small, but I've never had a reaction with cross contamination. read more

Domino's Pizza - Inside - Pizza Near Me - Florence, Kentucky

I'm visiting from out of state and received a free surprise pizza with my order. The driver, Landon, was extremely polite and went the extra mile by dropping the freebie pizza off at the front desk of my hotel with my compliments to the staff. I ordered online and my order was cooked perfectly and delivery was hot & fast! Thanks Dominos, you earned your delivery fee & tip! read more

Never delivered my pizza and then just declared the order complete. When I called to complain, they insisted that they called me (they didn't) and that my cold pizza was waiting for me if I wanted it, but they wouldn't be sending it out or remaking it. Spoke to the manager who didn't even try to make things right - She just insisted we called you, this isn't our problem. Not even an attempt was made to patch things up here. This person shouldn't be in management. I will never order from here again. read more

This location can't seem to get an offer right. Second time of getting it wrong as of today. Had to send it all back and wait for the right order. The manager was very rude as well. I'll definitely go elsewhere from now on. I knew something was wrong when it literally to 15 minutes from order time to my food reaching my front door. read more

Just placed order again in reluctance, due to order placed a few weeks ago, which took about 45 minutes to get to my location. Upon arrival, the pizzas were still, warm, but barely over room temp. And the delivery person had left without bringing drink, which she said she would return with in a few minutes, so stupid me assumed she was just going to the grocery right down the road about a mile and return with one, but this was not the case... It took about a half hour to get the drink to go along with our pizza because she returned all the way to the store location to get it. And to my displeasure, I had already placed a $5.00 tip on the credit card ticket. MY ERROR! Called store immediately and spoke with a Mgr., Took forever to get one on the line, and actually, the tone I got was one of "Damn I hate my job, but let's tell this guy whatever, just to get him on the line. So, I was told by Mgr. that they would mail me some coupons for the same order I had placed and had dis-satisfaction with, and even freely offered to add in some kind of chocolate desert thingy (Lava cake?) So, temporary satisfaction! Close to 2 months have passed since that order, and NO mail from Dominoes other than the mass mailing junk mail. SO I SUPPOSE THE POST OFFICE LOST IT! LOL Let's see how this order goes. read more

Not giving 5 stars for the taste. The pizza is good, but it doesn't compare to some other local chains. They get the full stars for price and quality. When you can catch a deal for two large pizzas delivered for less than $16 that's great. Decent pizza and a good deal. Plus they just upgraded the Florence location and it's very nice. read more

I love this place and wouldn't order from anywhere else read more

Very slow cashiers and the cook was extremely rude when asked to make it light on sauce

I gave this store 3 stars for taste of the pizza only. The staffs attitude sucks! We asked for extra thin crust and the guy said, and I quote "Its thin, thats all you get" What a rude little sh!@! He had also told us that the lava cakes were 5.99 ea. Not per 2 which we later found out was 2 for 5.99. We got the pizza home and it was hot and fresh but folded in half and the cinnamon stix were put in the box upside down and all the sugar, butter and cinnamon was stuck to the box. I will never go back to that location again. I just wished I thought to take some pics. The guy at the counter acted as though we were imposing, well 'dude' were won't impose upon you again. read more

Just got an order delivered to me. I ordered an 8 piece of hot wings (with a side of ranch) and two medium pizzas. Unfortunately I'm missing a wing, there's barely any sauce on them and I didn't get any ranch. I should've checked my food before taking it. I'm not worried about the missing wing, the 0.20 ranch that I never got or the very little sauce that came on it. But, would've been nice to receive what I paid for. read more

This review is for the Domino's located in on Dixie highway in Florence Kentucky I was using the drive up window to pick up our dinner this evening when I put my car in park I checked my phone to see the time and to also verify the time I place my order so I was sure I was made it to the10 minute quoted Time for my food to be ready. It was 6:52pm ( my food was due to be ready at 6:48) I waited and waited and waited some more 7:08pm no one has come to the window to help me people have walked by I could see people but nobody's coming to help me. I have my toddler in the car with me and I didn't want to go in so I called and I was placed on hold and then when I finally spoke to somebody and told them that I was at the window waiting 10 min at this point they said they would be right over then two minutes later somebody came to the window. I didn't receive any apologies just asked me the name on my order I told him and he disappeared again for a while came back with my food then wanted to collect the payment and I asked if anything if I could get some sort of discount due to my long wait he told me he couldn't do that so I asked for the manager she then came to the window again a few minutes later. Again no apology refused to give any sort of discount. She was extremely rude said me waiting at the window was not her problem and the pull up window doorbell is broken and there is nothing she is allowed to do she can't give me any kind of discount. I like dominoes it is our most frequent visited pizza place but I am beside myself with this lady's behavior and will not be going back if this is how they are going to treat their customers. read more

This was horrible. I waited 2 hours for pizza that I never got. I was trying to call for over 45 minutes and no one would answer. Finally after getting ahold of someone they told me that the driver tried to call (he did not) but there was no answer. So after 2 hours they said it would be another 35-50 minuets. And still don't have it 3 hours later. Horrible read more

Wasn't happy with our carry out order we purchased tonight. Learned a valuable lesson to always check your order before you leave. We ordered 2 Steak Hoagies with Mushroom sauce and Got 2 Philly subs which is totally different meat. they were very dried out and literally stuck to the card board box they were in and had to cut them from the boxes, when we did this with the knife then got cardboard stuck to the bread Son got a chicken ranch hoagie and he was happy, but the pizza unfortunately was cold and burnt. Not the good meal we were hoping for the evening. read more
