This was my first time and last time there. It took more than 20 minutes to get the attention of a server and the place was not busy at that time. The Buffalo wings were mediocre. They serve the food on metal plates with plastic over it. Very unappealing . I thought the price was very high for what you got. There were over 35 television sets all on at the same time. So, I came here, and I go to a lot of BWs, I ordered the sampler, it came out with all legs and one wing, I asked about that as this never happened before, I asked to talk to a manager because he said I had to ask for what I wanted. we go here at least once a week, Usually Friday wind down after long week. We like our regular server and have become regulas. We dont even need to order our usual drinks, they are already being made as soon as we arrive. That being said, the location we go to has significantly deteriorated, the cleanliness is not up to standard, the bathrooms are never clean , and we have commented about it to our regular server, and is made aware. I think management should step it up a bit to make the proper changes to improve. My next main issue is the menu changes. They used to have a very good "hand Breaded" chicken sandwich that was consistanly great, but in last month they have changed their menu and taken away the hand breaded sandwich and replaced it with a frozen chicken patty ( think Tyson ) or McDonalds .. It is not good at all.. Whoever made that decision should be made aware of the terrible quality of that sandwich is, before it tarnishes the brand. Anytime I get to go to B-Dubs I consider it a good day. This particular location has done us right more often than they haven't over the years and they were good on this occasion. We started with one our favourite appetizers from anywhere and that's their Cheese Curds. They are absolutely top notch and when you dip them into the Southwest Ranch sauce it really is magic. As for my main course I got my usual 15 Wild Wings extra wet and a large order of onion rings. If BWW has a problem it's that sometimes they overcook the wings and dry them out but on this occasion they were perfect. The wild sauce was tickling all of my taste buds and there was plenty of sauce and perfectly cooked wings. BWW also continues to have the best onion rings on the planet and of course the southwest ranch sauce makes a reappearance here as well. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her burger as well so yay for that. First, phone orders are no longer accepted. You must order online. Second, the online ordering is very difficult to navigate and many of the items on the paper menu in the restaurant cannot be ordered online. So I went into the restaurant to place an order and wait. The waiting time was very short (a plus!) and staff was pleasant. However, we ordered the boneless wings which were a BOGO special on Thursday. They were AWFUL. Overcooked, over breaded and over sauced. The Caesar side salad was blah. The onion rings were good, but for $5.99 we got very few. Will never get the boneless wings or side salad again. Do not waste your time visiting this location and participating in their rewards program. I had approximately 10,000 reward points and placed an order through the app for pickup. I called the store to make sure my order went through before I picked it up. It did not. The first person I spoke with tried to help me with placing the order using my points but she could not figure it out. She had the manager take the call and she (the Manager) told me there was nothing she could do and "I cannot give you $83.00 worth of food for free". Our takeout order today included 2 orders of hand breaded chicken tenders for $13.00 each. What we received were 2 orders of tiny pieces of chicken with some breading on them. I travel allot for work and do find myself at allot of Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is consistent and there's always a game and cold beer. In my personal life, I do try and take my family but the wife is not always impressed. Service can be a challenge when you're not at the bar. But.... This location was exceptional. Since it was super late and my girlfriend and I didn't have a lot of options. We choose to go here, because we just weren't feeling Waffle house. We walk in to a pretty full restaurant that was almost empty by the time we got our food. We got seated in the bar area and ordered some drinks. Our server was nice, but he was also busy, trying to serve a bar, but also SERVE an entire half of the restaurant. All the other employees are just standing around, laughing, having a good ole time doing everything but working. After we placed our order we waited 45 minutes for our food, which was ridiculous considering there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and we just ordered a couple burgers. When we finally got our food my girlfriends order was wrong. She got a totally different burger than what she had asked for and when we started eating it, it didn't get any better. Burgers and fries were cold, because they had been sitting in the window for way too long, while our server was messing around behind the bar and with his friends. THEN the server brings out a refill to the table and theres something disgusting floating on top of the glass.
